Well, i had this idea for a while, might as well post it and see how many people enjoy this.
As said in the summary, there is Genderbend characters in this, but so far, i only planned on one, the one you will see in this chapter.
Enjoy!
He ate alone, the TV going on about the weather forecast.
Most nights were like this. Either because his brother was busy with work, went drinking with his partner, or he thought the other home was more cozy than this.
At this point, he could basically say he lived alone.
As he munched on some rice, he heard the door opened.
"Honey, im home!"
A voice echoed, a chuckle coming out of his lips.
"Welcome home, Bro." He said, not looking from the TV.
"Sorry for being late, Lil Bro. Dojima-san was really angry today." His brother explained. He didn't smell like alcohol, so most likely it was the truth this time. "You did all your homework?"
He nodded. "It was either that or watched paint dry." He said.
His brother chuckled. "True enough." His brother yawned. "Well, im hitting the hay. Tomorrow we have a meeting discussing the murders."
"The only thing interesting about this town…" He muttered, thinking his brother wasn't going to hear him.
"Now, now, Haruto. Thats not something you should say in front of a police officer."
"Well, ain't it the truth? Before this, you were either snoozing at your desk or bringing your partner coffee." He explained, finally looking at his brother. "Besides, whats the point of police if there isn't any crime to fight?"
"Well, true enough… Just don't say that stuff in front of Dojima-san or i might get in trouble." He ruffled his little brother hair before going upstairs. "Don't stay out too late!"
"Right, Ada-"
"Ah!" He gasped as his eyes shot open, shooting forward. The people nearby gave him a confused glance, before returning to what they were doing before.
The young man wiped his forehead, a bit of sweat on it. "It was just a dream…" He muttered. The young man had grey unkempt hair, along with silver eyes. He was wearing a uniform that belonged to the school he was attending to.
Honestly he was surprised any school was accepting him, given who he was related to, but he can't exactly complain.
Shujin Academy does hold some value, so after he graduates, he should be able to get a decent job. Hopefully…
"Dammit, Bro, you put me in such a mess…" He muttered.
"Shibuya. Arriving at Shibuya"
That was his stop. He grabbed his suitcase and headed out.
Its been quite a while since hes been in Tokyo. Hes going to miss the quietness of Inaba and fresh smell, though at least now he won't be so bored after school.
I believe the spot was in Central Street. What was the place called again? He thought, looking at his phone, which had the address name on it, alongside a few names. He kept looking around, too focused on finding a sign or some other sort of identification to see someone else also looking at their phone, but moving in the opposite direction.
They collided, smashing their foreheads together as his phone flew out of his hand.
Haruto rubbed his head, wincing a bit in pain. "Motherfucker…" He said before he realized what happened. He quickly got up, holding out his hand. "Are you okay, Miss?" He asked to the girl he bumped into.
She rubbed her head as well. "Im fine, thank-your phone!" She yelled, pointing somewhere. Haruto followed her pointing and found his phone, which was being trampled on by other people, who didn't seem to care what they were stepping on.
"Shit!" He said, quickly going towards his phone before it got too damaged. He quickly pushed some people out of the way (a few of them cursed at him, but he ored them), and grabbed the phone, inspecting for damage. The screen was broken, not to mention one of the edges was off, meaning it was almost split in half. Great, not even a day in this place and he already has a broken phone…
"Im sorry." The girl apologized.
Haruto wanted to snap back at her, but he realized i was at fault here. He put the broken phone in his pocket and sighed, calming down a bit. "No, its fine. My fault for not looking where i was going. Though replacing it is going to be a pain…" He said, before turning back to the girl. "Are you okay?"
She nodded. "Yes, i may not look like it, but im pretty tough." She said.
It was then Haruto got a good look at the girl. She had brown hair and dark brown eyes, wearing the top part of a suit, alongside a skirt, with some leggings and high heels. She also wore dark gloves and was carrying a suitcase.
"Allow me to replace your phone, as a way of apologizing!" She said.
"No, its fine. While the phone wasn't exactly expensive, its not very easy to find a new model, so i don't to waste your time or money, Miss…" Haruto said, before realizing something. "Im sorry, but i never got your name."
"Oh, im Goro Akechi!" She introduced herself. "And please, i insist! Its the least i could do!"
Figuring she must be one of those people who won't stop until fulfilling a debt, Haruto sighed. What a drag. "Very well. Lead the way." He said.
"We're lucky there was a shop nearby." Akechi said with a smile as she and Haruto left a store.
He looked at his new phone, a frown on his face. "Are you sure you wanted to buy me this one? You could have just gotten me a flip phone or something cheap until i got a replacement." He said.
"Its no problem. And money isn't a issue."
So shes either a rich girl or a model. Both of which are a pain in the ass. Haruto thought. "Well, Akechi-san, its been a pleasure, but i have to-"
*GROWL*
Haruto face grew red as his stomach growled. "S-Sorry…" He apologized, embarassed.
Akechi giggled. "Its no problem. How about we have lunch? Theres a really good café nearby."
Haruto thought about it. He didn't want to keep his warden waiting, but since its almost lunch time, he most likely won't be at home. "Very well." He said.
Both of them began to walk towards a café. "You know, i never got your name." Akechi said.
"Haruto. Haruto Adachi." He introduced himself.
Well, thats the first chapter. Hopefully, i will post a second one. Depending on what mood im in.
