Chapter 1: Prologue
It was a normal day in the Azubu Juban district. People were going about their daily lives in their normal matter. Apart from Motoki and Reika Furuhata, Mamoru Chiba and Usagi Tsukino. The clouds blocked out all the sunlight from outside the car, but as Motoki picked up Mamoru from his apartment building, he could just make the figured outline of a woman with her hair down, and his girlfriend Usagi Tsukino's two individual buns on her head.
He stepped inside the front after placing all his luggage in the boot and greeted his best friend. "Hey" Motoki says, and he nods. Then he turns around to Usagi and smiles but before he opened his mouth, she cut him off.
"I'll be fine Mamo-chan. You just don't worry about me and go and achieve your dreams" Usagi says, taking the words straight out of his mouth. He frowned. "You're not leaving me behind Mamo-chan" she says again.
"That girl of yours just took everything to make you turn back" Motoki laughed, and Mamoru shook his head.
"I'll be four years tops" He says gently.
The car ride was a quite one. No one spoke for the fear of upsetting anyone or changing their mind. Mamoru was nervous, Motoki knew why as he confided in him to keep his secrets safe from his girlfriend and his wife, Reika. So as the Rain poured down around them, making calming noises.
When we reached the airport, Motoki helped Mamoru with his luggage, while Reika talked to Usagi about him leaving, walking their way though the airport until they came to where Mamoru's plane would wait for him. "I know your upset about him leaving. But you don't need to hide it" Reika spoke. Usagi played with the fabric of her cropped, pink shirt; looking down towards her denim shorts and her plain white sneakers.
"I just promised myself I would see him off with a smile" Usagi whispered. "I didn't want to guilt trip him into staying by being upset."
"I get where you're coming from. It's hard, but he's your boyfriend, and your supposed to open about these things with him" Reika advises. "Speak of the devil, we'll be over here and we'll let you have a private talk with him" Reika says and she nods, pulling her best fake smile.
"All ready to go?" Usagi asks and he nods.
"Yeah, I have five more minutes till I have to go" he says, and she nods. But the tears threaten her eyes, knowing she only had five more minutes left with him. "Don't cry" he whispers and then, on cue, the tears start to spill.
"I'm sorry…I promised to see you off with a smile today" she laughs into his blue shirt, tugging at the fabric. "I'll just miss you a lot" she whispers to him gently. he frowns.
"I'll miss you too" he says, and she just smiles.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, Flight Three-One-Seven is getting ready to take off in three minutes," The intercom says and Usagi flashes her eyes up to his face, memorising his smell and facial features. Mamoru frowned.
"Usako," he says gently and quietly, so quiet in fact that only the couple would be able to hear the next spoken words. She looks directly up to him, confused by the sudden nervousness in his facial features and wondered why. "I have something to ask you," he says as he puts his hands in his pockets. He knew he didn't want a big display of it, so he smiles at her before pulling out the box. "Will you marry me?" he asks as he reveals a silver ring, with a pink stone in the centre. She looks up to him, her hands covering her mouth in shock before she nodded.
Carefully he slipped it onto her designated finger before kissing her chastely. "You should go" Mamoru nods, instantly regretting to leave her behind. "I love you" she whispers as he turns to leave.
"I love you too". He says before he leaves. Usagi talks back to Motoki and Reika, fighting another wave of tears.
"Congratulations Usagi-chan" Reika says as she hugs the blonde to her chest. Usagi smiles sadly before looking towards the couple.
"How…? How do you know?" She asks and Motoki laughs.
"Mamoru talked to me about it before, maybe about a month ago. He was a nervous wreck" he says with a laugh. Usagi could feel the blush creeping up to her cheeks for no reason at all and looked away into the rain. "Now you just have to tell your parents that you're going to marry him" Motoki snickers and Reika punches him playfully in the arm. "Ow, that hurt".
"Motoki, that isn't a joke. Her father is going to murder your best friend!" Reika says and Motoki laughs.
"Yeah, but he won't be back for another four years, right?" he asks and Reika nods carefully. Usagi watched the young couple quarrel for a while. Missing everything about Mamoru before they dropped her off at her parent's place.
"Cya Usagi-san" Motoki waves to her and the best she could do was wave back. So, when she walked in the house, expecting her mother to yell at her for leaving without her knowledge, she got silence instead. Immediately she noticed she noticed all the girls in the same room as her mother, all of them looking at her, expecting teats to flow and the grief to take over. She smiled.
"Hey, Mama, Papa… Minako, Makoto, Rei and Ami?" Usagi speaks and they all smile back at her. "I didn't know that they were coming over" Usagi says again, then, Shingo walks down the stairs and into the room, looking directly and his blonde sister.
"Jeez Usagi, Mama and Papa were just explaining how they weren't going to push you today because of Mamoru leaving to go for America today. Ya know just in case you were going though a brake up or something" Shingo said loudly. Usagi could feel the salty tears threatening against her eyes over the reminder of it once again. "I'm heading out, be back before dinner" Shingo yells before leaving. Everyone including her parents turned to look at her, expecting her to turn around and look at them. But instead, she walks slowly up the stairs.
A minute later, Minako comes in carefully, shutting the door gently behind her before making her way gently onto the covers of her bedspread. "You know…you can talk to me if you would like" Minako whispers as her hand encounters Usagi's hair. Minako could just make out the sobs covered her pillow and her shaky breathing. "What happened?" Minako whispers in a soft voice.
"Nothing" Usagi's tormented voice comes from the pillow before a fresh wave of tears make their way again, staining the pillow. "He just left for America, that's all" she whispers a few minutes after the last wave of tears.
"That's not all though" Minako concludes and Usagi shakes her head gently, pulling her hair out of her two buns. The rain hits the window throughout the silence, causing flashes of light to follow along with the crashes of the thunder. Usagi flinches but doesn't go under her covers as she would normally.
"I just miss him already… I know I'm being a cry baby, but I can't help it. And I'm worried that when he comes back…that he might not like me anymore." Usagi breathes. "not after…" she stops in her tracks… to early to reveal that kind of information, she decides. Minako notices and she raises her eyebrows.
"Not after what Usagi-chan?" Minako asks and she shakes her head. "If you don't want to tell me then that's fine, but if you do, I won't tell anyone." Minako says and usagi just shakes her head slightly, not wanting to say no more. "I'll leave now if you want" she says once more. She watches Usagi's head move up and down in one movement before she climbs under the covers.
"Minako" Usagi whispers as she walks out. "Thank you" she says and Minako nods.
"I'll do this everyday if you need me too. Just try get back to your normal self now" Minako says before leaving Usagi alone with the loose thoughts in her mind and the loud, heavy rain that was hitting her window.
-One Year Later-
"Sorry, Did I wake you up too early?" his voice comes through her phone. Usagi stifles the yawn making its way up to her mouth and sighs.
"No" she lies.
"I just looked at the time, it's five o'clock over in Japan" Mamoru says through her speaker, and she shakes her head, completely forgetting he couldn't see her.
"It's alright. One hundred percent worth it to speak to you. At least I won't be late for school maybe…and I could get some homework done" She sighs. "I also was awake from a bad dream anyway. No use getting up to go back to sleep again" she laughs before yawning.
"I'm not worth less sleep Usako" he chastises her gently, but she could hear the smile on his face. Just from a word, her heart sped up and a soft red came onto her cheeks.
"I miss you so much" she sniffs, and he sighs.
"I'll come back if you want me to" he says, and she sighs.
"You can't come back now." Usagi says and he sighs frustrated.
"Anyway, what is happing down in Japan without me?" Mamoru asks and Usagi smiles.
"Minako and Makoto and even Ami are crushing over the popular boys as per usual. That's what I personally think. Anyway, a bunch of famous boys came to our school, like child superstars that are now teens and that. Motoki is still trying to bully me about us getting married eventually and that" Usagi says before shrugging. "What's happening over down at America?" She asks.
"Kunzite and Nephrite keep annoying me about having, One. A girlfriend and, Two. A fiancé." He laughs. "Anyway, they just don't see how I could settle down that quickly and that you know" he sighs. "Anyway, there was another girl, Michiru Kaiou. She came up to me today and suddenly confessed in her crush in me. Of course, I had to tell her about you and that and you know" he sighs. "Anyway, the workload here isn't bad, of course you'd look at it and cry" he chuckled in response before she sighed loudly into the phone. He was probably right of course. "Have you decided what your going to take up in university yet?" Mamoru asks and she sighs.
"I was thinking maybe Music or Arts. Maybe both. It would be handy you know" Usagi says before sighing. "I didn't want to go into anything overly complicated and choosing something I most likely won't enjoy" She shrugs before sighing, making her bed and throwing her shoes on.
"Well, it's a start" Mamoru states and she sighs.
"You're not going to get anything big out of this Mamo. Anyway, I was accepted in the Tokyo University of the Arts anyway. Papa grumbled a bit, but Mama was happy. The girls thought I was wasting an opportunity and that… except for Minako because she's going to the same place" Usagi sighs. A faint 'Usagi, you'll get up or you'll be late' resounded from her mother in the distance. "ALREADY UP" she yells back as she opens the door and walks out into the kitchen. "Anyway, please don't try and change my mind. Everyone's already tried but I'm being stubborn" she huffs, and he laughs.
"Who are you talking to?" Ikuko asks her and she grins in response.
"I'm talking to Mamo" she says proudly. Ikuko smiles and nods.
"Tell him I said hi" She says and Usagi nods before his voice comes through her speaker.
"Can you send my greetings Usako" Mamoru teases and she blushes.
"He said hi. Anyway, what's for breakfast?" she asks and Ikuko laughs. Pulling out the bread and placing it in the toaster. Usagi sighs. "Toast again? We had that yesterday" she sighs and Ikuko laughs.
Five minutes later, she was out the door. Meanwhile Usagi babbled about the girls and where they were going into universities and such. "What do you think you'll major?" Mamoru asks and usagi hums.
"Maybe Music first, then dance and then art" she sighs. "Dance is second because it's a sporting thing I'll be able to do and that…music because I just like music" she shrugs. "Hey Mina, Hey Mako" She waves as she walks up to them.
"Hey Usagi" they chorus. "Who are you talking too?" Minako asks and she blushes.
"Mamo-chan" Usagi admits and Minako grins. "NO MINA I FORBID YOU" she yells and Minako Screams as Usagi tackles her to the ground. "Bye Mamo-chan" and quickly she hangs up. "MINAKO I WILL KILL YOU" she yells, and Makoto just laughs.
-Another Year Later-
"I'm home" Usagi says as she walks through the door with a huff. Just today she had sprained her ankle during dance, and right now, underneath the bandage supporting it, it was bruised and swollen and most importantly, sore. So, her parents suspected everything when she came into the living room and collapsed on the couch.
"Are you ok? Usagi?" her father asks her, and she shakes her head.
"No… I Sprained my ankle during dance today and it hurts." She whines loudly as Ikuko frowns.
"It's swollen, I'll go get an ice pack" she says as she leaves. Usagi sighs and closes her eyes tightly before reaching into her bag to pull out a sketch book and her pencils before working on her assignment. A minute after her mother sat down, the doorbell rang and usagi went to stand up. "No, you stay here." She says and then, she left.
Usagi moved her attention onto the drawing. Today it was an original character based on those she loved. She had only started the outline of a male before and continued multiple other details of the character. She didn't know how focused she was until she jumped by Luna nudging her hand, giving a meow in reply. "Hello Luna" she says as she gives her black cat a pat. She returns to her drawing, before she was interrupted by her parents.
"When is your drawing due?" Ikuko asks and she sighs.
"Next week" Usagi says with a sigh. Right in the first week of the holidays.
"But it's the holidays" Ikuko says and Usagi sighs. Knowing she was most likely to work on it through the whole week non-stop.
"I know… plus we have a dance assessment at the start of the new semester and training three times a week, so I guess it isn't over yet" Usagi sighs annoyed. She wouldn't be able to do anything with her ankle for a while. "Music I don't have to do anything right now…" she sighs. "I was also thinking that I could…move out into my own place. Like near the campus. I'm just super tired of driving or walking there every morning and back. Like of course I could ask Minako to move in with me, but she can never drive me back with her schedule" she sighs.
"You don't have to move out Usagi" Her mother speaks and she sighs.
"I don't want to but I think it'll make it a little easier" she says and they nod.
"Why not move in with me?" a deep voice comes from her left and she turns, shocked. The deep oceanic blue eyes resonate in her mind along with the coal black hair and the smirk implanted on his face, she guessed due to her facial expression.
"M…Mamo-Chan?" she gasps as she struggles to get up.
"Don't" Mamoru says as he walks over to her. Pushing her back down on the chair gently. "I don't want you to hurt yourself" he says as her arms crush around him.
"I missed you so much" she sobs into his shoulder and his smile drops.
"I missed you too" he whispers into the wall. Meanwhile Ikuko and Kenji watched their daughter embrace her boyfriend in pure happiness, Ikuko knowing how it felt to love another person. Once they broke apart, he sat next to her on the couch. "So, what about it? I won't be there for another two years. You won't have to pay because I'm still paying the rent in America anyway. It would be nice anyway, to know you're looked after anyway" Mamoru shrugs his shoulders gently. "We could spend the holidays packing up your stuff and moving you in. you can have the spare room if you would like." Mamoru offers and her face brightens.
"Really?" she asks as she looks at her mother, who smiles and nods. But the problem arose when she looked at her father, who had a hard, cold face plastered on his face. "Please Papa…" she whispered, and her mother turned and nodded to him gently.
"Why should I let you?" Kenji asks her and Usagi frowns.
"Well, you don't have control of me anyway. So, I'm leaving" Usagi argues, and his face goes paler than normal. She frowns. "You can't stop me Papa" she says, diverting her eyes down.
"Alright" Kenji says quietly. "I'll let you" Kenji says before standing up and walking away. Usagi grins at her mother and Mamoru, as practically bouncing in her seat in excitement. Usagi attempts to stand and, over protecting Mamoru comes to her side in a flash, helping her up. Usagi attempts to brush him away, so he moves.
"I'm fine…I'm going to go and pack my basics into a box and all that. Mamo, can you come get tomorrow morning Please?" She asks and he nods. And without a second breath, he hugs her gently when she waves him forward, before the three words slip out her mouth into his ear in a whisper. "I love you so much" she whispers before he leaves.
*The Next Day*
Usagi had most of her stuff packed, except for some things including the things she wanted her parents to have. So, a large percent of her clothes was packed, except for her clothes she was to wear today and her shoes. Quickly she pulled on everything and tied her hair into her two buns and left to open the door to find her boyfriend, waiting with a smile on her face. "Hi Mamo" she says, and he smiles.
"Hey…You shouldn't be up, let alone heavy lifting anything" he says, and she shakes her head gently, shaking her hair around her.
"I'm perfectly fine and capable. And twenty thank you" she says with a huff. Mamoru smiles and lets out a low chuckle. "and if you want, I can grab the light ones. I just don't want to be sitting around not helping" Usagi states loudly, then her father walks in.
"I can help if it's needed" Kenji states and Mamoru smiles.
"Thanks" Mamoru says. The boys set to work while Ikuko desperately worries over her daughter in the living room, talking about university and other assignments. Usagi talked about nationals for her dance class, which she got the Solo for which was, halfway through the holidays. Her mother was proud of her, of course and encouraged her. Later Mamoru and Kenji came back to find the two of them discussing university life. "All packed" Mamoru announces looking towards his girlfriend. She grins towards him and stands up gently before walking over to the door.
"Thank you, Mama. thank you, Papa." she whispers as she hugs her parents. They smile at her gently, tears in her eyes. "Tell shingo that any of my left-over stuff isn't his" she notes, and they laugh.
The drive to the apartment was a quiet one, and Usagi looked out the window watching all the people walking around, talking and shopping in the streets. "You don't have to move into the spare room Usako" Mamoru speaks, breaking the silence. "You can have my room if you want. I won't be using it after the holidays for another two years." He explains. Quickly, he looks at his blonde-haired girlfriend, who's smile instantly made his day.
"Really?" she asks, her hair hitting him in the chest somehow. "Oh Mamo! I'd love to… only if that's ok with you right now?" she asks. "I'm a really messy sleeper and eater and I make a lot of mess Mamo…are you sure?" she asks gently, and he laughs.
"It was bound to happen eventually. We are engaged after all" he says as he slowly pulls the car into the parking lot. Usagi grins as she picks up a box gently, a small and light one and carries it to the lift, Mamoru following behind her with the keys and another box. "So when do you have dance classes and assessments?" he asks her and she turns back to him, started by his sudden question.
"Uhh. I have training in a couple of days, but I also can't dance for a while with my ankle so I'm guessing on of the other girls would be taking my solo so I could learn it." Usagi shrugs. "Anyway, you don't have to come if you don't want to." She says shyly and he frowns.
"You don't want me to come" Mamoru assumes. Usagi sighs loudly before placing the box on the kitchen countertop. They walk out the apartment, locking the door behind them carefully.
"Of course, I do. I want you to see why I'm doing this for a reason. But I just don't want you seeing all the pretty girls in their dancing gear and I have a fear that you won't like that I dance with other boys sometimes" she says with a sigh. "But there's none of that for this dance anyway, but we do train with boys. Only one boy made the national team anyway".
"Well, if you don't want me to come I won't." he says, and she sighs.
"I do want you to come…Now anyway." She states quietly. "I'm just afraid that you would find someone prettier than me and leave me in the streets" she whispers as he places another box down on the ground. She could feel the tears making it's way to the border of her eyelids and wiped them back. Then, Mamoru's chest ran into her face, and his arms constricted around her body, crushing her gently against him.
"Now why would I think that?" Mamoru asks. "You might not be the most beautiful girl in the world but your beautiful to me, inside and outside. You're my family and that's a statement" he says gently and she sighs.
"Alright. We should get the rest of the boxes in. there's only two more" She says.
"Two heavy boxes" he states. "You're not carrying them on your own and putting more pressure on your ankle" he commented. Usagi grumbled irritatingly under her breath to his words. "You can unpack and make yourself at home if you'd like" he says, and she nods. When he turns to leave, and walks out the door usagi begins to unpack, knowing she was really bad at making things neat, and he was most likely to get mad at her.
She started with her clothes, knowing they were the most important and settled them in the way he organised his clothes, in an empty wardrobe, which she guessed was in America in his apartment there. She settled her shoes at the bottom, organised like his on his side before moving to the draws, where she swiftly found four small, empty draws and placed her other clothes inside. Mamoru walked in with the last box and raised his eyebrows at her, looking through the boxes for anything else. "I don't know where to put all the other stuff without moving any of your personal items" she admits. Mamoru smiles and walks towards the freezer, pulling out an ice pack he prepared the night before and wrapping it in a towel. Usagi groans when she sees it in his hands before it touches her skin of her ankle.
"You need to rest. I'll put anything away for you if you want" he says, and she stands up shaking her head.
"No…No I'll do it" she says as she takes a light box and moves into the bathroom. Mamoru sighs and lets her have her privacy, hearing the cupboards open and close repeatedly before she came out with the flattened box and a few other boxes in her hands. "Medication?" she asks, and he directs her to the kitchen into a small draw with the usual pain killers and multivitamins. She places her boxes in a small, empty tray before shutting the draw gently.
"Is that it?" he asks her, and she nods gently.
*Five days later*
Mamoru sat up in a room, diagonal from the dance practice bellow him, hearing no music. He didn't really understand what they were doing, they were all lined up, facing a mirror with a pyramid with paper over it. Gently, one at a time, the paper was pulled off revealing a member of their team, who didn't smile and rarely started crying. Slowly the instructor made her way up to the top two. He could tell Usagi was nervous for some reason, but it only seemed to increase when the paper was pulled off to reveal the face of the man next to her. Something the female instructor said made him smile and laugh before he nudged his girlfriend.
Then the next second, after the playful banter, the top piece was pulled off to reveal his girlfriend, who instantly smiled. The instructor must have said something to make her smile, and even blush for a second before they all started stretching.
Two hours later of constantly watching her dance, they all started packing up and to his surprise, usagi was up and out of there in seconds, only immediately coming to his side and pulling him down the stairs. "Come on Mamo-chan" Usagi says loudly as she continues to pull him around the building.
"Mamoru-san?" Minako's confused voice comes from behind the pack of girls and some boys. Mamoru chuckles and smiles, nodding towards her formally. "Are you here permanently now?" She asks and he frowns and shakes his head.
"I'm only here for this month. I won't be back for another two years after that" Mamoru says and the next thing he knew, Minako slapped him.
"You idiot! Do you not know how hard and broken Usagi was after you left the first time? Do you want her to go back through her emotional wreck again?" Minako yells. He stumbled backwards from, firstly her slap and secondly, the sudden outburst. Of course, she had a point, but it only gave him more reason to stay back in Tokyo with her.
"Of course, I don't. I don't want to leave but I have too! Do you think I wanted to leave in the first place? No! but Usako convinced me, saying she would be fine." He speaks. "Usako, how bad was it when I left?" he asks her, but she looks down at her duffel bag.
"Of course, it was rough. But I wasn't an emotional wreck like Minako said. Plus I want you to go back so you can come back quicker and sooner" She says gently and he nods, ending it with a sigh.
"Alright. But you better not be lying Usako. I know you have a tendency to put everyone before yourself but this time you can't" he says and she nods.
"Minako…can you not tell the girls. I'd rather they didn't jump onto me with a lecture because of this?" Minako nods to her best friend's statement before leaving with the other girls.
"Home? What about ice-cream and a movie?" he asks her, and she nods.
"Of course! you know I won't say no to that" she laughs as the couple leave the building.
*Two weeks later*
Usagi only had one week left with her boyfriend before he flew off to America again to study to become a doctor. Of course, she was living in every moment with him until he would have to leave, but sometimes she couldn't help herself to keep him all to herself or couldn't help the fact that she had to leave for dance to travel to nationals with the group. Of course, it was live-streamed and only everyone danced, their parents and family had the link to watch their dances.
So, when her group won the group dance, she was Ecstatic! She was mainly nervous for the solos though. She had come first in the female division, but she was waiting on the overall. So, when they announced they had the results for the overall solos, her team all looked at Minako and herself expectant for something amazing to happen…
Minako placed fifth overall. And this, immediately let her hopes down…she didn't place. Minako's solo was way better than hers… but just as she had her hopes down. They made it to the first place and the next second, they were calling out her name. she stood up and walked towards the judge, shocked and unable to comprehend this, thinking it was a dream.
*The Next Day*
Usagi arrived back at the apartment with a sigh, it had been a long trip for nationals, and she came back with a heavy bag. A tall trophy for her solo win, a smaller one for the female category and a photo frame and medal for the group dance.
She wasn't expecting her boyfriend to immediately kiss her the moment she put her bag down on the bed. So, when he let go, she looked at him shocked and confused in some sort, and very startled. The Usagi let out a laugh at his concerned face as if he had assaulted her. "Your face" she giggles between breaths at his face which had an amused smirk on it. "What was that for?" she asks him with another burst of giggles.
"Because I love you" he says with a shrug as he pulls her closer. She giggles and manages to slither out of his grip, attempting to walk to her bag before he had grabbed her again. "And because I'm proud of you. You got the highest scored solo in the whole nation" he says as he grins at her. "how about we go to the parlour and anything is on me" he says and Usagi practically bounces through the roof as she runs to the door and pulls on her shoes.
Ten minutes later, they had walked into the parlour where Motoki didn't work at, but both Motoki and Reika were there. Unfortunately, Usagi immediately forgot that the only members that she was close with that knew about Mamoru being back for the month was Minako…So Motoki's shocked face was something that reminded her of it. But she didn't care, he deserved to see his best friend. "Mamoru?" Motoki asks as if he was talking to no-one.
"Hey Motoki" Mamoru says back; And the next second, both men are in an embrace hugging each other fondly. Usagi couldn't help but smile as she walked over to Reika and embraces her gently.
"What are you doing here?" Motoki asks his best friend. Mamoru grins as they walk over to the women.
"I'm treating Usako to her win today" he says and Motoki grins.
"Congratulations Usagi-Chan" he says, and she grins.
"Thank 'Toki" she says before devouring herself back into the conversation with Reika. Turns out Reika was nine months into her pregnancy without knowing, and both Motoki and Reika were excited to have a baby.
"What do you want to eat Usako" Mamoru asks his girlfriend, and she grins, placing down numerous things she wanted to eat before the four girls came up to them. Congratulating her on her win. Usagi smiled sweetly before hugging them all each in return.
"We tried to come over to your parents place the other day because we were worried that you hadn't showed up here in weeks and Minako said she was the only person who saw you at dance rehearsal, but your parents said you'd moved out" Makoto says.
"I moved into Mamo-Chan's apartment" Usagi said as if it didn't matter. "He said he was paying rent anyway, may as well put some use to it" Usagi quickly takes a sip of her drink and a quick bite of her food.
"OH MY GOSH ARE YOU PREGNANT?" Rei screams and usagi flinches at the loudness of it and the statement of it.
"NO. NO I'm not. I'm a virgin Rei…and I can't get pregnant with my career and everything coming closer. I could be a professional dancer if I wanted to be. But guess what? I can't ever have a family if that happens. And if I become a singer, I wont be able to" she says, and Mamoru flinched. "Mamo?... You wanted it early, didn't you?" she asks him in a whisper.
"Of course, I did. I thought after we got married, we would start trying…but it's alright. If your focussing on your dream we should be alright by ourselves" he says, noticing her eyes tearing up quickly. She smiles and hugs her husband.
"Thank you Mamo-chan". She whispers into his chest as she gives him a hug around his waist. Mamoru couldn't help but smile.
