Hey everyone. Welcome to another crazy adventure. You might ask: Why? Why the need for a Lupin the Third- and One-Piece crossover. Well, I felt this would be something really fun to do. Plus, Lupin and One Piece had something similar, they had an acclaimed animated legend that worked in one of their movies. Mamoru Hosada directed the sixth one Piece movie, and Hayao Miyazaki directed the masterpiece that is Castle Cagliostro. Now, it would be fun if both franchise where to meet and embark into one crazy journey together. This time Luffy and the gang will help Lupin and his gang face of Count Cagliostro. It will be fun to see the gentleman thief teaming up with these lunatic pirates.
Another note, this story will take place after Thriller Bark.
It has been one day after the whole deal with Gecko Moriah. The crew now with their new crew member Brook was going to finally embark into a new journey in the search for the One Piece.
''Man, how I missed sailing with the sun hitting my face.'' Said Franky piloting the ship.
''Yes, it is truly grateful that we are blessed with such a beautiful life ahead of us. I think this gives me inspiration to write a new song.'' Said Brook.
''Yo Brook, promise us that you won't be full emotion every day. We like you, but that can get old.'' Said Usopp.
''Oh, don't worry my dear usoop. I will be A-head of what I shall say.'' Said Brook while point to his face.
''Ha skull joke!'' Said Usopp laughing to the floor.
''Is anyone getting tired of skull jokes?" Asked Nami.
''Yes.'' Said Zoro, Sanji and Robin.
The crew was finally out of paradise and were now free to go wherever they pleased. Which was toward Fishman Island and go to the New World.
''Ok guys. Full speed ahead.'' Said Nami.
''So Nami, how long this next trip will be?" Asked Franky.
''It will take a few weeks until we reach the red line. So, we can't stop now.'' Said the orange haired navigator.
''A few weeks. Can't we stop to have some fun?" Asked Luffy.
''Sorry, but we had enough fun with those zombies and other mothers at Thriller Barks.'' Said Nami.
''Indeed. Its good to have adventures, but we need to always get our focus on the main goal. Which is make the captain king of the pirates.'' Said Robin.
''Robin-chan is correct. We need to reach the New World and fast. Who knows what big shot pirates waits us.'' Said Sanji lighting up a cigarette.
''So, should I be at full force?" Asked Franky
''Yes, full speed ahead.'' Said Nami.
''What if something interrupt us?" Asked Luffy.
''Let's just do our best and take this problem quickly. What could be awaiting us? '' Asked Nami.
What Nami didn't expect what a bunch of crazy things happening during their voyage towards the red line.
''Is raining candy!' Scream Luffy as candy rain from the sky.
''Catch!"' Scream Usopp with the biggest bag possible.
''is going to get the entire ship sticky.'' Said Zoro.
''Oh my, this is something I don't see every day. Even though I don't have eyes Yohoho.'' Said Brook.
''Stop acting like goofballs and take out as much candy you can get.'' Said Nami.
''Yes!'' Scream the man.
The ship continued sailing and a weird creature that looked like a racoon popped out of the water like if was a fish.
''Stop, we almost hit that weird racoon there.'' Said Chopper.
''Sorry.'' Said Luffy.
From a day with raining candy to an old enemy returning. Unfortunately Foxy wanted revenge.
''I am back! I challenge you to another davy back.'' Said him.
''No thanks.'' Said Luffy going away.
Later the group counting sailing and saw something really beautiful.
''oooh a round rainbow.'' Said Chopper.
''It so beautiful.'' Said Robin.
''yes, it is.'' Said Brook.
''I wonder how it was made.'' Said Usopp.
''Let's keep it.'' Said Luffy.
''How do you keep a rainbow?" Asked Luffy.
A few days later.
The Sunny was full speed ahead in the water. Taking out pirates and marines, like it was nobody business. They were full centered into reaching the red line, no matter what takes them.
''We are only a few days away from our destiny.'' Said Nami.
''Let's keep going straight.'' Said Franky.
''Ok.'' Said Nami.
The crew went full ahead and it seems that nothing could stop them.
After a few days, it seen the coast was clear and nothing would be on their way to reach the red line.
''Ok everyone, everything seems good. We will be reaching the red line in at least a week.'' Said Nami.
''Yes!' Scream the crew.
However, after this celebration everyone started to complain.
''I´m hungry.'' Said Luffy.
''me too.'' Said Chopper.
''There is no Booze on the ship.'' Said Zoro.
''We need more supply. I can't cook anything with we have here.'' Said Sanji.
''But we have enough food for a month.'' Said Nami.
''Actually Nami-swan, we have barely to last 3 days. It seems a bunch of rats had midnight snacks again.'' Said Sanji glaring at Luffy, Usopp and Chopper.
Nami looked at those three in anger. They need to be with nonstop if they wanted to reach the Red line.
''What! Why do you guys need to act like dumbasses even at this time?" Asked Nami.
''We don't have to be dumbass only at these times. We can like that any time.'' Said Luffy.
POW.
Nami try to calm herself before she goes full berserk and hit every man on this ship. Right now, she need it to think straight.
''Really guys. So, what are our plans now?" Asked Nami.
''How about we go to an island?" Asked Robin.
''Yeah, we will take a break. Yes, like a day or two to take supplies.'' Said Franky.
''Yes, it isn't like the Red line is going to walk on itself.'' Said Sanji.
''Sure, you say that now. But who knows.'' Said Usopp.
Nami looked that there was no other way. Plus, she was starting to get hungry, so they need it to go shopping.
''Well, I guess we need to stop somewhere.'' Said her.
''Yes, I will go to the mast and spot the first island.'' Said Usopp.
''Sure. Go on Usopp.'' Said Nami.
The sniper went to his post and started to look everywhere to see an island. After an hour of no such luck, he finally found one.
''Hey look an island!'' Scream the long nose sniper.
''How is it? Do you see any marine?" Asked Robin.
''No. I don't see anything. No marines, no world government ships, not even pirates' ships. The coast is clear.'' Said him.
''Perfect, we will be going there. Franky full speed ahead.'' Said Nami.
''Super!" Scream the carpenter.
''Oh my, finally my first Island in years.'' Said Brook full of joy. After all these years he is going to be in another island.
''Sure Brook. It is time to you to embrace your new life as a straw Hat.'' Said Luffy.
The crew soon dock their ship and while it didn't have any docking site, they lay down the anchor and jumped towards the forest that was nearby. So far, it was a big space of nothing.
''What…'' Said Zoro looking around.
''I don't see any village.'' Said Usopp.
''Maybe is more ahead.'' Said Sanji.
''Or maybe is one of those dessert island? Like that Long long one.'' Said Zoro.
''I can tell that is not a dessert one. Because we have roads up ahead.'' Said Robin.
''Robin-chan is right. There might be a big village nearby, we need to go there.'' Said Sanji.
''So, lets walking. We have a long road ahead.'' Said Nami.
Luffy and the rest of the crew got everything they need it and soon were ready to start walking.
''Ok, lets do this.'' Said Luffy.
''Sure, also we can take shifts on who will carry me when I get tired.'' Said Nami with a smirk.
''WHAT!" scream Luffy, Zoro, Chopper and Usopp in anger.
''Actually, how about we do this in a new way?'' Asked Franky.
The crew soon looked at Franky and wonder what was he referring too.
''what are you saying Franky?" Asked Nami.
''I been working on something on Water Seven, even before I joined you guys. Now that we had more time on the ship, I was able to finish and is something that will blow your minds.'' Said Franky with a grim.
The crew all looked confused of what the carpenter might be referring to.
''Something that will blow our mind?" Asked Robin.
''Yes girl. Is out of this world.'' Said Franky.
''Is another merry boat?" Asked Usopp with stars on his eyes.
''Well no. But it's something even better.'' Said Franky.
''How can be better than another Merry boat?" Asked Luffy.
''You know how we use to walk hours and hours nonstop, to the point that we are super tired and Nami forces us to carry her.'' Asked Franky.
''Yes.'' Said the man much to Nami annoyance.
''So how about we forget about walking and…drive.'' Said Franky making the whole crew look in shock.
''You mean…'' Asked Sanji.
''Yeah, I did it. I made ourselves a car.'' Said Franky much to the crew joy.
''Well, what are you waiting for? Show to us.'' Said Usopp.
The carpenter went inside of the Sunny and soon out of nowhere a crazy vehicle appeared in front of the rest of the crew.
''WOW! Scream Luffy, Usopp, Chopper and Brook.
''Yes, lays your eyes on the Chicken Go Cart!'' Scream Franky to his latest invention. A huge car that could take 10 people and had the front a chicken.
''Is so cool!' Scream Luffy.
''It looks like a chicken.'' Said Nami.
''And fancy too.'' Said Brook.
Nami looked at that car, while it was a good idea she didn't know if this could handle them.
''Can this thing work?" Asked Nami.
''Sure, I tested the wells myself. They work as much as the Sunny sail. That I can guarantee.'' Said Franky.
''oH great. I go on the front.'' Said Luffy going to the front seat with Franky.
''Plus, we can go from 1 to 80 km per hour.'' Said Franky.
''Nice way to sell this thing.'' Said Zoro.
''Let's go!'' Scream Luffy all impatience.
The crew soon went inside of the car and felt all comforted and safed there.
''Wow, this place is cool.'' Said Chopper.
''Yes, it has sound, cup holder, squish seats.'' Said Franky.
''Less talk and more driving!'' Scream Luffy.
''Sure captain.'' Said Franky ready to start the march.
''Do we have seat belts?" Asked Robin.
''No, this thing is too powerful that seatbelts are meaningless.'' Said Franky.
''Ok, so we are dead on this.'' Said Sanji with a deadpan.
''Let's get this sure on the road Franky!'' Scream Luffy all excited.
''Sure boss! Hold your butts' guys, is about to get super!"' Scream the cyborg.
Franky then took a march and out of the blue the Chicken Go Cart released a powerful boast that made them pretty much fly.
''YAHHOOO!" Scream Luffy.
The crew was wither loving this or fearing for their life's at this moment. With no seat belts, they felt like they were about to have a heart attack.
''aaaaaaaah!" Scream Nami, Usopp, Chopper, Sanji and Brook.
''It's so cool!' Scream Luffy.
''Someone stop this.'' Said Sanji.
''FRANKY!''' Scream Usopp and Chopper.
''My life is flashing in my eyes. Oh wait, I don't have eyes. Yohoho.'' Said Brook.
''It couldn't go any faster?" Asked Robin.
''What! Are you suicidal?" Asked Nami.
The chicken Go cart soon found the road and started to go as simple as it could. Luckily there were no cars nearby.
''The road is empty, so is ours.'' Said Luffy.
''Yes, that is the way of a private of the land.'' Said Franky.
''We are nonstop until we reach the town. You two hear?" Asked Nami.
However, the two didn't hear them, because they saw something up ahead.
''Huh.'' Said Luffy and Franky.
''What is it?" Asked Zoro.
''There is someone there.'' Said Luffy.
The crew saw what their captain was saying. There was two man working on a tiny yellow car that it seen to be stopped.
''I think they have some mechanical problems.'' Said Franky.
''Should we stop to help them?" Asked Luffy.
''No, they might be robber.'' Said Usopp.
''We are more powerful than any robber.'' Said Zoro with a serious answer.
''Plus, if they are not, they might give us tips about the town or village.'' Said Robin.
''Let's help them and see what they can tell us.'' Said Luffy.
The crew soon slow down their car and stopped near to see a man with a green jacket and another one with a suit and a hat fixing down their car.
''Hey bro, do you need some help?" Asked Franky.
''Hi there.'' Said the one with a green jacket.
''Wassup.'' Said the one with a hat.
The duo saw the Chicken Go cart and were either impressed or confused with all this.
''Wow, this a nice-looking vehicle.'' Said the one with green jacket.
''Yes, I designed.'' Said Franky.
Lupin looked at that odd crew there and while they had some odd people he decided not to judge.
''I got to admit this is an odd crew.'' Said Jigen out loud.
''Uh…'' Said Lupin a little uncomfortable.
''How did this happen. Did you guys went to far?" Asked Zoro
''Yes, our car got broken after miles and miles of driving.'' Said Lupin
''Wow you sure like an adventure, ein uncle?" Askd Luffy.
''Oh please don't call me uncle.'' Said Lupin.
''Yes, he is about to be grandpa age.'' Said Jigen with a smirk.
''You shut up!'' Scream Lupin.
''So, mister, you and your partner drive thousands of miles nonstop with one vehicle. Isn't this dangerous?" Asked Robin.
Soon upon seeing Robin, Lupin decided to go full smooth on her.
''Yes my dear. Although its not a problem, a really problem is seeing a beautiful face like yourself and not see a man near you. Wanna grab dinner later" Asked Lupin.
Robin only chuckle at that. That one liner was horrible, but she felt that this man loved doing that.
''Leave her alone!'' Scream Sanji trying to kick Lupin and failing.
''Some manners this guy has.'' Said Lupin dodging the kick.
''Just a minute boss, are you sure you want them to help us?'' Asked Jigen.
''Let them give a hand Jigen. After all, we don't have any help from miles to come. This is truly a blessing.'' Said Lupin.
''don't worry. With old Franky here, this will be fixed in a minute.'' Said Franky.
Lupin and Jigen saw Franky coming out of the Chicken go cart and upon seeing that he only was wearing a speedo made them look away in disgust.
''What that…'' Said Lupin.
''Hey! Put some pants!'' Scream Jigen.
''Sorry, but this is my style.'' Said Franky.
''Well, whatever.'' Said Jigen deciding to look away and smoke a cigar.
''Wanna another cigarette?" Asked Sanji offering one.
''Sure pal.'' Said Jigen taking the cigarette.
While Franky looked at Lupin car, the thief decided to have a chit chat with the pirates.
''So, what is your name sir?" Asked Usopp
''My name is Arsen Lupin the Third and this is my partner Daisuke Jigen.''
''Hey.'' Said jigen
''Hi there. My name is Luffy, these are Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Chopper, Robin, the guy fixing your car is Franky and this is brook.'' Said Luffy presenting his crew.
Lupin said hello to all of them and soon Chopper was wondering what kind person he was.
''What are you? A circus performer?" Asked Chopper.
''Well, I don't wanna scare you all…but we are criminals.'' Said Lupin with a silly spooky face.
The crew looked at this a little surprised. They didn't expect this.
''Really?' Asked Brook.
''Yeah, aren't you scared?" Asked Jigen.
''No, after all we are pirates.''' Said Luffy.
The Thief and the gunman heard that and didn't believe at first.
''Pirates? Where is the parrot and the eye patches"? Asked Jigen.
''We are not the stereotypical pirates Jigen-kun.'' Said Robin,
''So, Lupin what are you and Jigen up too? Me and my crew are just here to get supplies.'' Said Luffy.
''We are both on a mission.'' Said Lupin
''Why?'' Asked Chopper.
''Someone is making fake money are giving to other places in other to score big. We need to stop this, so we can fill our pockets with real money.'' Said Lupin.
Nami upon hearing that was about to lose her cool.
''What! Selling fake Money, this is unforgivable.'' Scream her shocking Lupin and Jigen.
''Nami calm down. You are scaring me.'' Said Chopper.
''Wow, this one has fire in her eyes.'' Said Lupin.
''The witch loves money more than her own soul.'' Said Zoro.
''What did you said?'' Asked Nami ready to beat Zoro up.
''I can definitely say that she and Fujiko would be best friends.'' Thought Jigen
''Its good to see pirates now a days. Even those with weird costumes.'' Said Lupin seeing Chopper and Brook up close.
''Yes, we been to a costume party and we bet money that some of our friends stay in costume.'' Said Robin making an excuse.
''Do you like adventures Lupin?" Asked Luffy
The thief only smirk at that question and decided to look at the sky. To tell this kid all the adventures that he has been too it would take an eternity.
''Hey Franky, is almost done?" Asked Zoro.
''Sorry, but these motors are almost dead. I am doing what I can.'' Said him.
While the two groups do some more talking another car pass by at full speed, surprising everyone.
''What that…'' Said Lupin
They all saw who was driving and it was a beautiful girl in a wedding dress.
''it's a bride.'' Said Luffy.
Before anything could happen, another car appear this time full of man in black.
''Hey look out.'' Said Lupin seeing those man nonstop.
''Assholes!'' Said Nami.
''what was that?" Asked Jigen.
Lupin decided to make his car work again, so he took Franky aside and decided to use the tricks he had to go on.
''Get in.'' Said Lupin to Jigen.
''ok.'' Said the gunman.
The Straw Hats could only look confused of what that weird thief would be doing now.
''Hey Lupin, what are you doing?" Asked Luffy.
''what do you think kid? I am going to save that girl.'' Said Lupin with a smirk and before any words can come out Lupin was gone.
Luffy was amazed at that. Lupin style was something he has never seen before, he wanted to see what kind adventure he was going to be in, so he decided to help him out.
''Franky follow him. Let's help Lupin.'' Said Luffy.
''Sure.'' Said Franky going back to the driver seat.
''Let's go!'' Scream Luffy and the cart was running again.
''Why are we doing this?" Asked Zoro.
''Are going to let a young bride be attacked? Not in my watch.'' Said Sanji with fiery eyes.
''The captain has spoken. We shall do it.'' Said Robin.
''You are pretty chill with this Robin.'' Said Usopp a little scared.
Soon the group was catching up to Lupin and Jigen, so Luffy decided to warm them.
''lupin we will behind you!" Scream Luffy.
''Ok!" Scream the thief.
The chased continue, Lupin and Jigen up front while the Straw Hat were behind.
''Franky stay glued to Lupin.'' Said Luffy.
''You got it. SUPEEEEEEEEEER!'' Scream Franky.
The straw Hats were now helping the gentleman thief in his quest to save that mysterious bride, not knowing in what kind big trouble they will be in a few days.
