I took in a deep breath. Today was my first day at Goode High School. I wore my favourite outfit today: a grey T-shirt with a grey skirt with some yellow shoes. As soon as I walked in I saw a poster on the board next to the door:
All new students to come to the principal's office.
Remember, Goode is good!
I rushed to the principal's office. There were a few more students there. A girl with choppy Mahoney hair, a hello kitty shirt and jeans. Another girl with golden curly hair and a purple dress. A guy with raven hair and sea-green eyes. He was wearing a plain white tee and jeans. This guy was talking to another male, with blonde hair and icy blue eyes. He was wearing the same thing as raven hair. Two more boys were talking to each other. One had back hair and resembled a Panda. The other wore overalls and resembled an elf. ''Is that all the newbies'' the principal asked. '' I think so'' Hello Kitty responded. Then another girl came running. She had dirty blonde hair and was wearing a green crop-top and orange shorts with red heels. She looked like a clown. ''Right. why don't you tell each other your names and make friends already while I get the new students list'' the principal smiled at us. We had to agree.

We all looked expectantly at the girl with the horrible fashion sense. We had said our names and expected her to tell us her name. She snorted. ''my name is Alyssa Hefley, and I am much better than you all.'' At that moment the principal came out and gave us our class. '' you are all in the same class.'' She said to us. Your form teacher is Mrs. Newt and she also takes you for math which you have right now.
We went off to Mrs. Newt's class. Skip the introductions. I got a seat next to Percy Jackson.
''today we will be learning Polynomials. There are Three types of polynomials. Does anyone know what they are?''
My hand shot up in the air. I studied over the holidays. My mom Athena and Dad Fredrick made me.
'' yes Miss Chase'' Mrs. Newt said.
''Polynomials are of different types. Namely, Monomial, Binomial, and Trinomial.''
''very good Miss Chase.'' remarked Mrs. Newt.
I heard a few of the kids whispering ''nerd'' though Piper glared daggers at them. The rest of the newbies thumped my back. The lesson continued. After that we had English, P.E. and Hindi, which was an optional language. TRRRRRRRRRING. LUNCH!
