I finished helping set up the tents. I still didn't see why we had to save those half-blood boys and the satyr, but I would never question Lady Artemis. I was perfectly fine with trying to save that Annabeth. It really was a shame she died. She would have made a perfect hunter. That Percy boy exited Lady Artemis's tent and went over to his friends, who were entertaining the little half-blood boy. Food was already made so I grabbed some and went to bring it to them.

"Here. Eat." They took the plates and I was about to walk away when the Percy boy stuck his hand out.

"I'm Percy Jackson. Nice to meet you." I looked at his hand distastefully.

"Mm." Was all I said before turning away.

"I thought boys weren't allowed to join the Hunters." I stopped. The incompetence of men astonishes me.

"Very few men have been selected by Artemis to join the Hunt. None of them have lasted though."

"So-" I sent him a death glare and that got him to shut up. I walked to the fire pit to get some food for myself but on the way over I heard Thalia make a nasty comment about us.

"I wouldn't waste my time on them Percy. The Hunters are insufferable." I rolled my eyes at that and sat down with Naomi. We ate and joked around the fire, and told stories to each other. I was in the middle of telling about the time I took down a Hydra when I felt a presence behind me. I turned around and saw the little boy we rescued. He had brown hair with gray eyes, and he was missing one of his front teeth. He smiled and sat down next to me.

"What's a Hydra?" Phoebe then explained what a Hydra was, the boy's face lit up with excitement. "What did you do!?"

"I'll tell you what I did! I ran out of arrows, but I still had my dagger with me so, I ran right up to it, dodging it's heads's attacks and bumped it out! It was the bee's knees!" He looked at me confused.

"What?" The others laughed.

"He said that he killed it, and that it was amazing." Ceyln explained. The boy made an 'oh' face and started asking the others about their battles, which they happily told. I listened on with the same interest. My sisters's stories never got old.

"-then Nico came in and blasted it with fart arrows from the front while I attacked it from behind. I took it down but Nico got hit in the process. The scratch was deep and the poison was moving in quickly, we thought we were going to lose him. But Phoebe saved him just in time! He still has the scar actually. Neeks, show him the scar!" I removed my jacket and lifted up my plain black shirt, revealing a long and jagged scar going from where my pancreas is to my navel. He ran his finger along it, buzzing with excitement.

"I wanna join the Hunters!" We all looked at each other.

"Sorry but, boys can't join the hunt." He looked at me with a pout on his face.

"But you're a boy! How come you get to be a Hunter?"

"Lady Artemis was impressed by my fighting skills, and my lack of attraction to females probably helped my case as well." He still looked upset but nodded nonetheless. Zoe looked upset when she came out from the tent with Lady Artemis by her side. Something was wrong.

"Hunters!" She called. We all rose and quickly flocked to her side.

"Something dangerous is stirring. I must go alone to hunt it. In the meantime, my brother Apollo will escort you all to Camp Half-Blood where you will be staying until I return."

Now I love Lady Artemis, she was like a mother to me, but even I had standards and drew lines in the sand. I groaned with the others. The last time we were at Camp Half-Blood, several of their cabins caught fire. It was awful there, so many disgusting boys and those awful children of Aphrodite. Lady Artemis looked at us with sympathy.

"I know you all have harsh feelings towards Camp Half-Blood, but you must go." Speak of the devil, here came her brother in his sun-mobile. He got out and radiated sunshine and stupidity. The other half-bloods and the satyr came towards the car as well.

"Little sister! What's up? You never call. You never write. I was getting worried!" Lady Artemis sighed and honestly, I was with her. I had met the sun god many times and almost cut off one of his hands once for putting his arm around me.

"I'm fine, Apollo. And I am not your little sister."

"Hey, I was born first."

"We're twins! How many millennia do we have to argue-"

"So what's up? Got the girls I see. And Nico of course. How ya doing?" He flashed me a smile and I glared back at him. "You all need some tips on archery?" Now we were all glaring at him. I really hate that guy! Lady Artemis gritted her teeth.

"I need a favor. I have some hunting to do alone. I need you to take my companions to Camp Half-Blood."

"Sure sis!" He held his hands up. Oh no, not again. "I feel a haiku coming on." We all groaned again. Him and his haiku's. When was he going to learn he sucked at it?

"Green grass breaks through snow,
Artemis pleads for help,
I am so cool." He had on a stupid grin, most likely waiting for an applause.

"The last one was only four syllables." Lady Artemis pointed out.

"Was it?"

"Yes. What about, I am so big headed?"

"No, no, that's six syllables. Hmm." Zoe explained to our guests about Apollo's recent haiku phase.

"I've got it! I am so awesome. That's five syllables!" He bowed, having that pleased look on his face. "And now, sis. Transportation for the Hunters, you say? Good timing. I was just about ready to roll."

"These demigods will also need a ride. Some of Chiron's campers."

"No problem! Let's see... Thalia right? I've heard all about you."

"Hi, Lord Apollo." She blushed and I rolled my eyes. Was she really attracted to this buffoon?

"Brother. You should get going."

"Oh, right. Ride only goes one way, west. And if you miss it, you miss it."

The little boy looked at the car, a small thinking pout on his face. "Cool car.

"Thanks, kid."

"But how will we all fit in it?" A look of realization dawned on Apollo's face. I had to stifle a laugh. He really thought we could fit in it?

"Yeah, were probably going to have to change out of sports car mode." He took out his keys and changed the sports car into a sports bus.

"Right. Everybody in!" Zoe rounded us up and we got in first. We went to the very back of the bus while everyone else sat up front.

Apollo was the stupidest stupid to ever grace the planet and Thalia was the worst driver in history. She drove us into a lake! I nearly puked five times. My legs were still shaking as we all got off that death trap. I sighed when I saw Camp Half-Blood. It still looked the same, like a hot mess. I must have zoned out because Zoe called out.

"Hunters! Follow me!" We all went to Cabin 8 to get settled. That satyr boy followed us for some reason. It laid untouched, and a bit dusty. We did a quick clean up of it, making it look much better.

"So, um, if you ladies ever need a hand or need someone to help you out, I'm your main satyr!" He grabbed Zoe and Brittany and pulled them in for a side hug. I punched him in the eye and Zoe and Brittany slapped him. He left looking like he was on Cloud 9. I went back outside and looked around.

"Still no cabin dedicated to my father I see." I scowled. That Percy must have overheard.

"Who's your dad?"

"Hades." He looked at me with saucers for eyes. "What?" I asked annoyed.

"It's just. I thought- thought that you know, he was the last one to not brake the pact and stuff." I rolled my eyes.

"Unlike Uncle Zeus and Uncle Poseidon, Father has kept his word. I was born before the pact was made."

"But wasn't that made in like, the 1940's?"

"Oh look at you! Knowing stuff! That's a change." He frowned at me. Don't worry, the feeling's mutual.
