A day before Dudley Dursley's 4th Birthday his family went to pick Vernon Dursley's Sister from Bus Station because Margery Dursley was coming for Little Dudley's Birthday.
While the Family of 3 Dursleys went to pick 4th member of the Dursley family, A little boy with Black hair, startling green eyes and a red cut on his forehead was starving in the locked cupboard under the stairs. He was sleeping in it with tear tracks down his dirty little face.
4 Dursleys stopped at a high-end restaurant for Dinner while coming back. Adult Dursley siblings consumed more than 1 glass of alcohol even knowing they would have to drive back. Petunia pursed her lips but didn't say anything while feeding her soon to be 4 years old son.
while driving back on a busy highway Vernon Dursley and His family crashed into a heavy-duty military supply truck and 4 of them died on the spot leaving little harry once more orphaned.
They were loaded in Ambulances and the reason for Death was determined by the test of alcohol in the system which came back positive for 2 in front seats. 2 in the back were too fragile to survive this magnitude of the crash.
Documents were checked for the identities and the very next day in the morning a social worker cum lawyer was dispatched towards No. 4 Privet Drive to see what would happen with everything Dursleys owned or if they had family remaining.
The lawyer was a squib born from a middle-class family, who heard a tiny whimper coming from the cupboard under the stairs while he was checking the property. Thinking it was some animal locked he opened the door cautiously and was gobsmacked seeing a tiny child lying on the cot looking half-starved lying in his filth.
Knowing no other child was registered with the Dursley family, he immediately called for an ambulance to see to the child's fragile state. when he gently picked up the child and wiped his face with a damp cloth he was again gobsmacked as he identified the child he was holding in his hand.
Most famous child in his Grandparents world. He and His family had celebrated the defeat of Britain's darkest lord again just last Halloween just as they had celebrated in the year 1981 on November 2nd after he had received a letter from his grandparents after a long 8 years of silence between them.
A moving photo of the family of 3 was featured in the national newspaper that day and it was the same child as the photo. not as happy or healthy as the photo but never the less same child.
He had to tread carefully here. he owed his family's safety and happiness to this child. and whoever placed him here didn't have the child's welfare in his mind.
As Ambulance stopped in front of no. 4 Privet Drive, he made up his mind. he would save this child from the British Wizarding world as this was the least world owed to the little tyke.
As paramedics arrived, he called his mother who lived 20 mins away and had a silver tongue which could rival the sneakiest of the people and who have taught him how to be a lawyer. He informed his mother of the situation and the enormity of the case. they needed to keep this under the covers.
Harry Potter or James Lowell as he was registered in the hospital to keep his identity hidden was treated for neglect and starvation with kind doctors and was looked after by child services and Mrs Primrose McDougal, Mother of Clark McDougal, the lawyer who found the child.

Mr Clark Mcdougal was working overtime and has already tracked the relation little Harry potter had with Dursleys some days prior. He was the nephew of Petunia Dursley neè Evans sister of Lily Potter neè Evans and was living with them since sometime in November of 1981.
Vernon Dursley kept all the records of what was spent in his household and Petunia Dursley kept a Diary in which she wrote at least once in 2-3 days what was happening in her perfect life according to her. They were receiving 3,000 pounds quarterly from the trust fund of Harry potter set up by his family in a muggle bank co-operated with goblins. They had received 7 Payments till the day and all of it was kept in the bank under his own name by Vernon Dursley.
Margery Dursley owned a Dog breeding farm and the Value of her whole estate after sold and paid for funerals was somewhere around 200,000 pounds. She was one rich woman who spent very frugally according to her neighbours.
The Estate of Vernon Dursley was around 150,000 pounds including their home and now crashed car.
Mr McDougal has collected every document and bank statement concerning both elder Dursleys and marked everything at around 340,000 to 360,000 pounds market value.
Mrs DcDougal, Mother of Clark being a retired woman hatched a plan with her Wizard in-laws to save harry potter's life. According to the statements they had until 1 August to sort everything out if they wanted to keep everything entirely under wraps.
Meanwhile, as June-July was the time in which an elderly lady living just a few minutes away from Dursley family took a vacation with her own family and Grandchildren, some important people with too much interest in Harry potter's life were unaware of what was happening in a tiny Suburban village of Surrey, England.

James Lowell was in the care of a Kindhearted foster family for July 1984 under the watchful eyes of the McDougal family who didn't have enough prestige to fight with powerful elements of the British Wizarding World for his custody.
John McDougal, Grandfather of Clark was a Law-Wizard of Good standing and has discreetly arranged everything with Gringotts for the care of one Harry Potter, Child saviour of Wizarding world. After showing the proof to Goblins after a test of Saliva collected from Harry, and Photos with official Medical records he was approved to look into finances under the watchful eyes of potter account manager narfang.
Harry James Potter had 2 trust vaults in different banks, which each had 12,200 G and 37,000 Pounds currently.
They were Refilled every year on August 1st, a Day after Harry's Birthday with 2,400 G and 12,000 pounds from main Potter and Evans Vaults respectively. Harry Potter was the Heir of 2 Accounts currently Potter and Evans in Both worlds respectively. Potters had a large estate that would be released to him when he was of age 15 or when he had taken his OWLs in co-care with Lawyers, trustees and Gringotts and full control when he turned 18 or took his NEWTs.
All Vaults of both families were handled by an ancient goblin who was manager of potter vaults since last century and Evans estate since August 1979 when James and Lily had married. Evans estate was passed in 1977 to Lily Evans with Yearly payments going into the account of Petunia Dursley who married and left Evans name behind in 1976 at age of 18 without the approval of her parents, a few months before the death of Late Elder Evans.
Lily Evans had changed banks and shifted the whole estate to only Goblin co-owned bank in the summer following her 7th year of Hogwarts while living in her parents home with her School best friend Marlene till her wedding in 1979. After that, she has sold her parents home situated in Cokeworth, Midlands in 1979 October.
Marlene went to live with her parents in October of 1979 and her whole family was killed in march of 1980 by Death eaters.
Harry Potter was also listed under an Potter family Mail redirect vault which dealt with whatever they received in Potter family name in which everything sent for him from the wizarding masses was Stored. It currently had around 129,000 G, sickles, knuts and assorted gifts sent to him as thanks by various people in the world. All the edibles sent to him were checked for potions, poisons and then forwarded to DMLE or donated in an orphanage as well as malicious gifts and letters. Inappropriate messages and offensive things were disposed of as well by a muggle-born employed by the potter family before their demise.
This mail redirect vault was set when Elder potters, first fleamont and euphemia and then Charlus and Dorea passed away and James was receiving excessive condolences. It was now used for Harry's benefit.
Potter Account Manager was responsible for this newly dubbed fanmail vault and kept records of everything. Before the age of 11, every non-personal letter sent in child's name was redirected to Gringotts in case of Heirs to protect them from malicious intents, with important letters forwarded to parents or guardians but in the case of the Harry potter everything important was just recorded and kept for future pursuing with Polite Thankyou notes going to every gift and well wishes sender with Potter family name printed at the end.
A few people had willed there entire estate to Harry Potter, Child saviour and they fell under the preview of Potter Account manager which Heir was allowed to pursuit after 13 in age.
Law-Wizard McDougal was a very sharp man, he Instructed his grandson to spread a rumour in the late Dursley neighbourhood that the family had shifted to Some European country following the promotion Vernon received at work. As Neighbours saw packing trucks already it was easy to spread, they weren't invited to the funeral and as they were noted down as child abusers in police files, records were sealed. House was already purchased by a newlywed couple looking towards expanding their family.
Social worker cum Clark McDougal informed Grunning Authorities about Child abuse happening at the Dursley Household and the company was to keep everything under wraps as well. Any inquiry related to Vernon Dursley would send people on a merry chase to several Grunning branches in different countries across Europe.
They did this to save the child from people who left him there when Clark told them Dursleys were keeping the child only because they were waiting for the boy to receive his estate on his 14th birthday and the fat cheque coming every quarter from Child's Trust fund.
Harry Potter who was slowly recovering from abuse at a kind-hearted Muggle family was going to a Private Magical all-year-round academy starting 1 August 1984 at Age of 4. He would attend this academy for 6-7 years for now till he was 10 or 11 and even after then if he wished for it.
He was going to be in the care of the best children specialists because of the abuse he faced at the young age for a few years till he recovered fully. He would spend 2-3 Weeks every Christmas with the McDougal family who would rent a cabin near the private academy for the holiday season.
The cost of the Private Academy was high and the Manager of Potter Account arranged it with the academy under wraps. Every year 6000 G were paid to the academy to educate and house Heir of the Potter Family, with about 500 G going for his private expenses to the allotted caretaker in the academy. All the reports and expenses would be reviewed by the Potter account manager and John MacDougal, who was hired by goblins as personal lawyer for the Potter heir seeing the lengths he was going to keep said heir safe. Potter family already had a team of Business and social lawyers who couldn't be terminated without the permission of lord of the house.
This academy was located in Canada with Very heavy wards which would keep little Harry safe from the people wishing him harm.
Harry Potter spent his 4th Birthday with the McDougal family, John and Enid Grandparents of Clark, Philip and Primrose Parents of Clark and Clark and his little Sister Rosaline who was going to attend Hogwarts in 1 month being the only witch in 2 generations and the reason this McDougal family branch was connected tightly with each other.

when Mrs Figg of Wisteria Walk, Surrey contacted the headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and told him that the Dursley family had relocated somewhere in Europe taking little Harry with them, Headmaster felt a flicker of interest and told Mrs Figg that she was free of the service she provided till now, thanking her for the information.
In the next 2 weeks, Mrs Figg of Wisteria walk had shifted to her son's home after releasing the lease on the home she was occupying for keeping an eye on potter heir on the orders of Dumbledore.
Albus Dumbledore knew he won't be able to locate harry potter now, before his 11th Birthday and hoped for good 7 years for harry with his muggle family till the time of his coming home came, Wishing that harry kept up with his English wherever he was. The device connected to Potter heir located in his office showed that said boy was alive. He needed no other confirmation than his own device.
He was confident that Harry would come home when he turned 11 so didn't inform anyone of this change.

Harry James Potter was known as Harry Evans in the Exclusive Toronto Academy of olde and neo Magicks.
Only the most upper tier faculty knew Harry's Identity and they were forbidden by their school charter to reveal it to anyone not in the know.
The year was divided into 3 uneven semesters which were September to December, January to May and June to August which was their summer semester open to people who couldn't attend for the whole year.
Harry Potter has enrolled in year-round classes with a 3-week break in December-January, a 3-week break in April-May and 2-week break in September.
McDougals would host Harry for 2-3 weeks every December and the rest harry would spend in the school itself for safety and stability.
Little Harry potter was going to learn Both Muggle and Magical courses in his year 1, which was for the newly enrolled children age 3 to 4 years old.
Toronto Academy housed many scholars couples on its grounds in individual cabins and Harry Evans was in the care of one such proper couple who also had 1 other boy in their year-round care.
Harry and Phineas Hill were fast friends, Phineas was 2 months older than harry and had Very Busy parents. They had enrolled him in the year-round course and during vacation weeks, he was to spend time with them Bonding as they didn't have time for a kid in their careers.
Slowly in care of Kind Mr and Mrs Scott, 29 and 32 years scholars respectively, Harry Evans went from scared Abused kid to an Active outgoing boy. He and Phineas were partners in crime and were adored by all other scholars, families and people living in the campus.
Harry was taught English and French in languages as Canada had a high percentage of people speaking both languages. He was in basic Flying class and was in all the basic classes taught to wizard raised children along with all muggle courses necessary for a child's development.
Mr and Mrs Scott were on academy grounds with the tenant of 15 years, which begin in 1983. They were going to Harry and Philips' primary caretakers for the duration they were enrolled in the academy.
After a month and half of adjusting in which harry didn't have classes, he begins to thrive in the new positive environment. Mr and Mrs Scott encouraged both boys to learn everything and to think critically. They both were Professors for higher levels, who didn't yet had their own kids but were able guardians. Mrs Niramyee Scott Neè Wilks was British by birth who was disowned from her own pure-blood family for marrying an American during her after school travels and rejecting her marriage contract with some other pure-blood snob. She knew and understood what Harry needed to learn to thrive in her old homeland as she and her husband were bought into confidence by the school administrators and Potter account manager and had met the McDougal family who saved Harry from previous conditions.
Harry blossomed under proper care and his mischievous nature emerged again which he was loved for when his parents were alive. As it was a magical academy, there was no hiding his magic. He started using his magic to play pranks with the help of Philips and they were dubbed as Terrible Twos in the academy. Mr and Mrs Scott taught them to differentiate between harmful and funny from the very young age.
He spent his Winter vacation with the McDougal family for 3 years.
