Want to find out what Sonosaki Susumu truly thinks of someone? Just knock him unconscious.

"Isn't it great Riglegang got you Ayama Luna's autograph?"

"It is, but I still can't believe Luna-chan is a Jyarikishin's master! Dai, this is big trouble!"

"We all have our reasons for entering the upcoming tournament. Ayama Luna is doing it to become the perfect idol. You're doing it because of your bond with Nabekichi."

"And you're doing it to prevent the Jyarikishin from taking over the world! If Luna-chan and Puremonsoon advance to the finals, the Jyarikishin might succeed!"

"Then we'll have to stand in their way and keep that from happening! Show her and Towai Light the right way to battle! Right, Susumu?"

"Uh, mm."

"On that note, that was some weirdness, you cheering Ayama Luna on while you were unconscious!"

"I don't remember any of it."

It couldn't have been as humiliating as his self-introduction on Luna's quiz show! He stammered "I'm nervous!" to a live audience and TVs across the city!

"Weird? You want to talk about weird? One of the divine favours Dai plans to ask the gods for after winning the Kamizumo Grand Championship is to be seen as a superhero by someone in his class!"

"Gwooohhh! GOTETSU!"

"A superhero?" Susumu blinked loudly at the wiggly-mouthed Dai. "The amazing hero I said everybody'd like?"

"Oh! So you're the classmate Dai likes!"

Dai is –? HOW CAN THIS BEEEEEEEEEEEEEE?

"Susumu!" Nabekichi squawked. "Dear, he lost consciousness again, didn't he?"

"Nice going, Gotetsu! Now he's out for the second time today!"

"Oi, Dai! You get to carry him home now, don't you? Humans are super hard to understand! No gratitude! Super rude!"

"Do Gorikishin not have a thing called subtlety? Humans don't just trumpet whatever they're feeling! Gotetsu, you're super insensitive!"

"Dai…"

"Hwuh-hah? Susumu? You back with us?"

"It's Dai's voice…" Susumu sprang off Dai's back and began catcalling his name. Glowsticks up. Not awake. "DA-I! DA-I! I heart Dai!"

Gotetsu delighted in a satisfied smirk. "Hear him, Dai? You're on Ayama Luna's level already! Take Susumu off the list! You can ask the gods for that vacation in outer space!"

"DA-I! DA-I!"

The groan Dai gave may very well have pierced orbit.
