After Cat gets Carter off to school she starts getting ready for work, she decides on a red/black ensemble & after that, she gets an Uber to work because her personal driver's taking time off of work for paternity leave. 20 minutes later she arrives at CATCO to start her day; there's a CATCO content meeting with the Heads of all departments & a meeting with HR to discuss implementing new HR guidelines. Once that's over she goes to her office where she isn't disturbed for the rest of the day unless it's got something to do with Carter. At the end of the day, she goes home to an empty penthouse where she gets something to eat & then goes out to the Goth club the Admiral's Arms; when she gets there she gets a drink, while that happens someone catches her eye so she goes up to them, they start dancing a little while later they leave for her place where they've sex that starts out consensual but turns non-consensual & Cat can't call out for help the entire weekend because Lena Luthor keeps a close eye on her & her phone. Also, Supergirl can't hear her cries for help because the Maiden of Might's on Earth 1 helping out the Flash with getting Iris West back from the Mirrorverse. Now, dear reader, we'll get back to the story.
While the rough sex happens it triggers Cat's memories of the past rape by her step-father. Also, Lena severely beats her. On Sunday Lena leaves Cat so she can get back to her girlfriend who just so happens to be Cat's assistant Kara Danvers. 5 hours later Carter returns to the Penthouse to see it a total mess so he goes to investigate & he finds his mother in a bad way so he frantically calls security & they, in turn, calls an ambulance to bring her to the hospital where doctors admit her where they put her in a medically-induced coma so brain swelling can go down. She stays there for 3 weeks & once she wakes up she starts freaking out but calms down when she sees her son. He tells her what happened but she doesn't remember & when she gets discharged she goes home where, later on, she starts using drugs & self-harming once again. He becomes worried because she starts acting very strange; 1st he thinks it's from the trauma of the attack/rape & he doesn't do anything until later on. When he realizes what's happening he asks for help; which he gets from Kara who enlists the help of her sister Alex Danvers. Alex does her best to fix the wounds but eventually, Cat finds other places to do her self-harm/drug usage. No one's the wiser; at least for now. Later on, on Friday, after work, Carter invites his mother to the game nights that he'd been sharing with the Danvers' & their friends. He introduces Kelly, Sam, Maggie & Lena who doesn't remember what she'd done to Cat. Once that's done the fun begins where they play Pictionary, Charades & Settlers of Catan.
They take breaks in between these by chatting about their day, eating & bathroom breaks but once the night ends everyone says goodbye; Carter gets picked up by his soon-to-be stepmother who just so happens to be Lillian Luthor & once that's done Cat asks Kara if she can stay the night because she still can't be in the Penthouse alone & the younger one agrees. Kara gets her PJs for her, when Cat's in the bathroom by herself she gets undressed but before she leaves she decides to release some anger on herself by doing more self-harm as well as sniffing some coke & after that, she slips into Kara's bed where they both fall asleep in each other's arms. After that, over the next few months, they become much closer which pisses Lena off & she becomes very jealous; she becomes so jealous she enlists her stepmother to destroy Kara & Cat's bond. Lillian does it but for a price; the price being that Lena help CADMUS destroy the DEO & she agrees but when this happens Supergirl gets injured for a while & Carter meets a grisly end which causes Cat to hate the Girl of Steel as well as becoming distant with Kara which immensely pleases Lena, if only for a little while because she realizes Cat doesn't know Kara & Supergirl're one & the same but soon that'll change.
