Chapter 1
Linh"Sophie?" asked Della.
Sophie just nodded her blonde and black hair waving around her head. Have I ever said how pretty she looks?
"So, back on track," I said to keep their stares off of her, "What do you think they will do with them?"
"Turn them into brainwashed puppets," Sophie replied, her voice flat.
"Let's try to think more positive." I suggested.
"They will be used as bait for me then." Sophie interjected.
"That isn't positive." I scolded her.
"It is the truth." Sophie deadpanned.
"Ok, instead of thinking about what the neverseen will do to them, let's think about what we will do." Forkle suggested.
"Well, I know where one of their bases is." Sophie said.
"Where?" I asked her.
"The hymalayan mountains." Sophie replied.
"But - how? The dwarves hollowed out all the hymalayas when they made the sancutary." Alden pointed out.
"Yeah, they have dwarves too. The council forgot a smalll mountain that is undiscovered to humans." Sophie told us. I didn't see it coming. I am not sure anyone else did either.
SophieI am not trying to be a debby downer I am just saying the truth. Linh keeps giving me this look that makes her over all sweet look just fail. I like it though. The look means she isn't all sweet all the time.
Anyway, soon after I gave my discovery everyone packed up and dessided to come back tomorrow. I went to the only two people I could think of: Wylie and Stina.
"So, is this an official meeting no matter how many people are here?" asked Stina.
"Forkle said we are going to work out a plan tomorrow but I think we should go right now an scout." I told them.
"That better include me!" Sandor told me. Aparently, if you sneak away when you aren't in control of your body it makes a goblin mad(at least he isn't mad that I almost destroyed the goblin capitol.)
"I'm in." Stina replied.
"What about you Wylie what do you think?" I asked him.
"Whatever Lady fosboss. If any of us get hurt though our parents will kill us." Wylie stated.
"Ok, meet me back here in ten with whatever you want to bring." I told them. I imedeatly went to havenfield and found one of the stashes Dex placed there. It included all sorts of cubes and things. I grabbed a smoke bomb, small explosive, and a sound wave.
"What do you think you're doing?" asked a voice from behind me.
"Hey Linh," I sighed.
"What are you doing?" she challenged.
"Fine, Stina, Wylie, and me are going to scout the neverseen base in the hymalayas. We aren't attacking just… observing." I told her.
"I'm comming."
"Linh, why? Why do you want to come?" I complained
"Right now you are one of my only friends, and I want to see it they are stupid enough to have rought the others there." Linh explained.
"Fine, come on. This was origonally a team valiant thing though so if you hear anything confidential don't repeat it." I told her and then we teleported back to the meeting place.
LinhAHHHHHHH! I get to do something for team valiant! Eek! I totally wasn't expecting Sophie to bring me.
"You realise you brought Linh with you right?" asked Stina.
"Yeah, I forced her to bring me." I told her.
"Nice. I wonder what mischeif we can cause with 2 hydokinetics, an empath, and a flasher." Stina smiled.
"We aren't going there to cause mischeif. We are going to observe and report back. We only attack if our cover is blown." Sophie told us.
"Yeah yeah whatever party pooper." Stina said with a wave of her hand. Then, wylie leaped in.
"Hey, you finally got here. I was starting to wonder if you ratted on us." said Stina.
"Why would I do that? Team valiant confidential stays in team valiant. By the way, why is Linh here?" asked Wylie. I thought he would be happy to see me.
"She made me bring her." Sophie explained, I just nodded. In reality it wasn't tht hard to mak her bring me.
"Ok, how close can you teleport us? I mean I heard you can't teleport through anything solid." Wylie asked.
I was wondering about that too.
"I can get us to the front door." Sophie smiled. Then, she grabbed us and levitated up high into the air(with Sandor). When we were high enough she dropped us. I am pretty sure I screamed. I have experienced her teleporting a few times and they are not very pleasant. When we came out of the void Sophie covered up my mouth.
"Stop or we will be discovered before we even go in." She told me.
"We are going in? I thought you said we were observing and leaving!" Sandor said.
"Um yeah, we are. But we won't get anything good unless we go in." Sophie told him. I am pretty sure Sandor resigned himsef to following Sophie instead of stopping her a long time ago.
"In we go!"
AN - Yay! so, i have decided that since I made Keefe Sophie's brother I am making this SoLinh. Hope you don't hate it!
