For almost two years after leaving the safety of Vault 101 the person known as the Lone Wanderer had walked the Capital Wasteland.
First in search of their father, a man called James, a man who first abandoned his life's work for the sake of his child but after almost two decades abandoned his child for the sake of his life's work, Project Purity.
Then in the quest to bring fresh clean water to the capital wasteland, all the way fighting remnants of the per war United States government, a military authoritarian organisation going by the name of the Enclave.
After almost dying during activating Project Purity the kid from Vault 101 with the help and backing of the Brotherhood of Steel, a pseudo-religious technologically advanced knightly order, waged a short but bloody war against the Enclave which accumulated in the destruction of Raven Rock and Adams air force base, the two largest strongholds of the Enclave.
The Brotherhood were not without losses, the biggest was the destruction of Liberty Prime, the pinnacle of pre war robotics, but with the steadfast help of the Lone Wanderer the Brotherhood of Steel won the war.
After helping to destroy the Enclave, the kid from 101 continued to walk the wastes and help where they could.
From Rivet City to the Republic of Dave and from Girdershade to Canterbury Commons the Lone Wanderer came to be known as a Messiah of Atom, the phantom of the good fight, an honorary Knight, a survival guru, a regulator of justice and even a member of Reilly's rangers.
Rumours began to spread that the kid had overthrown the leadership of a slave city known as the Pitt, that they had somehow fought in the battle of Anchorage Alaska and the craziest rumoured achievement of the Lone Wanderer was that they had saved the whole of humanity from aliens, but not many believed that one.
But all tales must come to an end, and the last anyone in the capital wasteland saw of the kid from the Vault was the Lone Wanderer carrying a strange book from the swamps of Point lookout into the cursed depths of the dunwich building.
But this was not the end of the Lone Wanderers story, but just the start of another bloody chapter in the tale of war, but in the words of a native traveller of the wastes:
'It's said war - war never changes. Men do, through the roads they walk. And this road - has reached its end'
And this is the tale of Sloane Neeson and her ongoing war for the greater good in the lands of Remnant.

A Fo3 RWBY I've had rolling around in my head after reading some excellent fanfics, watching RWBY volume 1 and getting back into fallout 3.
Ok, this is obviously a complete rewrite of my attempt at a Fo3 / RWBY story, I personally think it's better (even though I've rewritten it like five times) No clue when this will continue.
