It had been the very moment when everything stopped completely stopped.

A shining light descended, it stopped at the ToP stage, before proceeding to instantly reach every single fighter, throwing them off the stage and into the bleachers. Then unfreezing everything.
Chaos ensued, multiple gods and angels shouting above each other questioning the being. "Silence!" he bellowed. "Now then, where should I start, hmm. Well, this 'multiverse' of yours is just one universe in the grand scheme of things and Zeno is its guardian. There are actually thousands of universes like these, there, does that answer your questions?"
The entire bleachers went silent, the only one to speak up was the grand priest "Apart from Zeno are we really true deities then? Gods even?"
"No." he said "In order to truly ascend to Godhood you have to completely abandon everything that makes you mortal, even Zeno is not a true God because he is bound by having a body. Now to why I am here, I was feeling curious, so you'll be spectating other realities of the world you're living in now."
"Oi, why are you doing this if you're a God?" Goku shouted from the bleachers, getting quickly silenced by Whis. "You simply wouldn't understand, the concept would destroy your mind but don't worry and one more thing," Broly suddenly appears in the stands "fill him in, would you?" Whis quickly complied.
