I open my eyes and see that I am floating in what I think is space, there are little dots of lights in the distance that I believe are stars.
"*Augh* How did I get here?" I speak to myself as I rub my head. I feel an intense pain and shift my attention to my body.
My body is practically in tatters. My clothes are torn, cuts and bruises all over my body, my right leg is turned the wrong way, clearly broken, and most importantly, my body is transparent.
"What the fuck is this! What's happening!" I exclaim in fear. I start to ventilate and panic. I stay in that situation for a few minutes but finally calm down.
"Okay, okay, what happened?" I start to force my mind to remember.
"I can't remember anything. No memory of my name, personal memory, work or anything about my life..." I think out loud.
"Given my current situation, I assume that I have died... Would that be the afterlife? Living floating in space with no memory at all while being tormented by silence?"
[Yes, you have died].
I hear a voice speaking in my head.
"What would you be?" I ask the voice.
[I am the entity The Gamer. I live in this space waiting for some soul unbound from my sister Destiny, you are the first soul who managed to get out of Destiny's bonds].
"I think I should know what you are talking about, I feel like I should know..." I speak as I feel an unpleasant sensation from not remembering.
[This feeling is caused by the loss of your memories. I am trying to recover some of your memories but it will take a while].
"Why would you do that for me? Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for you to make this effort for me but what would you gain from it?" I ask with interest.
[I will explain a little for you, we have a while until I get my memories back. My family has several brothers and sisters, Fate, Death, Dream, Destruction, Despair, Desire, Delusion, Luck, Triumph, Life and Game, that would be me. Each one regulates one or more aspects throughout the multiverse, I was the only one without purpose, so I decided to create one. I waited for a soul without Destiny, that soul would be my champion. You were the first, possibly the last, that my sister Fate has no control over, so you ended up here, to become my champion].
"What is my job as your champion?" I ask after digesting the information she gave me.

I stop for a moment to think. The warrior is a melee character, high vitality and good defense. The problem should be low magic resistance, lack of attack range and possibly slow. Mage has high magic attack power, magic defense, possible support magic. The problem should be low vitality, low speed and low physical defense. I nod in approval because of the explanation, now it's what to choose. All specializations have their strengths and weaknesses, fire and lightning should have high attack power and few defensive spells. Water and wind should be balanced and earth should be something more defensive. After a few minutes I finally choose.

A holographic screen appears in front of me. On the screen there is a blank mannequin, several options to choose the appearance. Without wasting any time, I start editing my new body.
After a few minutes, I finally finish making my body. My body is male, it is 2.22 cm, physique as strong as a wrestler, white skin, black hair cut for a more casual look, strong features of a barbarian with blue eyes. From my memories, I look a bit like All Might, some of the differences are the short hair of a different color, stronger expression, yet still beautiful.
"Okay, you may continue," I inform.
[Quite pleasant. The next step is to choose the world and customize it for your arrival. You will choose your name, age, history, and where you will appear. Other worlds you can only choose history and where you will appear].

Looking at the available options, the most enjoyable for the beginning are H.O.T.D., RWBY and Akame ga Kill. Naruto and DXD are quite complicated in many ways, I don't remember anything about DXD, I only know that it has demons with bodies that inflame lust, angels with great sex appeal that can't get laid and fallen angels that by my low recollection, are the main problems. I remember everything about Naruto but I don't find it a pleasant world because of the villains making plans and controlling people. RWBY is a world at war with creatures called Grimm, more than that I don't remember but I still think it is a relatively peaceful world if I play it right. H.O.T.D. is a normal world being destroyed by zombies, easy to survive with my powers. Akame ga Kill is a horrible world in the sense of living, but I still put it in the RWBY category, it has the dangerous beasts and a woman who ignites my lust.

History: Son of a nobleman of the Empire. Arthur Carvelho was born of the noblest house in the Empire, House Carvelho was in charge of the security of all the Teigus in the Empire. On Arthur's 6th birthday, Augustus Carvelho, his father, took him on a trip to the north of the Empire, in the middle of the trip his carriage was attacked by a Dangerous Beast and everyone died, leaving Arthur alone in the world. The only memory of his family is the unowned Teigo that his father always carried with him, The Extract of the Demon. He spent a week surviving in the harsh northern climate, after which he arrived in a village that said a camp of hunters lived in that region. The Partas Clan owns this camp, Arthur goes out to look for the hunters and finds the leader and his daughter.
Yes I know, I made the decision thinking with my stick. Esdeath ignites my lust, in my memories of her fighting I fell in love. A cold, ruthless and strong woman, I think I have a thing for women like that. I was lucky to get Esdeath's Teigo for my history, so it will be one less worry in the future.

I feel my body shrink and get pulled into a portal that has appeared. Opening my eyes, the first thing I see is a middle-aged man with blue hair and eyes, black sash with a Cross holds his hair back. He wears tribal clothing for the cold. Behind him I have a vision of a child, she has blue hair and eyes like her father, face with baby fat. She also wears a tribal outfit for the cold.
"I was told that you were looking for my clan. Boy, who are you?" the man asks. His gaze showing a bit of concern and care.
"My name is Arthur! I came looking for you because I was told that the strongest people in the region are from the Partas Clan. I want to be strong too!" I say with conviction. Don't get me wrong, this may sound childish but I am a child now. Actually I am a child in every way since I don't remember anything from my past.
"Why do you want to be strong?" he asks me with narrowed eyes.
"I lost everything I had to dangerous beasts. I have no father or mother, I want to be strong to survive." I speak with a serious tone. At least as serious as a 6 year old can talk.
He stands silently watching me. His eyes search for any flaws, judging if I have the determination to live with them. The girl behind him looks at me curiously, her gaze showing a slight glint of interest.
"Very well, I will take you in and train you. I can guarantee that you will be strong, but I can also guarantee that you may die in the process." she says seriously as she looks at me.
"Yes sir!" I exclaim with excitement. With this I will get excellent quality training and will be able to stay close to Esdeath.
"Don't call me Sir! Call me Master from now on," he says as he looks at me.
"This girl here is my daughter, Esdeath is her name. You will begin your training tomorrow, together with her. Now follow me, we're going back to the clan. He gestures and starts to enter the frozen forest.
I follow him to Esdeath's side. She looks on with interest but says nothing, so I decide to talk to her.
"Hi, my name is Arthur," I introduce myself with a cheerful smile.
"Hi, my name is Esdeath. Where are you from?" she asks with a smile.
"I come from the capital. I came to the North with my father, but he died a week ago." I say with a light smile to her.
"Oh! How did it happen?" she asks with curiosity. I also realize that her father, or master as he wants to be called, is listening to the conversation.
"Our caravan was attacked by dangerous Beasts. I was the only survivor of that accident, since then I have been wandering around looking for your clan. My father used to tell stories that the Partas Clan is the strongest Clan in the north." I say with a sad voice. I have to fake my sadness a little but I can see that it worked by the look on Master and Esdeath's face.

With a plan formed I lie down on the floor and start doing push-ups. I plan to do Saitama's training, if it worked for him it would work for me.

I get up from the sweat soaked floor. I'm not tired but my arms are screaming in pain. I start doing squats, if my arms hurt, use your legs.

I still don't feel tired, but I can barely move my legs and arms. Taking advantage of my standing position, I let myself fall backwards onto the floor, assume the abdominal position and start doing the exercise.

I stop doing abdominal exercises and lie down on the floor. I am eternally tired, it seems that all the fatigue of the exercises came at once. Tired, I decide to sleep without caring much about the dirt on my body.
"Huuum..." I wake up with the cold wind coming into my tent. I look at the light coming from the entrance and see the Master standing looking at me.
"Well, I didn't have to wake you up. Get up and come to breakfast, training starts in twenty minutes." Master says and turns to leave.
I get up from the floor where I slept, conjure up some water to wash my face and leave the tent. The sight of the camp is quite picturesque, mothers looking after the children, fathers leaving the tents to eat and children running after them. Further ahead I see a large campfire where the Master is sitting while eating meat, Esdeath is beside him.
I walk over to the campfire and sit down next to Esdeath.
"Good morning Master, good morning Esdeath." lengths the two as I grab some meat to eat.
"Good morning brat." Master replies in his monotone voice.
"Good morning Arthur." Esdeath replies as he takes a bite of his meat.
We finish our meal and Master takes us to a clearing outside the camp. The place is full of buildings that help people train, there is an obstacle course, targets for practicing archery, training dolls for sword and grappling, a running track, weights made of wood and stone. The Master gives instructions on how to use the place and begins to guide us through the exercises.
The first thing he asks us to do are the basic exercises. Three sections of ten squats, three sections of ten sit-ups, three sections of ten push-ups. When we are done, he leads us to the running track and asks us to run one kilometer. When we are done running, he leads us to the obstacle course and asks us to run it in the shortest time possible.
After doing the basics, he lets us rest a bit. He asks us to get up after a few minutes of sitting together with Esdeath. Now the unarmed training begins. During the training he would walk between the two of us correcting our posture, guiding us to attack in the right way, telling us where we could improve. During all this he would be shouting "The strong eat the weak. The world belongs to the strong, if you are weak, the strong will kill you. There is only one truth in the world, that truth is that the strong are always right." and continues to train us in unarmed fighting.
I finished the first section together with Esdeath at lunchtime. Lunch was very rich in meat, with very little greens or vegetables. He said this is to strengthen us with the enemies defeated by the strong.
After resting after the meal, the afternoon training came. He starts to teach how to hold a blade, attack posture and attack movements. I stay in this training all afternoon together with Esdeath. Near dusk the training is over and we return to camp. I am tired, almost exhausted by the training, but I manage to prevail. I say goodbye after dinner and go to the tent.

I worked hard in a single day. It was hell training but now I know why Esdeath was so strong in the manga and anime. I also found out that training after receiving "Tired" increases the stats more. I close my eyes and fall asleep, tomorrow is another day of training.
I wake up earlier than the day before. I am ready when Esdeath's father enters the tent. He looks at me wide-eyed seeing me up and ready for another day.

"Good, very good. You can be trained," he says with a smile when he sees me recovered from yesterday's exercises.
He turns his back and goes to the fire to eat his breakfast. I take another minute to wash up and proceed to the dining area. I sit down next to Esdeath and take a piece of meat.
"Good morning Esdeath," I say with a smile as I bite into my meat.
She takes her attention off her own food and turns to me with a groan of pain.
"Good morning Arthur." she says with her own smile.

Thus begins my second day of training and my third day in this new life.
