Yeah hi. Back again. I am having all the ideas right now so I'm gonna do as many as I can before writer's block claims me again. :O

Anyway, here's a take on how Joker manged to recount the past seven months within an hour because why not.

Disclaimer: I do not own Persona 5. That goes to Atlus and Sega.

Speed Run

By Bilbo-sama

"I only have an hour so we don't have much time," said Sae sternly at the young man lightly swaying in his seat while he stared blearily at her as if he was internally deliberating if she was real or if he was hallucinating the woman in front of him.

"So please," Sae adds, "cooperate with me."

The young man blinked and replied hoarsely, "Okay."

"Good," nodded Sae, "now, tell me everything."

The alleged Phantom Thief seemed he wanted to ask something but after a moment, he appeared to have changed his mind.

They don't have time after all.

He took a deep breath before wincing. He took another breath, mindful of his injury this time.

"Here goes..." he started.

"ItallstartedwhenIgotoutofthetrainstationandofficiallyenteredTokyo," he said in one breath.

"This is not a game," growled Sae as she caught up. "Slow down."

"I can't," complained the young man, "we have an hour you said."

Sae sighed. Of course. She did.

"Continue."

"IreachedYongenJayaandaskedapolicemanwhereSakuraSojirolived-" he paused to breathe, "andafterIfoundLeblanc..."

Sae groaned as she realized her mistake.

"HetookmetotheschoolthenextdaywheretheprincipalgavemeanotherroundofKeepMyHeadDownOrIGoToJail-"

She picked up a folder that was set aside on the table in the middle of the prisoner's rambling and opened it. A picture of Kamoshida Suguru and a report was inside.

"Can you tell me about this man?"

"Iwasgettingtoit," revealed the prisoner, "ItallstartedonmysecondfulldayofTokyo. Isawthisgirlwho-"

Sae internally sighed. Of course.

"-Andwhenwegottotheschoolallwefoundwasacastlefullofguardswhothencapturedus-"

"Are the drugs still affecting you that strongly?" Sae complained.

"I swear its the truth," the prisoner said after allowing himself to breath.

Sae sighed again. "Continue."

As the young man rambled about talking cats, gym teachers in speedos, and summoning the spirit of Arsene Lupin to fight demons, Sae felt this was going to be a very tiring and long hour.

'This better be worth my time,' she thought.

(It was.)

(And she was just as quick as his testimony helping him escape.)
