They Used A Particle Accelerator To Create Plasma As Hot as the Core of a Blue Supergiant.To Power The Gadget.Next For a Casing They Made A Combination Of The Hardest And Lightest Materials By Molding Together With The Accelerator.They Chose the Shape of a Watch So It Can Be Simple and easy to use.Next They Put a Super Computer Into the Base of the Watch.To Store the Forms Which they Called D.L.F Or Digital Life Forms.This Process Alone Took 4.5 Of those Years Even With A Omniscient Quirk And An Stupidly Rich Dad.

The Next 2 Years They Were Creating The D.L.F's With a Character Creation Software.And Transferred The Data Into the Watch.Next They Created a Dial Which Let Him Chose Which of the transformations he wanted.

The Next 2 Years They Were Planning to Do the Impossible.They Were trying to Connect the Device to Izuku's DNA.The Process was dangerous And Could have ended badly.But in the end it worked out.Now the Watch Only Comes of with a Certain code is said by the Welder.

The final Year Was Implanting Other Functions And Codes Into the Watch.

So A 14 Year Old Izuku Now Has The Greatest invention in the Wo-No Omniverse on his Wrist.

But Izuku Wasn't Exactly Hero Material.

He Had a Baby Face,Fluffy Hair And Now Multiple Scars.Slightly Deformed Fingers Manly Not Following Rules And Losing focus.A Long but thin Cut Going Across His Cheeks And Lower Neck.And Some Cuts on his Hands.He Also Had Light Bags under his eyes from the lack of sleep. He Was Also Really Skinny Manly Because he didn't Exercise At All.

So With the Finished product done Blood,Sweat,Tears,And Countless hours of sleep lost.The Watch is now Complete.

So The First Chapter Is Done And I Want To Say somethings.The Transforms Aren't As Strong as there Original Counterpart.Simple Because Midoriya Turing Four Arms Who is Durable Enough to get punched to the Moon And Get Up like it was nothing.And Can react to Laser Beam.And is physically stronger then vilgax Who Can Punch a Mountain Apart(His feats on alien Force And ultimate alien proves this.) Would put him vastly above All Might.

Also There will be no Other characters from other Verses.This is simply if Midoriya Had the Omnitrix.

He Will still be Extremely Strong just Not Overpowered.But not Downplayed or nerfed for plot.
