A Date With The Clawthorne Sisters
A night in the quiet town of Gravity Falls can be overwhelmed with so many things: Weird wildlife of exotic creatures, people selling many items from beyond, and Manotaurs testing out their manliness. It was Saturday evening and the residents of the growing town began to enjoy themselves. However, there was one area where things will change as this night will be...enchanting.
Deep within the woods lie the infamous Mystery Shack: home of the weirdest artifacts and full-price novelty items tourists are crazy enough to buy! As if things couldn't get any weirder, some strange light was appearing right in front of the building. It was revealing a box and it started to open up to make way for the portal. As it was done, two figures exited the portal and the box was closing up and becoming a small box again. One of the figures picked it up and inserted it inside her mane in the style of a ponytail.
"Well...here we are! And just in time!"
"Huh. So this is Gravity Falls."
The two figures are Edalyn and Lilith: the Clawthorne sisters. Both of them were in fancy dresses and making sure that no one would notice them coming out from another realm. They've read history about the area and knew that they needed to simmer down on the magic a bit after a certain person informed Eda about a recent event a few years ago.
"Yep! The place where weirdness becomes your best friend and one day eat you alive." Eda said with glee.
"That's...descriptive." Lilith stated as she looked at the rustic old shack. "So...this is the Mystery Shack?"
"Indeed, Lily! And we are just in time to meet our dates!" Eda said while walking up to the building.
"Wait, Edalyn! I-um...Are you sure we're really doing this? I mean...what if I'm not dressed right? And what if-" Lilith was then silenced by her sister.
"Relax, will ya? Stanley is not that kind of person to judge. Hell, if you ask me, his life revolves around weirdness. Plus, his brother is practically single and ready to meet the fabulous Lilith Clawthorne. Just give him that Clawthorne charm and he'll be putty in your hands." Eda winked.
Lilith looked away with a blush. This was her first date with someone and knew she needed to make a first impression. "Okay, Edalyn. Let's give it a try."
"That's the spirit! Now, come on! It's time to meet the Pines brothers." Eda said as her and Lilith walked up to the front door. She suddenly rang the newly-installed doorbell and waited for someone to answer it.
"Coming!" A voice was heard and quickly ran up to the door to open it. The person to open the door was a teen with long hair and braces on. The girl was wearing a smiley face sweater and jeans. "Hello, ladies! My name is Mabel! If you are here for some merchandise, you're gonna have to come back tomorrow when we're open."
Eda chuckled softly and said, "Tempting, but no thanks. I'm Edalyn and this is my sister Lilith. We're here to see our dates Stanley and Stanford Pines. Are they around?"
Mabel gasped in delight. "OMG! You're their dates?! You two look SOOO beautiful and amazing!"
Lilith blushed and Eda smiled at the compliment. "Thanks, kid. So, may we come in?"
"Of course! Our Grunkles are just about getting prepared! Make yourselves comfortable while they come down." Mabel stated while leading the ladies in.
"Thank you, Miss Mabel." Lilith said while the Clawthorne sisters were looking around the place. They could even hear some noises being made in the living room.
"I'm getting this last lap, Tyrone!"
"Not until you eat my dust, Mason!"
Eda and Lilith peeked inside and spotted more teens inside the room. They took a glimpse at the two boys that were identical like the girl with braces except one wore a flannel shirt with a hat and the other was wearing a black sleeveless hoodie. The others were likely friends as they were surprised to see the blonde one with fox ears and four tails! The other two looked normal as one looked like a genius and the other had a shaggy hairstyle with black and white.
"Annnd...YES! I WIN!" The teen with the flannel shirt exclaimed.
The other grunted in annoyance. "Yeah, yeah. Whatever."
"Hey, guys! May I present to you the ladies who are dating Grunkle Stan and Ford. The Clawthorne Sisters!" Mabel said with a happy tone.
The teens looked and they were surprised to see both Eda and Lilith inside the shack and the dates for the older Pines. The teens got up from their spots and went up to meet the two witches.
"Eda, Lilith. Meet the crew! The two guys are my brothers Dipper and Tyrone, the blonde girl with the cutest fox look is Pacifica, that's Candy, my best friend, and that's my boyfriend from Japan named Leon Sanada."
"Hello there, Miss Clawthorne." Dipper said. "It's great to meet some people around here. Stan was telling us about you."
"Care to give me details, kid?" Eda asked.
"Only that you took his book and hot-wired his car to escape. And that he grabbed your staff and flew like crazy just to land on the top of the car. Nice." Tyrone smirked with a thumbs up.
Lilith groaned as Eda snorted. "It was fun and enjoyable. But, we talked it out and we're good. Speaking of which, what's with you, blondie? Never thought of seeing a girl with a fox-like appearance."
Pacifica said, "Just a strange curse I was given to by some fox spirit a while back. Although I look different, everyone approves as long as I don't go berserk."
"Fascinating." Lilith said in awe.
"Yeah. During some recent events, me and my siblings kinda inherited a part of a curse as well from...unknown entity. I have fire, Mabel controls things with levitation and fly, and Tyrone has lightning. Basically, we're just one weird family with bizarre gifts. Oh, and Candy is normal with good intelligence and Leon is actually part-angel." Dipper explained
Eda whistled from listening to Dipper's tale. "Wow. And I thought Boiling Isles was the place of weirdness."
"Indeed," giggled Lilith. "So, where are your Grunkles?"
Before Mabel would speak, voices were heard from upstairs and coming down. "It appears that they have arrived."
Eda and Lilith turned to see the Grunkles coming to the living room as they were dressed up in tuxedos. But what got Eda's attention was that Stanley and his brother Ford were looking a little younger. "Well, I'll be!"
Stanley looked at the direction the voice was coming from and gasped in shock. "Good Lord! Edalyn?!"
"Surprised to see me, Stanley?" Eda smirked as she walked up to him. "I would've done the same after seeing you in your prime again. Any secrets?"
"Other than the fact that Poindexter here found the fountain of youth in the middle of an unknown location. I would say it, but...it's all mine." Stan whispered.
"Tell me more later." Eda replied as Stan nodded. "And this is your brother Stanford, correct?"
"Indeed, ma'am! I'm humble to meet you ever since that incident with Stanley. Honestly, I-" Stanford stopped to see another person by Eda's side. His eyes were widened to see someone so beautiful and noticing how her smile is heavenly. "Um...who is this?"
Eda smirked to see that Lilith got her first victim easily. "Well, Ford, I want you to meet my dear sister Lilith Clawthorne."
"I see." Stanford came up to Lilith as he introduced himself. "Good evening, Miss Clawthorne. Stanford Pines. I'm kinda a person who studies weird phenomenons lately."
Lilith giggled and did the same. "Lilith Clawthorne. I'm just...a regular witch like my sister. But I'm also a teacher and mentor. I hope you don't mind."
Stanford shook his head and took Lilith's hand. She looked down to see that he had six fingers on each hand. Lilith didn't mind until she gasped at the kind gesture of Stanford kissing her hand softly. "I wouldn't think of you as a witch; more like you're an angel."
Lilith soon blushed red and the teens were stunned to see Ford being so bold like that. Eda and Stan chuckled to see that they were going to get along just fine. "Um...thank you." Lilith stuttered from the kind compliment.
"Well, at least you two have met right now. It's time to enjoy this night in town! I'll drive!" Stan mentioned as he grabbed his brother away from the older witch. "You behave while we are out, kids! If anything happens, just...blow some agents up or something."
Eda followed as Lilith did the same while caressing her hand. She could still feel his hands so rough, yet delicate while trying to come over the affection he pulled earlier. Lilith never had someone treat her like this before or going on a date. But for this night, it might change.
"Bye! Have a great night!" Mabel shouted happily.
"Don't worry! We'll be back before you know it! Enjoy yourselves!" Eda replied while the adults left the Mystery Shack.
The group was enjoying the ride in Stan's new Convertible car as Eda was in the passenger seat. Lilith and Ford were in the back while looking the other way, unable to make a conversation.
"I've gotta say: This place has been growing so much. I was meaning to ask you that." Eda stated.
"Things have been booming with tourists lately that the town itself needed some remodeling. And it started to get better ever since the Northwest scandal a year back." Stan replied.
"What happened?" Lilith asked, breaking her silence.
Stan answered, "The show-off rich freak had his ancestors pull some shady stuff back in the days as the townspeople and others were screwed because of it! But somehow, out of the blue, evidence was found right inside the mansion that Ford's old buddy discovered."
"And it was also leading to a cult to make sure no one knows the Northwest secrets." Ford intervened. "You can thank the kids for that and helping the townspeople get the justice Gravity Falls deserved."
"With the added bonus of punching the snot out of Preston!" Stan added with a laugh.
Eda smirked. "How brave and heroic. I'm impressed!"
"Think nothing of it! The kids were the real heroes. But right now, let's enjoy the night." Stan said with a smile as Eda nodded.
Lilith whispered to Ford and said, "Your brother seems so cocky, yet brave."
"It's one of the reasons why I deal with him everyday. But I respect him...without the crazy predicaments we are in."
"Same with my sister, but who's counting?" Lilith giggled and Ford chuckled.
Unknown to them, Eda and Stan heard them and rolled their eyes while smiling. Knowing that they're talking now means that they are really knowing more about each other. And for the rest, Gravity Falls might have something in stored for them on a Saturday night.

This story is a prequel to my Owl House fanfic 'To Love Again' as I'll be telling about Eda and Lilith's best date night with Stanley and Stanford Pines. This is basically AU and I kinda missed Gravity Falls so I thought I changed it up a bit. And I know you are going to be asking: Why is Pacifica a fox? How did the Pines Triplets get powers? Why is Tyrone there? I know, I know. That's all going to be answered in the next chapter very soon. Leave reviews and comments as I'll write some more stuff.
Also, just spitballing here, two things: 1.) I'm going to change my profile name soon so Crow's Apprentice will no longer be my name. And 2.) If Eda and Lilith were in a Lantern Corp, which rings should they represent? Just saying.
