Earth Wasn't Alone in the Galaxy
UA's Sports Festival Day was supposed to be the greatest day. Every pro hero would choose whoever from UA for their internships. Midoriya was ready to fight against Todoroki, but it all changed when a dagger-like spacecraft entered the airspace.
It was intimidating, as large as the city itself. They came out of nowhere and with other similar ships from behind. The planet just looked at their visitor gapping at the sight.
"We are the Galactic Empire, and your planet will be submitted by the Emperor's will. Those who oppose us will be destroyed."
Those were the only words before something fired from the dagger ships onto the city and exploded. More followed. The invasion has started.
They called themselves the Galactic Empire and they didn't come in peace that day. The first wave attack was the H fighters coming out from the Dagger shape as it fired lasers on buildings and the JSDF. The second attack was the deployment of white helmet soldiers and their mobile weapons, with camel mechs and two-legged walkers.
The attack was unexpected and nobody was prepared for such an assault, including heroes. This was a different territory and all, killing. For the heroes, they fought back without intent to kill and civilians did nothing. Except run and rely on heroes.
For the Galactic Empire's side, they didn't expect to meet humanoids with such bizarre abilities not connected to the Force. But, orders were orders.
It was destruction.
The top heroes stood on the front lines alongside All Might, giving hope to the planet. That was until he showed up, a person clad in black wielding a red light sword. Darth Vader confronted All Might to a duel.
The fight ensued between both but Vader was cunning as he ended the Symbol of Peace. With morale down, most heroes ended up being either enslaved or murdered. In just eight months, the Earth was finally under the rule of the Empire.
3 years have passed after the invasion as the Earth wasn't the same anymore as it was occupied by the Empire, the city of Musutafu was rebuild under the Empire image. The advanced vehicle that doesn't use wheel can be seen, storm troopers with their speeder bikes would be patrolling the street, along with AT-ST and Tanks.
It's not just storm troopers and the Imperials aliens who are slaves to the Empire were also brought here to work. It could be the second time the natives seeing other aliens besides the Imperials that occupied the planet.
The natives of the Earth wear quirk suppression collars and are treated as freaks by the empire, while those who are Quirkless are allowed a higher position and a better life. Even heroes are made as slaves working for the Empire, including Endeavor. The rest are put into factories to replicate their Quirks, if possible.
The age of heroes was no more.
Somewhere in a conference room in the most secure vessel, Darth Vader was talking to the other Imperial leaders and others like Wilhuff Tarkin, Cassio Tagge, Conan Antonio Motti, Wulf Yularen, and Mitth'raw'nuruodo or those who knew him as Grand Admiral Thrawn.
"Why did you call all of us here Vader?" one of the Imperials asks.
"I'm about to discuss something of importance that would benefit the Empire. I called you all here including the Emperor's directive order for an utmost important reason, as you already know I conquered this primitive planet and its native has some special features." He shows images of quirk users and their looks and powers that define anything.
"Yes, I read the reports of humans with powers similar to the Jedi." Tarkin already read the report including Thrawn as he found it to be intrigued learning the natives' so-called ability.
"Quite right, but I found two candidates to be the most important in our cause."
"Who are they?"
Vader shows a screen with two people; one was a black-haired ponytailed girl and the other was a green-haired boy with freckles.
"What makes these two so special?" Tarkin asks, not too impressed by these children.
"Momo Yaoyorozu. Her Quirk is Creation, which gives her the ability to create any non-living material/object from her exposed skin by transforming the molecular structure of her fat cells. To create something, she needs to understand the molecular structure of what the material/object is made of."
"Are you telling me she can create anything as long is not organic?" Thrawn asks with intrigue.
"Yes, imagine an unlimited of minerals and rare metal like Aurodium, Beskar, Phrik, and Kyber crystal in the empire grasp." That gets people thinking.
"That would make our empire possess more amount of resources, especially rarer minerals." Tarkin can think of the possibility of such a quirk in the hands of the Empire. They can equip their star destroyer with Beskar metal and Phrik easily, or equip Tie fighters with cloaking abilities from Stygium crystals which is rare. The possibility was endless.
"Does the Emperor know of this person?"
"Yes, and the Emperor prioritized her to be captured alive and unharmed at all cost. Sadly, she's slippery. Her last location was two years ago, and I fear that she might have escaped the planet before we even knew her existence. We considered her parents, but they were slain in the invasion."
"Damn it, it seems we must search her no matter the cost but we cannot let anyone in the galaxy know of her quirk including the rebels, pirates, and the huts." Tarkin shudders the thought of the Hut getting his hands on that power.
The grand admiral focuses on the boy next. "And him?"
"His quirk is called One For All, and it can be passed to anyone. Not only that, it can boost a person's quirk and body as long that person consumes any DNA trace on him like hair."
"I can imagine by using boy of them we can use him to help increase the girl's quirk more efficiently and not only that we might able to replicate her creation quirk using the boy as a catalyst." Thrawn was interested it also meant that he could obtain a quirk by ingesting the boy's DNA.
"Where is the boy?"
"Also missing?"
"And family? Dead?"
Vader just nodded.
"Whatever happens in this room does not leave; prioritize capturing these two at all cost and put a bounty on them alive."
"As you wish." Everyone in the conference room left one by one with a big secret.
"Oh and Vader don't screw up during the first invasion as we lost too many opportunities to obtain such remarkable specimen." Tarkin isn't afraid of Vader even if the Emperor's right-hand man made a mistake.
"…" Vader didn't say anything. Only the sound of his breath comes out.
While everyone left Vader went and walk to a certain room in his private quarters and there was a blonde man with a cybernetic arm reading a book to pass the time. What so unique he had skeletal features.
"If you're here that means you want me to spill the location of my successor."
"Of course not. You don't know after all."
The symbol of hope was alive but the citizens on Earth didn't know that after his death All Might's body was brought and treated inside the liquid Bacta that. he was strap and Vader pried his mind for information about the quirks, natives, One for All, and All For one.
He was intrigued by two of such power but kept the information of All for One to himself, knowing the Emperor would hunt down this dangerous man for his immortality.
Vader would have a discussion about All For one but it was not as important as the other two and in time he will find All for One and take his quirk for himself.
"We haven't given up yet, Vader."
"It doesn't matter. We the Empire already annexed your planet to imperial submission and law. It's only in due time we will find those individuals you called students will be found and captured. You are nothing more than your former self, weak and helpless."
Toshinori just gritted his teeth in anger. "Why didn't you just kill me?"
"That would be mercy." Vader exits.
The former hero looking at the endless space knowing he was far away from home knowing he can't go back anymore as he failed to protect the planet. No, the fault for All Might was supposed to encourage everyone to fight including civilians.
"If I had told everyone to fight we might have had a chance." It was true deep down as seeing his fellow heroes died and captured leaves the civilians defenseless as they rally on their heroes too much. But then again they never expected an attack from aliens before. But he can't excuse himself it be no different as to how he talked to Midoriya if he can be a hero or not.
Ruins of U.A. ...
U.A. hero school was once a prosperous hero school a place where they teach students to become heroes one day but now is nothing more than ruins. But deep underground was a hidden bunker that was built for an emergency.
Nezu was looking at the communication looking at how the situation on Earth is like the empire rooming free. He dreaded the day they would come but never that fast.
He knew about the empire's existence as years ago a small escape pod came crashing in U.A. inside of it was a person I badly injured and not even recovery girl could help him. The alien was a Jedi, an escaped fugitive from the Empire knowing his end was near the Jedi give every information he knows and a datapad for Nezu to prepared for the empire's arrival if not run.
As he learns of the Galactic Empire he just frowned and worried about a possible invasion in the future knowing the Empire expanse their influence and took everything that belongs to any native planet even the Wookies who are loyal to the republic turn into slavas.
He can't imagine how they would threaten people with quirks or mutation. Even if he told this information to the government they would just force him a gag order or brushed aside not believing they would come as they more focus on the hero society.
So Nezu gathers those that can trust and build an underground resistance force to combat the Empire when the time comes but he never thought they would arrive earlier talk about bad luck as All Might was in his weak form and the successor isn't ready.
I-Island is safe as the island sand down in the bottom of the ocean hiding from the Empire but not for long as they are tenacious.
"It's time."
The former principal of the U.A. and now the resistance leader gathers everyone.
H.A.R.M. room (Holographic Augmented Reality Machine )
The sound of the explosion can be heard as Bakugo in his Hero costume blasting hologram stormtroopers as he laid them to waste without mercy. As one the blast decapitated the Hologram but Bakugo didn't care and continue his barrage.
"Yoh Bakugo! Commander Nezu is calling us for a meeting!" A villain called twice called the hero.
"I'll be right there."
Ever since the invasion by the Empire many U.A. students lost their home, their dreams, and love ones during the attack as now they are no longer heroes but soldiers in the war. Many of their friends died even their teachers were included but some were captured.
Even other hero schools also the same as they are building their resistance force to regain back their home.
It wasn't just heroes even villains join the resistance as they are no boundaries between the two sides, as like heroes Villians were captured to exploit by the Empire and send off-world. Knowing no matter what they do they will be captured as such they needed to fight back.
Bakugo was walking in the hallway as he could see a lot of heroes injured that needed medicals, staff making sure the bunker is secure and his classmate is following from behind. Ever since that day he changes he no longer acting brash or spew curses that much.
Bakugo remembers the invasion like it was yesterday as the attack begun he discarded his teacher's orders and ran straight towards his house fearing the worst and it did as his house was in shambles. He could see his parent's body buried. Well, now he'll remember his first kill.
Bakugo wasn't the only one that killed many that day. Many of his classmates and senior also killed some by accident others by force knowing this is longer a battle between heroes or villains it was war.
He reaches the meeting room as everyone gathers here. Or the survivor of the first attack. Bakugo could see his A-1 classmate but not all of them as Kirishima, Hanta, Jirou, and Tokoyomi are dead. Gundown by the Empire he only heard that Kirishima let himself be a shield as the Empire gunned him down like a dog allowing his classmate to escape. While the others like Koda, Iida, Mezo, and Sato are captured. Leaving only Uraraka, Toru, Mina, Kaminari, Mineta, Tsuyu, Yuga, Ojiro, and Shoto left of Class 1-A
He's chosen as the Leader by default as he must take charge knowing the burden would be too heavy by one else.
"Good you're here." The one called Bakugo was Itsuka second in command once representative of class 1-B like everyone they also lost a lot during the invasion. For Itsuka, her friend Setsuna was captured. Including others Yosetsu, Sen, Ibara, Jurota ( The empire assumed him a Wookie subspecies), Kojiro, and Hiryu. She Heard they were sent off-world just like 1-A. And Died during the invasion Kamakiri , Yui , Kinoko , Tetsutetsu , and Neito . She remembered that Eijiro and Tetsutetsu both use their body to protect them and were gunned down by the Empire.
Leaving only Shihai, Nirengeki, Pony, Kosei, Manga, Juzo, and Reiko Part of the resistance now including Shinso.
"Seriously, you're taking the HARM too long, even soldiers need a break." The one who talked to it was wearing a suit, hat, and a mask was a villain that joined the resistance including others. For the Empire they didn't care who are heroes or villains only those who had quirks are to be captured, process, identify and collard. Those who with useful quirks are to be sent off-world and force hard labor or worst experimented on. The villains part of the resistance are Twice, Himiko, Mr. Compress, Giran, Spinner, Magne, and Mustard while others who are independent and wild card like Gentle Criminal, La Brava, and Stain.
"Shut up, Side Ponytail and Tights! I don't need villains or other class to lecture me."
Everyone in the room just signed knowing his hothead was still there
"So what was the meeting about commander Nezu," Eraserhead said. He along with the other teachers are all part of the resistance except Ectoplasm and Cementoss who were captured. Present Mic was strangled to death by Vader.
"We are receiving the call from the man himself," Power loader said.
"You don't mean him to do you as recovery girl knew Nezu was about to talk too."
"Yes him, as much I hated it his the only one that knows the situation in the galaxy."
"Just great I never thought the day we needed this bastard help."
"Well these are desperate times and the line between heroes and villains are no more. Try to think of that former detective.
"I agree, as you need as we need you in this fight," Himiko Toga said.
The screen flicker and the appearance of the most notorious villain appear even though it was obscured by the shadow.
"It's good to see you again Nezu."
"All for One, you look very healthy"
"Alien medical technology." He chuckles.
"So what news you bring?"
"I got two good news and two bad news."
"Good news first."
He speaks: "The good news is that I found other rebel cells in the galaxy fighting the Empire. It's small, but growing every day, and I manage to get in contact with a senator named Bail Organa. He's a politician supporting the rebellion."
Everyone felt a positive feeling knowing they aren't alone in this fight.
"The other good news is I found data storage that contains all the captured people with quirks that were sent off-world. We don't need to pry too much on other imperials data. The resistance once tried to assault a data console to get information about their friends, but the Empire wipe it out and destroyed it."
Nezu then braces himself. "What's the bad news?"
"The bad news is that the location of the Data that contain where our people were stored is in the most secured planet in the galaxy, Scarif. It's the Imperial security complex also called the Imperial Center of Military Research and commonly known as Scarif base, in other words, an Imperial research and development installation. All research is stored there in secret."
"There is also a high-altitude Shield Gate station that allows entry past the planetary deflector shield, which itself was protected by several Imperial Star Destroyers. It's a fortress Nezu." All for One showed an image.
"Dammit even if we took half of the heroes and villains it wouldn't be enough for a full frontal assault," says Nezu knowing that not everyone has quirks that can use in the vacuum of space especially when handling Ties. And not only that everyone still green in piloting starship even if they training to pilot one.
"What the other bad news," Eraserhead asked.
"They found out about those two you let escape; Yaoyorozu and Midoriya. Now there's a bounty announced large enough to buy a planet."
Dreading this, Nezu groans. "It seems the Empire knows about those two and their quirks at last... but how?"
"Shut up! Why do we concern ourselves with Deku and Ponytail? We had more pressing feelings than these two losers who abandoned us."
"Bakugo, enough! Nezu already explained why he sent them away. It was for safety knowing what the Empire might do if they took Yaoyorozu. Thinking about it makes me shiver." Itsuka felt sorry knowing what the Empire might do to her rival.
"As much as I wanted this call to last longer I might have an idea on how to infiltrate the Scarif. But we need help from the rebels first I contact you later when we get good info." The call was gone.
Everyone in the room was discussing knowing their captured friends or family can be found and knowing they are safe hopefully.
"We're playing with fire here Nezu. We don't know if we can trust him"
"I wouldn't go to see the Bogeyman if it wasn't the last option."
At the same time in the Executor-class Star Dreadnoughts, that All for One stole during the invasion he manages to use it as his own home base of operation. Since the invasion, he didn't predict that Earth would be invaded by Aliens that look human.
But he was a patient man and let himself watching from the sideline and calculating what is needed to do and how. After one month of sitting on the sideline and learning their enemies, All for one began his plan.
The first was to get an army and what better to get than the Tartarus prison and thugs all he needed was to provide them a place to run from the Empire invasion, start a new life away from Earth society, and opportunity to search for wealth.
And they flock him like an insect to sweet nectar. Using Kurogiri to infiltrated the Executor-class Star Dreadnoughts easily and took down the occupants quietly disguise themselves as one of them as one of the thugs was a good hacker he hacked the system.
During that time Vader was still on Earth with his crusade and just being informed that his Executor was stolen and left the system. Not only that they can't even trace back and in anger, but Vader also killed the heroes in cold blood.
With the Executor as All for one new base and his Doctor, they're utilizing the ship's medical technology they were able to restore All for one to his glory form.
But the man was not fooled just because he was healthy doesn't mean he was threatened as the Galactic Empire was a powerful force, not even he can't take down that many enemies so rather than the fight he gathers information and aliens forming his own resistance movement.
"So sensei, what's the plan?"
"First we need to find the rebel base and allied."
Meanwhile, on another planet in the outer rim, a green-haired boy was practicing using his quirk as he tried to utilize its full potential as he called it full cowling.
"Izuku, it's time you rest."
"Beep." A small astromech T7-O1 was walking with the heiress.
"But-"
"Don't make me order you to rest!"
He sighs. "I'm sorry Momo."
She gestures him inside. "Come on. Mei is probably making dinner."

"And here's dinner!" Mei brings to them protein bars made out of whatever she could find and the machinery she has.
"It's exquisite Mei. Thank you for dinner." Izuku took a bite.
"I agree, it's good." Momo eating while avoiding the smell.
"You outta thank C here for the help." Standing next to them is a 3PO series that Mei found and remodeled.
"It was my pleasure to help master Mei. She was a bit eccentric."
"Mei, is the ship ready?" asks Izuku.
"This girl is ready! I just need one more month to finish and we're good to go."
"Good! It's been two years since we crash-landed on this planet," says the boy, recollecting when they were thrown into escape pods to leave their loved ones.
One Month After The Invasion…
"Why are the three of us here?" Izuku asks Nezu in confusion as the sound of an explosion can be heard including blaster bolts.
"Yes, shouldn't we be in the frontlines?" Momo adds while as confused as Izuku.
"And why am I here? I'm not even a hero course student!" Mei makes a good point.
"What I'm about to ask you with a heavy heart is that you must escape from Earth."
"Excuse me?!" Momo shouts at him, flabbergasted by such a suggestion.
"We can't leave! What about our friends?!" Izuku shouts in addition.
"Midoriya."
"It's our job as heroes and everyone's counting on us!"
"Midoriya!"
"We could get help from other countries-"
"MIDORIYA!"
The three students were startled that Nezu rose his voice for the first time. "I know you want to fight, but this is not a group of villains we're dealing with. This is nothing like All for One. This is an army of invaders, and not enough are trained to kill the way they are. Once they find out what Yaoyorozu's Creation can do and what you have Midoriya, you'll be on their target list."
Momo and Mei turn to Izuku at that last bit. While she isn't surprised people would be after her for her Quirk, as people have before she entered U.A., what exactly does Izuku have that is so important?
"Midoriya, protect miss Yaoyorozu no matter the cause. If the Empire gets its hands on her, they would be unstoppable. It's a lot to ask, but please. Not to mention, your Quirk and what they can gain should they use its power." The Principal has a point there.
Raising her hand, Mei says, "That doesn't explain why I'm here."
"Someone's gotta fix the ship they're riding in when it breaks down." Pressing a button on a remote, a door opens up revealing a small ship similar to an escape pod. "This can fit all three of you. Coordinates are a planet far from the Empire's territory."
The trio looks to one another. Momo then asks, "Shouldn't we tell our parents?"
He remains silent, which gives them all the information they know. Information that tears them up inside. "I'm sorry we couldn't save them."
Broken-hearted, the trio leaves the planet, just as they learn of the situation concerning All Might and the others. On the ride, Izuku remains stoic for a few seconds before bursting into tears, Momo following along afterward crying into his chest. Mei, the silent one, keeps strong in appearance, but the inside is torn.
Upon landing, they went to work keeping themselves busy to escape from their despair. Luckily the planet itself is a paradise. Except for the broken structures of starships, fighters, and other sorts of artificial creations left from a war covered in thick vegetation, there is no sign of anything else there.
Each day after setting up a rest station Izuku would train his body to overcome the limitations that kept him from staying there and fighting alongside All Might. Each day, he blames himself for All Might's death, until Momo slapped him for such thoughts. He would still break down a few times, but she was there to comfort and vice-versa.
After their moment of grief, the trio resolves to defeat the Empire and find allies that can help them in their fight. With Mei's construction, Momo's production, and Izuku's destruction or just using his muscles, they would start their comeback.
They had the information and galaxy map for any planet they need to get information about the galaxy situation even though it's old but better than nothing. Also, they would get any broadcast signal for information about the rebellion.
Present Time…
"Momo, Mei, when the ship is finished, we need to be ready and find information about the Empire and find the other resistances out there. And…" He looks to them both. "I want to thank you two for helping me through this."
"It's alright, Izuku. We're doing this together." Momo held Izuku's hand.
"Me too." Mei is also holding his hand. Ever since the day they let their burdens out, all three of them grew closer. No longer were they just friends.
"I will protect you both no matter what. Not just as a hero, but as someone important to me." This was Izuku's declaration and resolve.
Grand Admiral Thrawn was in his private quarters looking at the report while listening to music. In his questers was a modern record player playing the music Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven. He admired such music as old it was it's still well-loved by the native of this planet.
It has a certain flair that he found to be enjoyment.
"Sir the report is here shall I –"
"That won't be necessary just leave it on my desk." Thrawn is looking at the painting of the Mona Lisa, which he acquired to be one of his collections.
"Tell me officer what do you see in this painting?"
"It's a painting of a woman, native on this planet."
"This painting was painted by a genius of his time, Leonardo Da Vinci. He was a visionary, a man with lots of ideas."
"I don't understand sir."
"In time you will. But is the report as accurate as it said?"
"Yes sir."
"Good, leave." The officer was leaving.
"And one good piece of advice; listen to some Earth music. It helps with stress as I heard." The officer left Thrawn, who sat at the desk looking at the data. A hologram video shows an image of a child in Ryloth who was able to move the Earth with her hands. Strangely, children are showing the manifestation of quirks. It was small but growing.
"It seems the galaxy just got a whole lot interesting."
I wanted to do this for a long time as what if my Hero academia was invaded by the Empire and exploit their quirks' ability for the empire's benefits.
Of course, there would be some death as this is war as someone is bound to die. As I would sugarcoat that all members of class 1-A and 1-b survive that's just cliché.
Momo quirks are one the most Empire wanted as they use her as a factory to make their weapons and ships. While Izuku with ONE For All is a quirk that can be given to anyone including the Emperor himself.
XS Stock light freighter and astromech T7-O1 are from the old republic as I like its design and knowing Mei she would upgrade the freighter to a Millineum Falcon standard.
