It had been two years since Danny showed the world he was half ghost. Since then, I've been trying to get his attention, inviting myself to his house and trying to talk to him at school. None of these have made either of us closer to the other, but I did manage to finally get invited to his house with Star for a party set for the following night. That day, one of my classmates walked past me outside. He had short dark brown hair, brown eyes, a blue polo shirt, black pants and shoes, and something to lose. I gave Star, my best friend, a glance and she walked up to him. The two had a conversation

that he became engulfed in to such an extent that he couldn't hear me coming behind him. I quickly placed my hands down the back of his pants to pull up his underwear. He briefly moaned and turned to me, my other hand racing to pull out an ice tray. I poured the ice into his underwear and ran from him, our classmates all laughing as he ran into the building.

"You didn't tell me you were going to do that," Star said.

"I told you I was going to make him shiver," I replied.

"You really love bullying, huh?" Star asked.

"When it's Justin, yes."

I smirked at her and we walked into Casper High's building. It was a normal set of classes. When it was over, I walked out of the building with Star and we saw Justin with a little boy with long dark brown hair, a purple shirt with long black sleeves, black pants and socks with pink flats. I didn't know who he was, but I thought he was really cute. I gave Star a look and we walked up to the pair. I poked Justin on the side of his jacket and he gave me a combative expression.

"Hey Justin," I said. "Who's the cute little guy standing with you?"

"My brother," Justin answered, placing his hand on the boy's head. "His name's Jordan. He's 4."

"Are you the Paulina?" Jordan asked, me nodding my head. "You're the lady that Danny was in love with."

I laughed and bent down to Jordan, rubbing the back of his head with a smirk.

"Your hair is lovely and about as long as mine," I said, pointing at Star. "This is my friend Star. We have a lot in common."

Star came over to Jordan and shook his hand.

"Are you guys friends with my brother?" Jordan asked, neither me or Star responding for obvious reasons.

"I like Star to an extent," Justin said. "The other one...well, I'll just say you can have her."

"Of course we're friends with your brother," I said. "He even invited me to his house today so we could meet you."

Jordan's face widened with a smile.

"Really?" He asked, me and Star nodding our heads. "This is perfect. We can play in my room."

Jordan grabbed me by the waist and lifted me into the air, my heart almost popping out of my chest from the shock.

"You have superpowers?" I asked.

"Yeah," Jordan said. "I can fly and lift things bigger than me."

"Can your brother do this stuff too?"

"He doesn't want anyone to know about what I can do so I don't wanna say. Can you keep my secret?"

He was asking me to keep his secret after doing something to expose his secret, but he was a child after all. I nodded my head and he took me to his house, flying in through an open window to a room decorated almost entirely in pink.

"Is pink your favorite color?" I asked, Jordan nodding his head. "Mine too. You should have brought Star along with us."

"I can go back for her. I'll be back in a minute."

Jordan flew out of the room and left me in his house seemingly with no one else there. I sat on his bed and looked at some of the pictures. One of them was of Jordan, Justin, and some brown-haired woman at the park. They looked happy and Justin stood between the pair. Another photo was of a white-haired older man standing next to a boy with short brown hair, who I assumed was Justin. Jordan then returned, now holding Star in his hands.

"Now we can play," Jordan said with excitement.

"Okay," Star replied. "What do you want to do first?"

"I don't know."

'Tickle fight."

Star began tickling Jordan and the latter fell towards my chest as I tickled Star. Jordan grabbed under my armpits to begin tickling me and my left shoe, a white flat, fell off. Jordan jumped off the bed and looked at my shoe, taking his off and placing his foot inside of mine. Star paused from tickling and joined me in looking at Jordan.

"What?" Jordan asked.

"You really want to be like me?" I asked, him nodding his head.

There was a tap at the wall and Justin peaked his head into the room.

"Can I speak to you alone for a moment, Paulina?" He asked, me nodding my head before stepping to the window and him gently pulling me out of the room.

"You now know about my brother's powers," Justin said. "I will allow you to torment me in any way you'd like at school, but if you do anything to hurt him and his future, I will make sure you live to regret it."

He placed his finger to my chest with an intensity in his eyes that remained focused on my face. Who was he to speak to me like this? Then again, who was I to torment him? And as much as it pains me to say it, I doubt I'd act any differently if the situation was reversed.

"I have something to say," I answered. "Your brother seems like a very sweet boy and I don't appreciate you trying to turn him against me by mentioning our feud. I will never do anything to hurt him, but I can't say the same about a guy who wants to threaten me and expect us to come to an agreement."

I went through the window again and Justin walked down the street. We watched movies on Jordan's TV and talked to each other for about three hours before Star and I decided to leave. We went through the front door with Jordan closing behind us.

"Thanks for giving me your numbers," Jordan said. "When can I call you?"

"Anytime you want, Jordy," I said. "Next time, I want you to come over to my house."

"And then next time to mine," Star said. "We could even have a sleepover."

"That would be so cool," Jordan gushed. "We could do each other's hair and maybe even go shopping."

"That's the plan," I said, waving at him.

He waved back and closed the door. The next day at school, I was sitting outside with Star when Justin arrived. I called out his name and he didn't answer.

"I can't wait for the party tonight at the Fenton's," Star said.

"I've got an idea," I replied.

That night, the Fentons hosted a party attended by some 200 people. I saw some of my classmates like Dash and Tucker there and talked for a bit before going to the Fenton laboratory with Star. It was empty except for Danny's mother, who was wearing her usual blue get up.

"Hello there," she said. "Are you Danny's friends?"

"Something like that," Star replied. "I was wondering if you could show me where you keep the punch."

She nodded her head and took Star by the hand.

"This'll give me an excuse to go talk to Marquetta," Danny's mom said.

The pair left the room and I went to the Fenton ghost portal. I stood inside the machine and began pressing buttons. One of them blasted me with a blue beam that put me to sleep.
