AAN2: After knowing that Hange is known as non-binary, In this story I will be addressing Hange as a female throughout it. if this offends you, I'm sorry!
The children shared a look with each other. They nodded as the leader had waved her hand, causing a bright light in different directions and who it's going to.
"Renee, are you sure you know what you are doing?" the young girl smiled at her sister and their friends.
"Are yous ready?" Renee heard the cheers of her family and friends.
"Should we introduce ourselves?" Renee shook her head.
"No. Not yet anyways. We will wait until we have to." They shared a look as they nodded, they went to the room and got things ready.
Then their fun begins as the light had chosen it's first destination.
The room shined brightly as everyone but three members had fallen onto the ground, when the light fades. Everyone realised with a grim look that they were missing three members.
"Don't worry about those three, I will bring them but first can you all relax. I will start explaining when you all relaxed. Okay?" The person had received multiple nods from everyone. The person began to explain the reason why they had brought the Survey Corps there.
"Now, since you all understand what is going on, I will bring the three cadets. But I must warn you. One of the cadets looked mature and old as they would be 19. The two would be the same but different from the other adult. Shall I get them now?" Once again they nodded to the voice. They turned around and found strange people who looked like the cadets.
Mikasa and Armin were in the middle of their mission when they got distracted by a flash of light that was in their direction. Mikasa gasped as she felt like a rope was wrapped around her waist dragging her through the light as Armin grunted at the pain he felt when he landed on his back. They turned around and saw younger versions of their friends.
Tears in their eyes as they saw a 15 year old Sasha. Both of them rushed over to her and held her tightly as they cried. Those who weren't in their time were confused at the display.
"Who are you?" A younger version of Hange turned to the young adults, both of them saluted to her.
"Commander Hange. We were in the middle of our mission when a bright light had hit our direction and had taken us in this unknown area. It is uncertain if it's Yeagers fault that it happened." Hange gasped at the title and she turned to Erwin with tears in her eyes.
"Wait, what do you mean by that?" Before anything was said, another person appeared in the room. Everyone gasped at the sight of the person.
"Eren?" Mikasa and Armin tensed at hearing their former friend's name.
"Ahh, hello Survey Corps. If you could hold on a moment, I'll be bringing a few others here so that you'd all be able to witness it." A few men and women had appeared to them, and a couple of kids.
Suddenly there was a pop sound in the room. Eren turned to the sound and there was a young girl, standing alone from everyone. He smiled at the girl and he started talking to her.
"Hello Renee." The young girl smiled at him.
"Hello Daddy. Did you tell mummy and uncle Armin the reason why you were cruel to her or shall I? Hmmm." The girl put her small hands on her hips as she glared at her father. Levi turned to the girl before he could speak, the young girl turned and saw Levi. Her expression was adorable to the others.
"UNCA LEVI!" The girl ran to the older man and hugged his waist.
"See. You don't need to look up to me since I'm more tiny than you, uncle Levi!" He chuckled at the young girl as she held him tightly. Her eyes widened with tears as she gazed at Hange.
"Aunty Hange….. is that really you? Daddy… I thought you told me that she had died during the rumbling…." Eren sighed with sadness.
"Re. We aren't back in our time. You brought us here for a reason, dear." Renee's eyes opened with realisation before she groaned and facepalmed.
"Obviously, dear father. I'm not an idiot like you." She glared icily at him. He shuffled with anxiety.
"Who else did you bring." She smirked at him, he groaned with annoyance.
"Well everyone. I think?" Eren glared at her.
"You did not." "I did." "Why?" "You know fine well why." "It's not going to fix the future Renee," "Who said that it would? I didn't." "Then why are we here." "Another chance of seeing the difference of what would happen if we fixed one situation." The others chuckled at the interaction between father and daughter. Eren's eyes widened in shock.
"You mean… my mother? If we saved her?" "And saved Kuchel too." Eren rubbed his chin in thought, he didn't dare look up at anyone.
"Even if we moved the Springer and Blouse family before Zeke got to them?" The young girl hummed with happiness. Connie and Sasha looked excited.
"There's a problem though. Mommy's parents." Eren sighed as he realised what the girl meant.
"This time, it's not you and mummy witnessing the deaths of those men. This time it's Sasha, Mikasa, Annie, Mina, Krista, Eleanor, Evelynn, Xavier and Leona were there instead." Sasha gasped.
"Wait, but I wasn't in Shiganshina at that time though." the young girl nodded.
"In this time, you were there as your father was selling some of the meat that he got from hunting to Mikasa's father but her father got into trouble with some bad people." Sasha nodded, satisfied with the girl's answer.
"Oh I forgot there will be more people joining us." Renee clicked her fingers and more people had landed on the ground with thud.
"For those that had just recently joined us. I am Renee, there will be others like me who would join out of nowhere but for now it's me. When the tv is on, I won't be in the room. When you call my name out the tv will be paused and I'll be in the room. Do you understand what I mean?" When she received multiple nods.
"Now, I will assign seating arrangements. I hope you didn't make your mind up on who you want to sit with." They all groaned under their breath as she looked at them.
"In the couch at the front will be: Levi, Hange, Eren and Erwin." They went to their seats.
"Mikasa, Sasha, Connie, Jean and Marco on the second couch that's on the right side of the first couch."
"Annie, Mina, Reiner, Armin and Bertolt on the third couch."
"Ymir, Krista, Pieck, Falco and Gabi on the fourth couch."
"Carla, Grisha and Dina on the fifth couch."
"Hannes, Zeke, Nanaba, Mike and Moblit on the sixth couch."
"Petra, Oulo, Eld, Gunther and Nifa on the seventh couch."
"Kuchel, Kenny, Mrs Ackerman, Mr Ackerman and Xavier on the final couch ." Once everyone was seated, the tv was starting to play.
"From that day forth, everything had changed. Everyone had the same thought: Is it a good or bad kind of change."
