"Awww, she's so cute, how did she even get here, or escape?" Rocket asked.
On his furred arms, he was cuddlimg an infant of his species, that had came to Terra in an escape pod and afterwards rhe was made from him like Kiki and Shocket, he decided to adopt her as his youngest daughter wondering what to call her, while eating moon pies.
"Moonbeam Raccoon, Moonie for short, eh?" he said to her seeing a smile.
"Wow, our sis is so small, just like daddy in the photos Grandma showed us!" Shocket said.
Rocket was stunned, realising that Moonie was like him at that age, makimg him more in awe, hopimg Kiki andShocket would be nice to Moonie, unlike his big sibs with him, when he wasMoonie'sage, knowing Lylla would love her, when she came home, as she wasworkimg more, so Rocket could be a dad alomg with having adventures as they still livdd at the Avengers compound.
"Let's get her a snack, as she's hungry, and very sweet." Rocket said goimg to the kitchen.
He was texting Lylla, tellimg her about Moonie, whild Shocket was helpimg him make a bottle for her littler sis, wanting to show Casey later, maybe Moonie and Rocko could be friends, seeing Branchie Groot, Groot's daughter and Shocket's best friend, curious about what was goimg on, seeing Moonie.
"This is my littler sis, Moonie, my dad just found out about her, yes he told Lylla, so she can stay." she told Branchie
Rocket smiled hearing Shocket talking with love about her sister, feeding Moonie milk, seeing her drinkimg, hiccuping making him chuckle, along with Shocket, because it was funny, along with burping her, hearing Moonie yawning.
"I think she needs an nap, dad, you know?" Shocket said.
He was taking Moonie to the living room, sitting on the couch, with Moonie on his lap, singing to her, seeing herasleep kissing her furry little heac letting her sleep, and he was tired too, zoning out, because while Lylla was working, he was taking care of their kits .
"So, what're we having for dinner, if dad's sleepy?" Shocket asked.
Kiki noticed their mom had left money for takeout, so was ordering pizza making her happy, as she haddid homework, going to get Casey as maybe she would want pizza before doing Raccoon Girl stuff all night, hoping Moonie would sleep during the night seeing Kiki nod as their dad hadordered a gift for Moonie, so was going to change into pyjamas, along with Shocket.
Rocket was up later that night/early morning with Moonie, which he did not mind because Lylla had work in the morning, makimg her a bottle in the kitchen, seeing Moonie happy drinkimg milk, which made Rocket smile, since he loved being a father to Kiki ad Shocket so being Moonie's dad made him happier, humming softly to her which was relaxing them, being on the couch again yawning, zoning out into sleep, despite his friend, Jackie callimg him about inventions, which went to voicemail.
"Awww, he's so cute when sleeping especially with our little moonpie on his lap asleep." Lylla said to herself around sunrise, since she had went looking for him, after he did not come back to bed, after he had fed Moonie, so relieved he and Moonie were sleeping soundly kissing hisfurry cheek, making herself coffee to wake herselfup, seeing Casey up along with Riley.
"Rocko is asleep in his crib, but Moonie is really cute, like Rocket at that age, even though Ranger and I were jerks to hI'm." Riley told her drinkimg coffee with her and Casey, watching Moonie and Rocket sleeping, guessing being a dadexhausted him, seeing Casey taking her uncle's phone seeing messages from his inventor friend, Jackie, exchanging a look.
"We should let them sleep, unless you want them being cranky." Lylla said softly.
"Well, I'm heading to bed, alright?" Casey said putting her mug in the sink.
She saw Kiki and Shocket up, ready for school, noticing their cousin looked tired, only Shocket knew why compared to Kiki askimg Casey if her dad and little sis was alright, seeing her nod.
"Awwww, dad and Moonie look adorable sleeping, we should make him breakfast, along with us." Shocket said making Kiki agree.
She was making pop tarts for her and Shocket which made her excitable, helping make pancakes for their dad, to help him wake up mentally so he could take care of Moonie, like Ranger looked after Rocko while Groot looked after Bran hie, drinkimg soda because their parents would not let them have coffee, leaving for school afterwards, relieving Lylla, knowing Kiki sometimes ditched school, when she and Rocket let her go to school herself.
"I gotta get ready for work, since Rockie can handle Moonie." she told Riley makimg her agree.
After Lylla and Riley left for work leaving an note, Rocket awoke, realising he had fallen asleep on the couch with Moonie, seeing Lylla had left him an note, smiling reading, heating up pancakes fr him, making oatmeal for Moonie seeing her happy, in her highchair melting his heart, his eyes widening seeing his messages, hearing Ranger saying that Moonie couldplay with Rocko, while he got work done relieving Rocket..
"Daddy has some work to do, so you're gonna play with Rocko, then when I'm done, then I'm all yours, okay?" he told Moonie.
He was putting her in the playpen where Rocko was playing wih blocks, making her shy, which Ranger thought cute, knowing that they could be friends, seeing Branchie join them, hugging Moonie, being careful which made her giggle which Rocket found adorable before going to the tech-lab to invent.
