Beauty and Blade

Pairings: Ikaruga x Yomi and Chou'un x Kan'u

Two warriors stand about 10 feet apart in the middle of the forest. A Senran...and a Fighter. Two girls have their grip on the hilts of their katana blades while light wind blows, making their long dark and silver hair sway. A brown haired cutie stands between the two, fists clenched on her chest, looking back and forth while a slightly taller tanned maiden has her hand on her shoulder. Another cute girl with long blonde hair is behind the dark haired girl, feeling nervous about how the fight will become. These Senrans and Fighters have never met and have crossed paths with each other out of nowhere. Now...it's time to test each other's strength and skill.

"I don't sense any evil in you..." the dark haired girl, Ikaruga says. "But I will still not back down from a challenge."

"Same here..." the silver haired girl, Chou'un, says, softly. "It's been a while since I last fought somebody."

Ikaruga grits her teeth and then charges at her at full speed. Chou'un opens her eyes and quickly deflects the attack, knocking the dark haired girl back a little. But Ikaruga holds her ground and charges again to clash blades with Chou'un's, one after the other with sparks flying with each hit. Ryuubi and Yomi both watch in anticipation. It's already starting to get intense. The way they clash blades and try to read each other's moves, ducking and dodging and blocking. That's some real commitment to for both a Senran and Fighter.

"Ikaruga-san...you can do it..." Yomi says.

"Shiryuu-san...I believe in you!" Ryuubi says, clasping her hands together.

Ikaruga flips toward Chou'un and clashes blades again. Chou'un remains calm and collected as she pushes Ikaruga back and ducks and dodges the dark haired girl's attacks. Ikaruga rolls under Chou'un and tries to slash her from behind. But Chou'un quickly senses it and delivers a back kick to separate her.

Ikaruga slides on her feet to keep herself from falling and stands up straight. "Haaaah...haaah...she's strong. The way she hit my blade. That's nothing compared to when Yomi-san's huge blade hit mine. That's three times stronger than hers. How is that possible…?"

Chou'un slowly sheathes her sword...for a moment. "You fight well, miss. Your skills are outstanding...and your moves are quick. I can tell that your are definitely a worthy opponent."

"I can say the same for you," Ikaruga says, smiling. "I'll be honest, I may have underestimated you."

"Well then..."

The two charge at each other and clash blades once again. Sparks fly as they clash. However, Ikaruga feels that her blade is about to break because of the strong strikes Chou'un is delivering. Just how powerful is she? She's never gone up against swords women this strong before. But she still must give it her all. She clashes blades and pushes Chou'un away to create distance.

"Alright! Hien! Do your thing!" She swings her blade to the right and a blue phoenix appears to take down Chou'un.

But Chou'un draws her blade and gives a very powerful slash, making the bird disappear. Ikaruga gasps at this.

"H-how!?" she exclaims.

"Oh, no!" Yomi cries.

"Th-that was a powerful attack and yet Shiryuu-san sliced it like it was nothing!" Ryuubi says.

"That's the strongest Fighter for you,' Kan'u says.

"I admire your skills," Chou'un says. "You have showed me what you're capable of. But now...sadly, I shall end it here."

Her blade glows green as well as her aura. Ikaruga gasps and backs away a step. Chou'un opens her eyes and charges at her as fast as light. Right past her with green light trailing from her slash, hitting Ikaruga in the process. She then sheathes her blade and then, green slashes appear out of nowhere, hitting Ikaruga multiple times and sends her flying while her clothes are tattered. She screams as she flies in the air and lands on the ground on her back. Chou'un stands up and turns around to see the dark haired girl not moving.

Yomi rushes to her aid, shaking her a little. "Ikaruga-san! Ikaruga-san! Are you alright!?"

Ikaruga groans as her eyes flutter open to see Yomi looking down at her. "I'm fine...Yomi-san."

"That was some fight,' the blonde says. "You did your best. I know you did."

Chou'un smiles and turns back around while Ryuubi and Kan'u walk toward her.

"That was so awesome, Shiryuu-san!" the brunette cutie says. "You were super strong!"

"You're too kind," Chou'un says as light wind blows again, making her hair sway.

But Kan'u notices something is off. Her clothing. There is a thin line between her cleavage and it's showing partially her breasts. "Chou...your clothes."

"Huh?" the silver haired girl looks down to see that her shirt has been torn. "Oh, goodness. I did not realize. Ikaruga-san must have struck me somehow while we were clashing."

"Ah...!" Ryuubi squeaks, blushing slightly at the sight of Chou'un partially exposed cleavage. "B-b-but I'm so glad you're not severely injured!"

Ikaruga recovers and approaches the trio with a smile. "That was a good fight, Chou'un-san. It was an honor sparring with you."

"Same to you, Ikaruga-san," Chou'un says. "Now then...Ryuubi-san...Kan'u-san...let's go back home. I want to rest."

"Certainly! I'll make some tea and snacks!" Ryuubi says.

"Oh, w-wait a minute!" Yomi says. "If you'd like, we can all hang out some time. Does that sound good?"

Chou'un nods and smiles. "Certainly."

"Oh, I would love to hang out with you two!" Ryuubi says. "It'll be so much fun!"

"Sure. Why not?" Kan'u crosses her arms under her bosom.

"Excellent!" Yomi cheers. "Well then, Ikaruga-san? Let's give them our numbers!"

"So will we," Chou'un says.

The 5 girls exchange numbers and then shortly after, they part ways. Ikaruga and Yomi start to head toward the Hanzo dorms, with the blonde linking arms with her beloved.

"Chou'un-san was so nice, won't you agree~?" the blonde says.

"Yes...she's strong...but very, very kind," Ikaruga replies, planting a kiss on the forehead.

Meanwhile, Chou'un and her two beloveds are walking the opposite direction. But Ryuubi is in between the two strongest Fighters, holding their hands. It's almost as if they are acting as there are one little sister with two big sisters.

"So…is Ikaruga-san going to be alright?" Ryuubi asks, looking up at Chou'un.

"I'm sure she will be fine," the silver haired girl replies. "She's a very strong young woman."

"Indeed," Kan'u adds, giving a small smile at her beloved. "She'll recover and pretty soon, she'll be back on her feet."

"Hehehe!" Ryuubi hugs Kan'u and kisses her on the cheek. Then she turns toward Chou'un and kisses her on the cheek as well. After that, she trots ahead and spins around a few times before facing her beloveds. She leans forward a bit while putting her hands behind her back. "Now then…Kan'u-san…Shiryuu-san…let's have some tea and snacks~!"

Chou'un and Kan'u exchange looks and then nod.

"With pleasure…~" both of them say in unison.

A/N: Since watching that trailer for the crossover from New Link, I wanted to write something like this. It took me a while to plan things out, but I hope it paid off. Hehe~!
