Please help me find this story of anyone has downloaded it. It's from user crows kisses who I think are not active anymore. It is from series called Shifting Tides and is from Bill Weasley pov covering hogwarts years until trio goes off for the hunt. Bill goes to hogwarts and buys Hermione a bracelet for her 16th and in later chapters there's a dueling tournament where bill and Hermione partner up. If anyone has it please help me
