It is the end of the war, both sides have taken heavy casualties but none more so then that of class 1A
Kyoka limps across the field holding her shattered arm as she scans the bodies of her friends and classmates either dead, fine dying, quirkless or in shock
She passes a crying Todoroki, one of the few who survived and kept their quirk as he cradles his beloved Momo in his lap, she had been stripped of her quirk before being torn in half at the waist and tossed aside
Another couple she passes is Uraraka and Iida as he holds her, one of his legs burned away via acid and the other shattered as she sits in shock silence
Mina sits with a naked Toru both now quirkless as they hide their eyes from the acid burned remains of Mineta and Kaminari
Kyoka passes a deceased Shouji as she tries to keep her stomach from turning inside out, he was the most mutilated as his own quirk was used against him, the arms being ripped off and apart before they were all plunged into different parts of his body, the killing blow coming from the arm piercing through his temples
A quirkless Tokoyami holds a dying Tsuyu as he pours his heart out to her, her insides spilling out after being cut at the stomach like a frog being dissected, she touches his face and smiles before falling limp
As Kyoka finds the one person she is looking for she passes the body of Sero as his own tape was used to crush his neck as it is now the only thing keeping the head from rolling away
Aoyama and Koda sit in complete shock unable to speak let alone move while Ojiro, Sato and Kirishima are running around trying to help whomever they can
The last body Kyoka passes before getting to her green haired fiance is Bakugo his body bruised and burned as he died fighting even after having his quirk stolen, half his face gone from his quirk being fired at close range
Kyoka kneels next to the her fiance the class nerd and cinnamon roll as he is pinned to a wall a spear piercing through his sternum and lung as he looks up at his eyes having lost their light
"Please no, listen to me Izu you'll pull through this ok just hang on, Medic!" She shouts to the deafness as he cups her face his hands shaking before coughing up blood "Hurry I need a medic, please"
Her voice gets quiet and meek at the end, Izuku lifts her chin up so he can look into her eyes
"Ky-kyo..it is.. to late" he takes in a ragged breath as he sounds like a rattle as the air comes out " I'm.. not going.. To make it"
He reaches back and plucks his hair " I need you..to take one for all, I need you to move forward"
She slaps his arm away before crying into his chest " no you idiot you aren't leaving me, you can't do this to me or Eri, we can't lose you Izuku" she grips the remains of his hero suit as she cries
" Please.. Kyoka i need you" he is silenced as she kisses him quiet before curling into his body "shut up idiot"
He nods and rubs her head as she cries in his lap eventually crying herself tired, as she rests in his lap Izuku pulls her up against his chest doing his best to avoid the spear and her damaged an, he kisses her head one last time before going into his own eternal rest
Hours pass before Kyoka opens her eyes to the sight of class 1B helping the survivors, Kendo walks over to check her over taking notice of the tear stained face of the earphone jack hero and kneels down to check Izuku for a pulse
Kyoka gently grabs Kendo's arm and shakes her head to silently say that he has passed
"I'm.. I'm sorry Jirou" Kendo reaches out to Kyoka who shows no resistance to the hug she's embraced in as she begins to cry once more
