The re:zero cast had just finished watching Arc 4 of re:zero.
Everyone felt happy that Subaru was finally able to save everyone from sanctuary and the mansion, but after everything they saw in arc 4, everyone within the theater was pretty much horrified by the way they saw Subaru had died, especially when the great hare was eating him alive, inside out and outside in, even entering in the visible holes within his body. the adults within the room had to sit through the whole segment of Subaru screaming and pain and agony, while they all just watch there, horrified. not to mention the mental state that Emilia, rem, Beatrice, and crusch were in, they felt a lot of pain from watching that, ram was still the same.
not to mention that they found out that Roswell was the one to hire the assassins to kill everyone in the mansion, and knew about return by death the entire time and intended to make Subaru choose between emilia or the mansion. after seeing what he had done to Subaru everyone pretty much was disgusted with Roswell for the exception of ram (obviously)
That doesn't even account for the fact that Subaru had met all of the seven witches including the witch of envy, saying that the whole cast was shocked at the introduction of Satella would be an understatement. emilia was the one most disturbed by the introduction of satella, all her life she had tried to deny the fact that she and satella looked exactly alike, the people even calling her the second coming of satella or The witch's daughter.
when emilia found out that Satella and her looked exactly alike almost like looking into a mirror she had a mental crisis, and it took everyone in the theater just to calm her down.
but in the end, with everything said and done they felt happy for the black haired boy. but one question still remained, a question that everyone wanted answered, why was Subaru still sleeping.
all right, since you've all watched arc 4, why don't we take a look at one of the if routes
"if routes" emilia said with a puzzled and confused look on her face while clinging on to the sleeping boy.
"I wonder what this will be now" Anastasia said with a tone of curiosity. she still remembers what she saw during the events of Arc for but she was now interested on what screen sama said.
"yeah, what are we going to see next" rem blurted out.
alright alright, we are about to see is an if route, a if route are basically different set of events in which Subaru takes very sinful roads and either becomes a villain, runs away, or something entirely different.
the whole cast immediately winced at screen-sama's explanation on what it could mean. only two people were very invested at the concept, Priscilla, in the clown known as Roswaal
"so if what you're saying is true then do you mind giving us quick summaries of the if routes" crusch questioned
no, I won't, but what I can tell you what route you're all in
"huh" everybody thought in unison
"so you're telling us we're in one of these roouuuutes, if that's the case then which one would it beeee" Roswell said with his weird pattern the speaking.
Envy
"WHAT!!!" everybody send unison, them hearing that they are in the route where they share the sin of THE WITCH made them all shiver and scream.

"if that's the case then what are the other routes"emilia asked still shocked that the Revelation that she had been told.
oh right almost forgot, so let's start off by saying that they are nine routes in total that includes the envy, wraith, pride, sloth, greed, lust, gluttony, vainglory, hour.everyone was confused at what screen sama had said, hour as sins?
