"What do you think you're doing?" Hope asked Lizzie as she walked up behind her. Hope then walked up to Lizzie so they were side by side. "And don't you dare say jogging." Hope then gave Lizzie a small smile.

"I'm looking for the portal." Lizzie said, answering Hope's question. "I figured the monster was taking Cleo to it and then if I could find it, you might be able to finally chill."

"I'm admittedly bad at chill." Hope told Lizzie.

"See."

"Maybe we can work on it together." Hope says, being hopeful. "Landon and I are going to watch a movie tonight."

"What happened to being brutally honest?" Lizzie asked. "You don't want a third wheel."

"Remember that time I said I was working on myself?"

"I don't know." Lizzie admitted, looking down. "Because as much as we may share in common, there's something we don't." Lizzie informed Hope. Then for a moment, there was a small pause. "You're going to extremes got you what you wanted, but Josie isn't here for me." Lizzie said sadly. "And as much as I try to be tough like you, I just... miss her."

Hope then paused for a moment before walking towards Lizzie and engulfing her into a hug. Hope proceeded to put her head on Lizzie's shoulder and Lizzie put her head on Hope's shoulder... despite their six inch height difference.

"Well we can make popcorn." Hope said as she and Lizzie released each other from their hug.

Lizzie then decided to ask, "What movie are we watching?"

"Gremlins." Hope stated, smiling happily.

Lizzie then rolled her eyes and lightly chuckled; before saying, "Yup. Landon is back alright."

Lizzie and Hope the turned back around, Hope's flashlight pointed towards the ground, as they walked back towards the school. Hope then asked, "Any luck with the portal?"

Lizzie replied with, "No. I have no idea where the monsters are coming from. Hopefully they'll just stop."

Hope and Lizzie were now back at the Salvatore school. They were currently in the kitchen, making a bunch of popcorn for the movie night with Landon. Hope also had told Lizzie that they were watching the movie in Landon's room, because she didn't want to intrude on Cleo since they share a room and incase Cleo had already gone to bed.

They had made three bags of popcorn for the three of them, just in case two wouldn't be enough. Lizzie would never admit it to anyone, not even Hope or Josie, but she was actually forward to the movie and having a movie night with Landon and Hope. But this is something Lizzie would absolutely never ever admit to anyone as long as she lived.

Once the popcorn was ready, the two left the kitchen and made their way to Landon's room. It wasn't that long of a walk and they made it their in no time. Hope knocked on the door and not even a minute later, Landon opened the door for his girlfriend and unknowingly Lizzie as well.

"Hey Hope." Landon said, smiling at his girlfriend. He then noticed Lizzie, "Oh Lizzie, I didn't know you were stopping by."

Hope awkwardly smiled and told Landon this, "I may or may not have invited Lizzie to our movie night." Hope then paused before speaking again. "I hope that ain't a problem."

Landon smiled at Hope for being honest with him and replied, "I don't see a problem with it Hope. The more the merrier." Landon said. "Plus if it makes you happy, then Lizzie can gladly join if she wants."

Hope smiled and proceeded to hug Landon. She loved that Landon was okay with Lizzie being here and not mad that she invited her without warning.

"I'm glad you don't think I'm intruding on your and Hope's movie night Muppet." Lizzie said smiling, using one of her nicknames for Landon. Landon then moved out of the way so Hope and Lizzie could come in.

"You mean Hope, you, and I's movie night Lizzie." Landon said, correcting Lizzie. Hope smiled, happy with the fact that her boyfriend was being so inclusive with Lizzie being here. And even if she didn't let it be known, Lizzie was glad about it too.

So how is the bed arrangement going to work?" Lizzie asked. Lizzie wanted to know who would be on the ends and who would be in the middle.

"Well I was thinking of having Landon in the middle." Hope told Lizzie.

"Excuse me, but I-" Lizzie started to say but was cut off by Hope.

"Because it'll be symmetrical to me, one girl on each end and a boy in the middle." Hope finished.

"I'm fine with that plan." Landon said, giving the two girls a smile.

"Fine." Lizzie said, rolling her eyes.

Landon then crawled onto the bed and sat in the center, waiting for the girls to get on the bed as well. Hope was the next to get on the bed, claiming the right side of her boyfriend as the side she wants to be on. Which meant Lizzie would be sitting to the left of Landon. Lizzie then got in the bed and snuggled into her spot next to Landon.

Hope then used magic to put the blanket over them and have it be a snug fit. Lizzie then set the huge bowl of popcorn in Landon's lap as he was in the middle. Landon then reached over Lizzie to grab the remote of his nightstand so he could play the movie. Lizzie noticed how close Landon was to her when he did this and lightly blushed, as she wasn't use to Landon being in this close of a proximity to her.

Landon then proceeded to play the movie as the girls began eating some of the popcorn.

By the end of the movie and end of the night, all three of them had passed out on Landon's bed. Lizzie had been the first to go, then Hope, and finally Landon. As she slept, Lizzie had unknowingly ended up cuddling with Landon, wrapping her arms around his waist as she slept. Hope had done with same but on the other side of Landon. Meanwhile. Landon had his arms sprawled across the pillows above both girls heads.

So they had started out with a movie night and ended with a sleepy night of cuddling with each other. A sight to behold after being seen like that by Alaric who had been looking for his daughter who had not slept in her room that night and been found the next morning in a bed with Hope and Landon.
