Fate 6: Hunt 2 (The Kill Game)

Chapter 1

Three lives are given to the 7 men and woman...if all lives are lost, their souls will be forever lost in the dark abyss below... they are being hunted by a disfigured super man. A red jewel is at the top of the mountain, whoever reaches it first will become the winner and receive a prize and return home. The contestants cannot kill each other but they can fight, because in the forest lies treasure chests. Each chest contains an extra life, one that will make you gain one life. Traps are around the forest as well. What happens to losers who don't get to the jewel? Nobody knows...

Reset after death: 1 hour.

Super Monster Man: 2 hours.

Nodoka gasps and wakes up panting. She feels her chest and sighs. She then checks her wrist, 3 black bars are showing. She looks around and hears someone walking to the door in her room. The knob turns and it is Falcom.

"Hey! You're finally awake!" Falcom smiles and walks towards her.

"Where am I? Who are you?" Nodoka looks at the redhead.

"Name's Falcom! I'm an adventure that carries the Dragonslayer sword! The others are awake and having lunch. There's seven of us ladies and seven men, but the men are separate from us...however when the game starts, we'll be jumbled up together." Falcom said.

"Oh, I see." Nodoka gets out of bed. "How did we end up here?"

"Oh I don't know. I'm sorry. I have no clue. The only thing I remember was waking up in this huge house, apparently it's the safe zone from...out there." Falcom gulps and looks out a window and sees nothing but forest.

"Well, I'll be seeing you in the dining room for lunch!" Falcom leaves Nodoka's room. Nodoka gets changed and gears up for the mysterious game. A paper is by Nodoka's drawer near her bed. It has the rules and explanations on this game. Nodoka heads to the dining room for lunch. She sees 5 other girls eating, along with Falcom, who she just met.

Akari, A girl with blonde hair. Seryu, a girl Auburn hair. Haruko, a girl with pink hair, who is using a tooth pick and then burps.

"Gross." Says another redhead girl by the name Margot. And a buff girl with dark brown hair named Seungah, who is eating a big chicken leg.

"I wonder who cooks these meals for us?" Seryu asked.

"I think it is Dio?" Falcom ponders.

"No. It's Fio." Haruko answered.

"Mio?" Nodoka gets in her seat and starts digging in.

"FIO! Get her name right. She'll kick your ass." Haruko yelled.

"Is everyone enjoying their food?" Fio walks in.

"Yes madam Fio!" The seven woman said to her.

"Good~" Fio smirks and steps out.

"She's creepy." Margot said.

Once the woman and men finished eating they are outside about to enter the forest by passing a force field. It's dark inside too, no sunlight at all. Fio and a butler by her side step in front of the 14 contestants. The men are: Kokua, Hakua, Ace, Asahi, Akane, Kiyota, and Keiichi.

"Alright Liver, you ready to tell them?" Fio asked the man. Liver clears his throat.

"Ladies and gentlemen...I hope you are ready...you know the rules. You go out there and fight for survival." Liver tells them.

"Yes sir!" They say out loud.

"We're not allowed to help you once you pass the barrier. But we are allowed to help after you finish for the day." Fio tells them.

"Good luck to all of you." Fio says and the two vanish in light.

The men and woman enter and soon split up.

"Hakua, let's go." Kokua starts walking and his friend follows him. Seungah has a nose bleed upon seeing Kokua.

"Uhhh you ok girl? Your nose is bleeding." Seryu points at her nose.

"Heh? Oh. I'm fine." Seungah wipes it off with her arm and starts walking. Nodoka and Falcom join her. Margot decides to go alone as does Kiyota.

"You ladies want some help?" Ace asked Seryu and Haruko.

"Nah. We got this. I think you need help with that skin rash." Haruko chuckles.

"Hey! I was born like this! I'm the leader of the Ganggreengang! Show some respect lady!" Ace got mad and gets in Haruko's face.

"Oh I'll show you some respect!" Haruko giggles and then...WHAM! Ace gets his face smashed by her guitar. Ace is then sent flying into the air and crashing far away.

"Alright Seryu, guess you with me. Let's find those treasure chests first."

"All in the name of justice!" Seryu cheered and walks a path with Haruko.

"Akari was it? Wanna tag along with Asahi and I?" Akane, a redhead man asked her.

"Sure thing!" Akari smiles and Akane blushes. Kiyota and Keiichi tag together for this first "night".

Ace is walking and holding his face, his head has a bump on it from the hit. "Damn Vespa lady! How dare she hurt me! I'll grab that guitar and shove right up her fucking ass! Damn bitch!" Ace bumps into a man. "Hey! Watch it pal!" Ace looks up at the 7 foot figure. He was buff and had a black mask covering his face, it was the killer. He has a hatchet and stabs Ace in the shoulder. Ace screams in pain and quickly turns around to run off, he pulls out his gun and fires at the killer.

"GROOOR!" The man yells and charged Ace and tackles him. Ace is go flying into some bushes. The man steps on his sunglasses.

"You asshole! Those were my favorite pair!" Ace gets back up and reloads his pistol and fires again. The bullets stagger the man, but he keeps moving. He swings his axe and cuts off Ace's hands. Ace cries in pain and in horror. The man grabs Ace and lifts him up. He then tosses Ace into a tree, killing him. The man gets his hatchet and roars. Ace's wrist now has two black bars. A buzzer goes off.

"Looks like someone is dead." Seungah said and looks at the cloudy sky.

"Probably that Ace guy that Haruko sent flying earlier." Falcom said.

"We better watch out." Nodoka said and has her bow and arrows ready. "For now, let's look for those treasure chests." The three keep on walking and barely miss a trap near them...a pitfall.

Akari is with Akane and Asahi. Akari saw a light and decides to go to it, it's a treasure chest! Akari looks around to make sure no one is around. Akari opens it and a small crystal is inside. Akari takes it and opens the top and drinks the magical liquid. A black bar appears on her wrist, now she has 4 bars. "That was easy." Akari giggles and as soon as she stands up, the monster man is behind her.

"RAAAAWR!" The man roars and Akari screams and falls down. She backs into a tree as the man charges her. Akari jumps up to a tree branch and the monster rams into it. The impact shakes the tree and causes Akari to fall. The ninja girl manages to get on the big man and stab a kunai in his shoulder. The man roars and Akane and Asahi hear it.

"Akari!" Akane runs to her aid.

Akari is on her back as the man raises his foot. He's about to stomp Akari's face in to mush. Akane forms fire fists and punches the man in the face. The man staggers and groans. His mask cracked upon impact. Asahi helps Akari up to her feet. The man decides to run away.

"Are you hurt?" Asahi asked the blonde Ninja.

"Uhh no. I think I'm alright, just a little bruised is all." Akari answers.

"I'm glad you're not hurt." Akane said. Akari smiles at him.

"You found an extra life?" Asahi looks over at the opened empty chest nearby. He looks into it.

"Yes. Looks like I'm the first to find one." Akari chuckles.

"Well maybe we can find more." Asahi suggests.

"Might as well. Just be careful not to run into traps..." Akane said and the three continue walking.

Haruko comes across Hakua and Kokua. "Oh it's you." Kokua says.

"You're the one who sent that green man flying...Haruko was it?"

"Yup! That's me." Haruko smirks.

Seryu goes to an open chest and finds Coro. "There you are Coro!" Seryu picks him up and hugs him. "Glad you followed me here. Unlike the others I was the first pick for this game and I managed to smuggle you in. Now we can beat this game together! In the name of justice!"

Coro makes a noise and salutes. Coro then spits out two magic crystals.

"Good work Coro!" Seryu takes both and drinks them to now have 5 lives.

The man walks up to Seryu and roars. He charges the woman.

"Coro! Eat!" Coro jumps into the air and opens his mouth super wide and swallows the monster whole.

"Gulp." He swallows and then burps his mask out.

"Not so tough now!" Seryu giggles and a buzzer goes off.

"TIME HAS EXPIRED! REPORT BACK TO BASE! LEVEL 2 STARTS IN 6 hours!" Said a robotic voice.

Everyone is back in their cabins. However, Seryu takes Coro into a shed nearby and hides him inside. "I'll be back later, alright?"

"Woof!" Coro barks. Seryu runs off and the other girls talk with Fio.

"Yo Dio!" Haruko called out to her.

"It's Fio!" The maid yelled.

"Dio, Shio, Mio, it's all the same. Mind making me a sandwich~?" Haruko sits at the dinner table smirking.

"Fine. But get my name right at least..." Fio sighs and goes to make a sandwich for Haruko.

"So you found a chest?" Falcom asked Akari.

"Yeah. Sure did. Now I got four lives! If I find more, I'll give them to you." Akari tells the Adventurer.

"How thoughtful of you, Akari."

"Well I am a team player...I wonder how Enju and the other Ninjas are doing..."

"Don't worry, I'm sure there is a way for multiple people to win this death game." Falcom smiles.

"I hope so. For now, we can relax." Akari sighs and lays on her bed. Falcom leaves and sees Haruko eating her sandwich.

"Would you like one too?" Fio asked Falcom.

"No, I'm good." Falcom said. Falcom goes outside train with her dragonslayer sword. Haruko burps and finished her plate. "Another one please, Shio?"

"Ughhh..." Fio sighs and goes to make Haruko another sandwich. "Coming right up..."

Nodoka and the rest of the woman are sleeping...

2 hours later...

Seryu has some meat for Coro. "Coro? I got some meat for you." Seryu walks into the shed and sees Coro lying down, groaning. "Are you ok? Do you have stomach ache?"

Just then, an arm pops out of Coro's stomach. It was the monster man. He just regenerated as it's been two hours. Seryu drops the plate of meat and screams. She then makes a run for it as the man rips Coro in half as he is fully out of him. He roars loudly and his mask isn't on him, showing his disfigured face. Seryu makes it inside the women's cabin and locks the door.

"What's gotten you all worked up?" Fio asked. Seryu pants and turns to Fio.

"Uhhh that Ace guy is stalking me..." Seryu lied. "He pulled his gun out and threatened me!"

"Oh?" Fio goes to the door and looks through the peephole.

Falcom, Margot, Seungah, Haruko, Nodoka and Akari appear. They heard a loud noise...which was the monster's roar.

"Everything ok?" Nodoka asked.

"Ace is stalking me!" Seryu yells at the other contestants.

"Calm down. I'll have this sorted out ladies." Fio looks again in the peephole and sees nobody. "There's nothing-"

The door gets smashed open and Fio's left arm is grabbed. Fio screams in pain as the other women scream to.

"Holy shit!" Haruko runs off. Fio falls down to the floor as her entire left arm is ripped off. The woman are too shocked to help her. Fio crawls away from the monster. The man lifts his hatchet up and comes down, striking Fio in the back. Akari quickly darts passed the man to go get Liver over at the mens cabin. Falcom charges the monster but gets smacked into a wall and is knocked out. Seungah delivers a powerful kick to his face and helps Fio.

"Go! I'll have her treated, somehow!" Seungah carries Fio to safety... Seryu is no longer inside the cabin and is with a recovered Coro in the shed. Nodoka is watching Margot.

"Let's dance you hatchet face fuck!" Margot yells and punches the monster with a fury of hits. The man grabs Margot and throws her to the side. Margot roundhouse kicks him in the mace. The man staggers a bit.

"It's just level 1. He isn't hard to defeat." Nodoka said to Margot.

""I know!" Margot ducks but gets smacked in the face. Margot gets sent outside from that hit. The man puts his hatchet down. Margot delivers kicks and punches to him. The man grabs Margot and bends her arm in the wrong direction.

"AGHHHHH!" Margot screams in agony as her elbow bone is out of her skin. The man then kicks her in the chest. Margot crashes hard and coughs up blood. The man grabs Fio's arm and raises it in the air. Margot moans and looks at the monster, her mouth open. The monster slams Fio's arm down Margot's throat out the back of her neck! Margot makes a sickening gurgle and falls over dead...she has now has two lives remaining.

The monster roars in victory, just then two teenagers in cloaks appear and chant a spell. The man begins glowing and charges the two mystery girls. He pops away back into the forest, where he belongs. The two girls vanish...

Akari has Liver and told him what happened...Liver and Akari gasp. They see Margot's dead body...it was gruesome...

"Who let him beyond the barrier in the safe zone!?" Liver yells at Akari.

"We don't know sir! Fio is badly hurt!" Akari told him.

A buzzer goes off. "LEVEL 2 WILL BEGIN SHORTLY! LEVEL 2 WILL BEGIN SHORTLY!" A robotic voice says.
