The world changed after All Might became the president of the USA and later could turn Japan, Canada, Russia, India, Brazil, Republic of South Africa, Switzerland, China into its parts to form the mega-nation called United States of All Might.
No one knew how he pulled this feat. However, everyone knew that he defeated All For One at his first meeting with the latter and that his popularity grew exponentially as he rose to his position of as the Symbol of Peace and Justice to the World.
Nowadays, the rule of All Might is the strongest in these nations, if they can be called as ones. These vassal-like states are answering to him and there a lot of changes in them.
One: every nation has at least one if not more Bot Might, imagine something like the Doombots, but in the Number One's theme.
Two: among the Heroes there are the Enforcers, who are the main superpowered law enforcement force.
Three: ill-speaking about All Might is not tolerated.
Four: The law enforcement is way much better equipped to deal with occasional Villain activities and the Hero training is much more seriously treated than ever could be.
Five: standing up against the rules are not tolerated either.
Six: the complete economic and industrial power of these nations is above the remaining ones.
Seven: every nation also has an All Might Museum and a colossal All Might statue, except in the USA, where the Mount Rushmore is expanded by his smiling face.
Eight: the major prisons are even more protected than ever.
Even though these changes among the strict rules are in active notion, there are people standing against the new regime of President All Might. However, their cells are barely capable to make connection between each other and they can't even leave their nations safely, because the regime's agents, who are willing to follow the migrating escapees would be in their heels.

A small boy ran toward a port of Musutafu as he was chased by Muscular, Dynamight, Real Steel, Sisicross and Red Riot.
Somehow, he could avoid being captured by the man and the teens until he unknowingly ran into a corner.
"Oh crap." cried the boy under his spiky hat.
"We got you!" yelled the tall bruiser enthusiastically.
"Don't dare to run away!" shouted Dynamight at the kid.
"Leave him alone!" yelled suddenly someone from above as six people landed between the child and the chasers.
Endeavor, Dabi, Gust Boy, Volcano, Dusty Ash and a mysterious masked man stood between the boy and his sent out catchers.
"Fallen Fan. Took the boy out of the city. You know the way for that. We'll cover your escape. Volcano Thieves, you keep Muscular and Dynamight busy. Dabi, you're with me to handle the rest. Let's go." gave the former Flame Hero his orders to his allies and they leaped into action as the firstly named one ran to snatch the kid and they disappeared in the shadows of the buildings as the other five started the fight with the other group.
"Show me your blood!" yelled Muscular as he entered a brawler lock with Volcano.
"Bring it brute!" replied his opponent.
"Stupid weaklings! exclaimed Dynamight as Gust Boy repelled him, and Dusty Ash blinded the teen.
"You won't escape!" declared Sisicross as he started his charge against Dabi and Endeavor, Red Riot and Real Steel on his side.
"You'll be hopeless and begging for your live filthy stains!" retorted the blue flamed rebel as he launched his attack at him.
"Raging Assault – Hell Minefield" launched Endeavor his Super Move, forcing the chrome champion and the Sturdy Hero to take cover.

Far from the fight Fallen Fan took the child into a mini submarine for leaving, the latter was crying, his parents are taken out by the brutish Muscular.
"Fear not kid. I am here." told him the masked rebel.
"You sound like if you're full of hope." replied the preteen to him.
"Yes I am Izumi Kota." said the freedom fighter as he took of his helmet, revealing a green haired teen's face, he had two scars on his smiling face, dented, yet still not broken. "I am the Fallen Fan, but in civil, you can call me Midoriya Izuku." introduced himself his rescuer.
