It was the beginning of a new day in Royal Woods, and Franklin Avenue was having a great morning. The birds were flapping their wings in the summer morning, and older people were enjoying the quiet morning.
Until…
The Louds woke up.
Franklin Avenue was the road that was known for the famous Loud family, and 1216 was the famous house that most people avoided. Maybe it was because random stuff came flying through the window, or explosions could be heard sometimes in the house, or maybe it was just the fact that the Loud's had 11 kids.
The names of the kids were pretty unique, for they all started with an L. The names (in order) were Lori, Leni, Luna, Luan, Lynn Jr., Lincoln, Lucy, Lola, Lana, Lisa, and finally, Lily. The parents were Lynn Sr. and Rita. (You always got the odd one.)
Lori was the oldest out of all the kids and she spent a majority of her day texting and calling her boyfriend, Bobby, on the phone. She also shared a room with Leni, but she didn't always seem to like that.
Leni was the second oldest, and possibly the… how do I put this without offending people… she was possibly the (gulp) stupidest, besides from Lily, the baby. Her teachers told her she had the smarts, but just never uses them.
Luna was the rockstar of the house. She always played some kind of rock instrument, (mainly an electric guitar.) and she shared a room with the clown of the house Luan. Luan was the owner and clown of her own business, Funny Business inc. She was also very dangerous during April Fools for she knew every prank in the book.
Lynn Jr. was the multi-sport athlete in the house, for she was so good at playing any sport against anyone, even the boys were afraid of her. Lucy shared a room with Lynn, and she was the Goth of the house. She could appear in places that you didn't think existed and she could also scare the living daylight out of you by just appearing by your side and saying something.
Lola and Lana were twins, but they had two different personalities. Except for the time that they exchanged at camp, Lola was the princess and competed (and won) in fashion shows and she very disliked getting dirty. Lana on the other hand was, um, the tomboy? She liked to get dirty and garbage dive for food. She picked gum off the road and she was not scared to touch any animal (she had a lot in her room). What is most impressive is that Lana wrestled alligators four times her size and won. Lola and Lana shared a room, but Lola had a perfect princess side and Lana and dirty boy layout side.
Lisa was the scientist of the house, and was considered by others, as a kid genius. She answered every question in her preschool class and somehow, she could answer and should be in a high highschool class and/or possibly college. Pretty impressive for a 4 year old.
And there was Lily, the baby of the house and shares a room with Lisa. She is by far the cutest loud, for babies are almost always so cute.
Now that I got them all written about, we can continue with the story.
Wait, I forgot someone.
That's right!
LINCOLN!
The only boy in the house, Lincoln was always pitiyed about around town. The boy grew up with 10 siblings, had white hair, and slept in an old closet for goodness sake. He had friends at school of course, but his best friend was Clyde, a boy whose parents were both gay males. But that's besides the point.
Now that I finally got that done, the story must continue.
Lincoln had woken up an hour before everyone on this lovely Saturday to watch some of his favorite cartoons. The only problem was his sisters heard him. Lola and Lana heard him pass by their room and were- eager to join him for breakfast and watch their TV shows. The problem with that was that THEY didn't like the same shows and started to argue about who got to pick their show first.
So as the twins fought they woke up the rest of the house. Lori came in to break the fight up (which ended with Lana about to punch Lola straight in the teeth) as the rest of the house went downstairs.
So Lincoln was watching TV in his pajamas instead of his intended underwear. His straight out orange PJs were starting to feel comfy on the couch as he turned to his favorite sh-.
"I need to remote Lincoln," said Luan as she grabbed the remote and switched to the local news channel.
"What was that for?" asked Lincoln angrily, "Gimme back the remote!"
"Just hold your reins to your horse Lincoln," Luan responded.
"Why do you need the TV?" Lincoln asked.
"Full of questions today."
"I only asked one."
"Two actually, you said 'what was that for'."
"Well, what was it for?"
Luan looked at him annoyed and Lincoln could see the red blotchy eyes that were left from crying. As she turned away, Lincoln got up and turned her around
"Luan, were you crying?" Lincoln asked.
She looked at him again with the annoyed face and shoved him to the couch.
"What was that-." Lincoln started.
"Stop with your questions and watch," Luan said as she pointed to the TV.
The TV announcer was in a total speech about some kitten heroes in the Royal Woods area, when suddenly he flipped a paper over and started to speak about:
"We'll be right back to the kitten heroes, but we must make an announcement about the Royal Woods clown business called Funny Business inc. The owner and clown of the," the announcer out of his fingers and said, "company", then continued, " is none other than Luan Loud. She, once upon a time, was a 5 star company with no complaints, but recently her jokes have been too inappropriate for younger kids. A mom has recently reported that she pointed a fake gun at a kid and pulled the trigger. In my option, you should get some help Luan, cause your jokes aren't doing so well. Funny Business inc. has dropped to three stars, now back to the heroes of the kittens."
Luan was stunned and said, "That gun said bang on a flag when you pulled the trigger. Why on earth would-."
But she stopped and started to cry.
Lincoln came to comfort her, "Luan if you need help, I am-," but he never finished.
"Oh not again, last time you almost lost me all my stars! You can't impress teens and falling doesn't work on all kids anymore!" Luan screamed before she ran up the stairs to her room.
Almost all the loud sisters came and stared at Lincoln, all except Lucy, Lily, Lana and Lola. But Lucy appeared right next to Lincoln with the usual "Hey."
Lincoln jumped so high in the air that he could have broken the high jump record for his school.
"What Lucy?" he asked in a frantic voice.
"The twins and I are playing hide and seek. They said you are the seeker." she responded.
"Okay then, I found you, now where are they."
Lucy stared at him and said, "I can't say."
"Arrhhh, I'll go find them," and he started up the stairs.
He saw the attic ladder down in the hallway and assumed that they were up there. As he reached the top of the ladder, he saw footprints on the dusty floor and knew they were somewhere up there.
"Come out, come out wherever you are," he said in a quiet voice.
He heard a thud next to him on his right and quickly jumped behind the boxes where it was, but Lola and Lana weren't there.
Just an old radio.
"Probably one of dad's old items he forgot about, " Lincoln thought to himself.
As he picked it up, he blacked out and woke up in his room,on his bed, with the radio on his chest.
"What the-," Lincoln started but was interrupted by many voices.
"Hello*static*Lincoln*static*Loud," said the voices.
This is just the beginning to a series that I hope to complete in a couple months. If I can get at least 5 reviews on this chapter, I will drop another one.
Till next time.
