Itachi Has A Sister?

Summary

Itachi knows that his younger sister is safe, as long as her henge stays in place. But... What happens when the Akatsuki leader sends both Kisame and Itachi on a mission to capture the Nine-Tales Jinchuuriki? What will Itachi do? Can he keep his sister, and her secret safe? Apparently not, because he just accidentally revealed that he had a sister.

The Other Uchiha Survivor?

I paled at the silence in the room. I had just revealed that I had a younger sister, I am so dead! I thought. I was brought out of my mental panic attack as Pain gave me a glair as he shouted, I'm sure the look on my face was like a child who had just been scolded by there mother.

"YOU HAVE A SISTER? UCHIHA ITACHI, YOU ARE SO DEAD! YOU TOLD US THAT YOU ONLY HAD A BROTHER!" I flinched at the yelling and very angry voice of Pain. My teammate stared at me with an, "We need to talk later! And NO getting out of it." Look as I groaned.

'I wish Keena-Chan was here.' I thought in dismay, as I was dragged by the arm, buy a very angry Kisame. 'I HATE DANZOU.' I thought, with a scowl on my face and dread pooling in my stomach.

"Okay, explain yourself Itachi. Ever since I've known you, why now did you mention that you have a sister?" I bowed my head in response as Kisame suddenly looked concerned as I lowered my head further into my cloak.

"Itachi? Are you alright? Did I push to far?" He asked as I raised my watery eyes to meet his. He got his answer when I spoke in a choked and pained voice.

"M-My younger sister K-Keena, she was t-the only one besides Sasuke and Keena's best friend, Izumi, that I spared." My voice came out in choked sobs by this point. Seeing Naruto reminded me that in reality it was my younger sister, I put a hange on her to protect her, but it had broken the barriers on my emotions that I had worked so hard to keep up. My body was racked with sobs, as silent tears rolled down my face. I blamed Danzou, he had told me it was for the good of the village. But noooo. It wasn't true, I glared at the floor as I thought of what I could have done to change things. a few more minutes of glaring wholes into the floor later, I looked up at Kisame with tearstained cheeks. I wiped my face with the palm of my hand as I took a shaky breath. It had been a long time since I had cried, I felt a little better, for now at least.

"You calmed down now?" He asked, as I gave a slow nod and a watery smile. He grinned as he said.

"Okay then, lets go see if Leader-Sama has a mission for us." I followed at a slow and cautious pace. I couldn't tell Leader-Sama that Keena-Chan is the container of the nine tails, if I did I would never forgive myself.

Kisame was the one who knocked on the door, as I fidgeted nervously behind him. I mean he had just yelled at me so of course I would be nervous.

When we entered, Pain looked up from what he was doing as he stared at me. I gulped as I prepared myself for another outburst.

"Well, Uchiha Itachi, you have some explaining to do." Pain said as I nodded stiffly. He only called me by my full name if he was annoyed or angry at me. I mentally pouted.

"Y-yes sir." I spluttered out, as Kisame gave me a strange look. I took a deep breath as I explained, I of course left out the part about Keena-Chan being the container of the nine tails.

The next day, Kisame and I were sent to find the nine tails jinchuuriki. I tried my best to keep a blank face, however the thought of capturing my Imoto left a sick feeling in my stomach. I was quiet the way to The Hidden Leaf Village. Kisame kept giving me worried glances as I continued to glair at the terrible situation.

"Hay, Itachi? You okay? You've been acting strange ever since we left the hideout." Kisame said as I gave a sigh.

"Kisame? Why do we have to hunt down the nine tails jinchuuriki?" I asked, as I gave a worried frown. I wanted no part of this mission, but... Leader-Sama gave us a mission, so I had to do it even if I felt anxious.

"Itachi, Its a mission that Leader-Sama told us to take. You sure you're alright? You're acting like you personally know the jinchuuriki." I lowed my gaze at those last words. "If only you knew Kisame, if only you knew." I thought as the Hidden Leaf Village was in sight. I knew that Keena-Chan is preparing for the third round of the Chuunin Exams.

We would have to wait until the Chuunin Exams ended, that is what Leader-Sama had told us. I sensed that there was something suspicious going to happen soon, I'm just great full that I had taught Keena-Chan Genjutsu techniques. It was with a bit of amusement and trepidation that Kisame and I watched as Sasuke and Gaara were fighting, and as I thought feathers rained down from the sky and most of the crowd fell asleep, the only ones not effected were, the sand ninja, Kakashi, Keena-Chan and the ANBU. I frowned in confusion as Kisame whispered.

"Why are the ANBU attacking the leaf Shinobi?" I sighed, as I studied the ANBU's chakra signatures. I gave a frowned when I noticed that only a select few were the Hokage's ANBU. I turned to Kisame as I whispered.

"It appears that there are only a few ANBU that are loyal to the Hokage, most of them are sound and sand ninja." I then Noticed that Sasuke had gone after Gaara, and Keena, Sakura and Hinata went after Sasuke. I also noticed a brown haired girl follow after them, one look at the black eyes confirmed that it was Izumi.

It took all of my willpower not to run after them, but in the end... I couldn't help it as I followed after as Kisame yelled at me in the back ground. I had forgotten that if Keena-Chan were to get badly injured or there's to much strain on her body, then her hangs would be broken.

"Gaara is the Jinchuuriki of the one tails, Shukaku." I said, to Kisame in a low whisper, as we followed after Keena, Hinata, Sakura and Izumi. "I just hope that a fight doesn't break out, or else we may all die today." I thought with a bit of trepidation as we noticed that the others had caught up to Gaara and the other two sand siblings.

"Where are you guys going? I thought we were allies?" I herd Izumi ask, as the other three looked ready to fight if it came down to it. The girl with the fan answered.

"We're taking Gaara to a safe place. What's it to you?" It was Hinata who spoke up shyly as both Keena and Izumi glared at the blond girl.

"W-why w-were the A-ANBU attacking the l-leaf n-ninja? And why did mostly e-everyone fall asleep?" The Hyuga asked, as she looked towards Sakura and Keena. But before anything else could be said, Sasuke appeared as Gaara began to awake. And in moments sand was whipping in all directions as Sasuke used the phoenix flower jutsu.

The fight had been going on for a while and Sakura had been captured in Gaara's sand while sasuke had tried to use the Chidori for the third time. His cursed seal had also acted up, Hinata was using the protective eight trigrams sixty four palms, while Izumi and Keena used fire jutsus.

Then it finally happened, the one tails had been awoken as it attacked the three that remained fighting. As the fight drew on, I noticed red chakra leaking from the seal as Hinata was struck down. I let my eyes bleed into the deep crimson of the sharingan as I carefully watched Keena's chakra coils. One more hit and the hange would be dispelled.

Just as I had feared, Keena had been slammed against a tree, and with a poof of smoke a girl with black hair and red streaks was in the place of Naruto. I hid a smile as I noticed that both Sasuke and Izumi's eyes go wide in surprise. It even shocked the sand spirit so much that he stood shellshocked for a total of five minutes. Keena then rushed over to the unconscious form of the Hyuga Heiress, her hands already glowing green as she heeled the girls wounds. By this point the other two had regained the ability to move an speak, as Izumi managed to stutter out a few words.

"K-Keena-Chan? B-but h-how?" The other girl just gave a wide smile, as she stood up and helped the now wide eyed Hinata to her feet. By this point the one tails retreated and Hinata and Keena decided to give Gaara a hard punch in the face. Also at that point the other two sand siblings returned looking tired and a bit disheveled, they both stared, slack jawed as both Gaara and Keena collapsed. Gaara fell to the ground while Hinata caught Keena before she could hit the ground.

I could only stare in shock and surprise. I then turned to Izumi as I spoke up.

"S-so, N-Naruto-Kun was really Keena-Chan this whole time?" I asked, as Izumi just shrugged and replied.

"I guess so, but I wonder why she was under a hange?" Izumi asked, as we made our way back to the village.
