Once Upon a Time...
That's how all the best stories start, isn't it? There's usually a Princess in distress, a knight in shining armor, maybe an evil witch or two thrown in for variety. And I'm assuming you know how they all end—the evil is defeated, the knight saves the girl and they ride off into the sunset to happily ever after, leaving dragon corpses or piles of ash or exploded entrails in their wake.
Boring, I say. Boring, boring, boring. All stupid and redundant and— all right, all right, no need to pester me about it. I guess I can sit through one more...
