-Office of the Head Yama, MRW HQ-
The Ministry of Right and Wrong, an organization led by the Head Yama, though they obey higher superiors, which are Hecatia Lapislazuli and God. The organization itself organizes the souls of the deceased to go to Heaven, Hell, Purgatory, or the Netherworld depending on how much they sin or not.
In the Office of the Head Yama are two girls.
The first is Hecatia Lapislazuli who wears a loose blacktop, and a green, red and purple plaid skirt. With her red hair, eyes, and familiar headwear, and floating orbs.
The second has long black hair and white eyes. She wears a black and white dress with black decorations and one ribbon on both sleeves. She wears a black and white hat with a black emblem in front and a black and white bow on the back; the emblem and bow are balanced equally. She also wears black shoes with a white bow on them and frilly socks. This is Enma, the Head Yama of the Ministry of Right and Wrong.
Hecatia and Enma were in Enma's office, talking about the purpose of hell and the Ministry.
"The world is filled with souls of all kinds, isn't it?" Hecatia asked.
"You're right, Lady Hecatia. So many souls yet so many needed to be judged," Enma said.
"There is a need for order and organization to know who can go where," Hecatia said.
"Indeed. Organization, even in the afterlife, is required, after all," Enma said.
"And that's where you come in," Hecatia said.
"With the organization, I am part of. Which is the Ministry of Right and Wrong," Enma said.
"Exactly," Hecatia said.
"Indeed. And you help maintain Hell and, well, the other hells out there," Enma said.
"Indeed," Hecatia said.
"But I have been seeing a steady rise of many evil souls out there," Enma said.
"This probably has to do with Backbeard, the Scarlet King, the Great Old Ones, and the Outer Gods," Hecatia said.
"As well as their enemies slaying their wicked followers," Enma said. "And their allies' souls are arriving to be judged as well. Hell has been getting crowded with their souls."
"And I already have a spot for them," Hecatia said.
"Alright. But what is this spot specifically for them anyways?" Enma said.
"I can show you. Careful, though, it's not for the faint of heart," Hecatia said.
"Okay then," Enma said.

-Hell-
Hell is the location at which the souls of sinners are sent to be tortured by the demons in there through the use of all sorts of torture techniques. However, sinners will on occasion burn up and then are reincarnated in a new realm, as is the eternal cycle of Samsara.
This will not be the case for followers of Backbeard, the Children of the Scarlet King, or the cult members of the Great Old Ones and Outer Gods, as they are given their own special dimension. The reason was the large amounts of evil they have committed such as rape, torture, murder, genocide, slavery, destruction of multiple lives, and many more on the list. As a result, the Head Yama and by extension God & Hecatia have decreed their souls will not reincarnate.
A portal opened up in a torture facility with Enma and Hecatia stepping through.
Both watched as the souls of these complete monsters are tortured for eternity by the various demons present. The souls would always regenerate, which allows for continuous torture on their bodies for eternity.
"I see…" Enma said as she did not show an ounce of pity towards them. They made their choice and they are given the justice they deserve.
She saw a cultist of Y'golonac having his balls and cock be tortured by having pins be inserted all over the organ. The Yama can even hear the screams and pleas from him but paid it no mind as she can tell his soul is as black as the abyss.
"And he isn't even the worst off…" Hecatia said.
As she saw that another guy, a follower of the Scarlet King, was getting the same treatment but the pins were being pierced all over his body. Even his eyes were not safe alongside some more pins being inserted into his mouth.
"I see. And I will bet that there is worse.." Enma said.
"Yeah," Hecatia said.
"Well, I suppose we all have our role to fulfill," Enma said.
"Indeed we do," Hecatia said.
"Let us do our best, then," Enma said.
"Our best," Hecatia said.
They shook hands.

-Meanwhile, MRW HQ-
Eiki Shiki was waiting in her courtroom for her Shinigami to arrive.
"She's late…" the Yama said.
"This is the first time I'm going to meet this Shinigami but she's late!" Eiki said as she was annoyed. Very annoyed.
"I might as well write a report to Lady Enma already," Eiki said.
Eiki sighed heavily. Then Komachi finally showed up.
Yawning, removing any doubt as to what she was doing.
"WHERE YOU SLEEPING?!" Eiki said looking pissed off.
Komachi then realized that she was in deep shit.
"Uuuuuhhh...yes?" Komachi said as she shrugged her shoulders.
"YOU'RE LATE, YOU KNOW?! I have to file in a report because of this...when this is going to be our first day working together!"
"I'M SORRY PLEASE DON'T FIRE ME!" Komachi said as she pleaded.
"NO EXCUSES! THIS IS YOUR FIRST JOB AND YOU BLEW IT!" Eiki said.
Eiki was pissed off and Komachi was desperately trying to excuse herself.
Komachi was hoping that her very first job won't end with her fired on the spot.
"Now if you'll excuse me, I have this report to send," Eiki then left.
"This is my very first job as a Shinigami partner for a Yama... If I get fired on the spot, my career is over...Sakura...Death-dono...I failed you all…" Komachi said.
As she was moping, she then noticed a sound outside and checked by a window.
"Wait! What the hell?!" Komachi asked in shock.
Then she recognized who she saw outside.
Her eyes widened before turning into a serious frown.
Meanwhile, Eiki was going to file her report. In her office to the Head Yama. She arrived and took out her ink brush and began to write it on a paper, which vanished and was sent to Enma.
"And there it goes," Eiki said. She waited and finally got her response in the form of a mirror that appeared in the office, showing Enma's face.
"*Sigh*... I should've known…" Enma said.
"Enma-sama, can I get another Shinigami who isn't lazy as seen by the Shinigami I got who was late today?" Eiki said.
"Unfortunately, everyone else is already booked," Enma said.
"Are you saying I got the scraps?!" Eiki said, looking outraged.
"*Sigh*... I should've told you ahead, but after an...incident...her general competence at work quickly increased after she became Sakura's pupil," Enma said.
"How can such a slacker be her pupil?! And what competence?!" Eiki said.
"Well, when she actually gets up to do her job, she has a perfect track record. Just give her some time, I am sure the opportunity will come up," Enma said as the mirror went black and it teleported out of the office.
"Yes...Enma-Sama…" Eiki said as she returned back to her courtroom to go tell Komachi the news.
Only to see her holding the head of a rogue Shinigami found guilty of working for Backbeard.
Eiki was in shock because this was something that she was not expecting.
"Oh. I located this one just after you left. So many bounties on that one. Good thing I was here. That traitor was about to unleash an army of sinners on Youkai Mountain," Komachi said.
"I...uhhh good job on that…" Eiki said as she was trying to get back to her strict attitude.
'She was able to do that while I was away?!' Eiki thought.
Eiki then asked Kutaka for a report on the Incident to make sure her eyes aren't deceiving her and that Komachi isn't pulling a prank on her. Through the use of another mirror that is used as communication with those part of the Ministry of Right and Wrong.
"No, it's not, Eiki-sama. Komachi definitely did solve the Incident and it was very real, and nipped the bud, along with that traitor's head," Kutaka said. "Those sinners are still being waited to be trialed but now under heavy supervision as to prevent said incident from happening again."
The souls weren't even freed because Komachi killed the culprit before the sinners could be set free.
"And it all happened while I was away?! Such timing... There must be an information leak! Warn Kyomu about this!" Eiki said.
Kutaka did so as she has said.
"So...Eiki-sama did I do my job right?" Komachi said as she still held the head of the rogue Shinigami.
Eiki was conflicted about how to feel.
On the one hand, she was late. On the other hand, she just saved the Youkai Mountains in a span of a few minutes, at most.
"I would say...well I may enjoy working with you…" Eiki said.
Komachi looked relieved.
"By the way, you can keep the head as a reward," Eiki said.
"Sweet!" Komachi said.
