Makoto stared at the screen in shock. Up until now he'd thought Kyoko had just been pulling a day and a half long prank on him for April Fools' day, but as it turned out, it had actually been real. And it was better than either of them could have expected.
"You weren't just joking," he said in awe, finally tearing his eyes away from the screen where there was not just one tiny flickering heartbeat, but two, to look at Kyoko. "You're really pregnant. And it's twins."
She gave a little shrug, the faintest smile on her lips. "Surprise."
