Chapter 1
Rosalie's POV
"Rent check, water bill check, energy check"
I mumbled to myself as i checked all the things in my list. At first i was happy because i got all my expenses covered but it all went away when I realized that i only have 20 dollars left until my next pay day.
I stared at my 20 dollars, thinking how the hell I am got to survive my next few days only having that.
I was a college student, thankfully that I have scholarship that I don't need to problem my tuition anymore I just need to maintain a good grades and I am good.
I took a shower when I realized that I'm going to be late for work. I'm a college student in the morning and I am a waitress in the evening.
I know life is hard but I think it is harder if you're an orphan and trying you support yourself.
I was a block away to my work when a car hit me. Luckily I'm alive but I think I hurt myself. I called my boss to say that I'm not going to get to work tonight because I been on an accident.
I was looking at the scratches in my arms here at the emergency room when someone opened the curtain and there I saw the handsome doctor.
"Hello, I'm Doctor Emmett, and I am here to assist you tonight" he said while staring at me.
I smiled weakly at him. And I let him do his job.
"So I have your x-ray here and I saw that there's nothing wrong with you no signs of concussion or head trauma just a few scratches and a sprain on the hands." He said
"So after this am I free to go?" I asked him
He smiled at me then he looks down on his chart again and he started to write something on it.
"Yes Miss Hale" he answered
"Okay thanks, I'm glad that I'm not going to stay here all night" I said back.
"What's the hurry Miss Hale?" He asked
"Oh, it's because I need to go to work you see I really need the money" I said while smiling back at him
He looked at me a little confuses and he stared me from head to toe. Like he was scanning me.
"Oh no! I'm not a stripper or prostitute I'm a waitress" I said defensively
He chuckled then he continued scribbling something.
"Okay Miss Hale" he handed me something "I wrote all the medicines that you need to buy. And I wrote all of it down on what time and how many times a day you're going to drink it" he said
"I'll be here around the emergency room if you have any questions." He said
"Okay thank you" I said back to him while smiling
After that he smiled to me again and he walks away.
Chapter 2
Rosalie's POV
"Hey Vera can you lend me some money? It's because I've been on an accident and I don't know really how I am going to pay all of this tonight" I said through the phone.
"I'm sorry Rose, but you see I also don't have money. Remember just like you all the money that I earn is directly going to all the bills I have"
"Any extras? I promise I will pay you back" I said hoping that she could lend me"
"I'm sorry Rose. Trust me I also don't have money" she said
"Okay thank you be safe" I said back then a hang up the phone.
I sighed deeply and I put my palm on my face. Tears fell from my eyes because I just solved all my problem about my bills earlier and now I have a new one.
After a few minutes I exhaled deeply I wipe the tears on my face and I walked to the cashier office hoping that if I can settle all my hospital bills in form of promissory note.
"Is it okay if I leave all my ID's here in form of collateral" I said to the cashier
"It's because I don't have the money right now" I said
"I'm sorry ma'am but there is a strict hospital policy that were not allowed to accept any collateral in terms of payment" the cashier said
"No. No you're not getting it, I'm only leaving my i.d so I have the reason to be back here" I said back to the cashier
"Don't you have any guardian that can fixed all of this paperwork's for you?" The cashier asked
"I'm an orphan" I said back
"How about a trusted friend ma'am?" She asked again
"Trust me if I have, I'm not the one who's talking here in front of you" I said rudely
"I' m sorry. I really am. It's just I had a long night" I explained
The cashier smiled like she is not offended at me and she said
"Don't worry ma'am I understand all the frustration your feeling right now" she said
"Is it okay if I call someone again?" I said back
"Yes ma'am" I was about to leave when someone grabbed my wrist and when I looked who it was. It's the doctor that assisted me earlier.
Chapter 3
Rosalie's POV
"I don't have cash here right now, do you accept card?" He said looking at the cashier
"Yes Dr. Cullen" the cashier said to him.
After that he gets his wallet from his pocket and he gave his card to the cashier, then the cashier arranged all the paperwork's.
When everything is done he pulled my wrist causing me to follow him. We got outside of the hospital and he called a taxi for me.
He opened the car door for me and I got inside the car.
"What time are you free tomorrow?" He asked me
I stared at him confused but I still answered.
"4pm is the end of my class" I said
"Okay. Meet me at the coffee shop in front of this hospital 5pm sharp tomorrow" he said to me then he gets his wallet he gives me a hundred dollar
"Payment for the taxi and please eat something" after that he closes the door of the taxi and I saw him entered the hospital again.
Chapter 4
Rosalie's POV
I spent all of night thinking why the hell he helped me. He didn't looked like he is attracted to me so I don't get it why?
When my class is finally done I quickly leave the school and I went directly to the coffee shop in front of the hospital.
It was almost five when I arrived at the coffee shop luckily he is not there yet. I sat near the entrance so that he could see me quickly.
When the clock strikes exactly 5pm I started to look on every person who's entering the door, I know didn't do anything wrong but my heart is beating a lot faster than the usual.
Then he arrives. I smiled at him and I wave my hands when he saw me.
When he is walking closer to me I cannot help myself but to stare at him. He's so hot and good looking plus he is a doctor.
"Why haven't you ordered?" He asked
"I'm sorry I just got here" I said. Then he smiled and he called a waitress.
"What coffee do you want?" He asked me
"Iced coffee" I said
Then he smiled and he said it to the waitress then he ordered something for him and he added some cheese cakes.
I looked away because he just stared at me like he is judging me.
"So!" I said with a high pitch voice because it is starting to get awkward.
"I want to thank you really for paying my bills at the hospital last night. I promise I will pay you right away, because I know that is the reason why you wanted to meet me today" I said back
He chuckled and he continued to stare at me.
"Nope. That is not the reason" he said back
"Then what is?" I asked
He didn't answered he just sips from his coffee and he stared at me.
"It's because I have a business proposal to you" he said
"You see I'm not a business woman…"
I didn't finish my sentence because he cuts me off
"I need a wife" when he said that my jaw dropped.
Chapter 5
Rosalie's POV
I gulped my iced coffee causing me to choke.
"Are you okay?" He asked me.
I nodded my head while I was coughing.
He asked the waiters form some water and when it arrived he gave it to me.
After a few minutes we are looking at each other smiling because I was such an idiot.
"Are you okay now?" He said
"Yes" I said back
"So I was saying I need a wife" he said, I nodded at him as way of saying I understood what he just said
"And I want you to be my wife" he said
"How is that a business proposal?" I asked him
"Because I'm going to rent you" he said
"I haven't paid you yet, and now you're going to rent me? Plus really you chose me? You don't even know me plus are you sure you want to introduce me to your family?" I said
"Trust me I don't care about the money" he said and continued
"So are you a murderer?" He asked while eating some cheesecake
"No" I replied
"A psycho?"
"No!"
"How about a stalker?"
"No!"
"Then you passed all the qualifications to be my wife" he said
"But you see Mr. Cullen. I'm an orphan, I'm still a college student plus I don't came from a good family" I said to him sincerely.
"Do you know the reason why I helped you the last night?" He said to me
"Why?" I asked
"Because I saw hope in your eyes, that even though the whole world turned their backs on you I saw that you're still going to fight all the problems you're facing"
What he said made me speechless. He looked at his watch and he looked back to me
"I'm operating someone in 10 minutes so I need to go" he said after that he stand up he got some money on his wallet and he gave it to me.
"For the coffee and cakes, and if you change your mind call me" then he gave me his calling card and he left.
Chapter 6
Rosalie's POV
"Hey Papa Aro, I have another tip" I yelled inside the kitchen in diner I was working.
"Good for you" he said to me as he was busy cooking all the orders.
Papa Aro is the owner the diner I am working with he literally saw me grow up, he used to bring free meals every Sunday on the orphanage. And he is the one who helped me to fix all my requirements in the university and I think I owe him everything.
Maybe you are thinking why I didn't call him the night of my accident well because I don't want to bother him he is a little old to be stressed by my problems.
I was serving some coffee in the diner when someone entered the diner. I gasped when I saw what he looked like he is wearing a mask and he is pointing a gun in front of us.
"Hey you Blondie open the register and put it in this bag" he throw me the brown bag.
I tried to catch it but it slipped in my hands and it fell.
"FASTER!" The robber yelled causing me to shake because of too much fear I am feeling.
I get it slowly from the floor and I walked inside the counter and I opened the cashier I saw Papa Aro staring at me with a scared look in his eyes.
I put all the money in the bag and I handed it robber. He grabs it aggressively and he stared at the customers inside.
"PHONES! WALLET! WATCHES GIVE IT TO ME NOW!" He yelled causing all the customers to oblige at the robber.
When he is getting all the things he requested Papa Aro grabbed his Rolling pin and he beat the head of the robber. The robber fell down on his knees. But it was a quick rejoice because the robber pulled out his gun pointed it to Papa Aro and he pulled the trigger.
Chapter 7
Rosalie's POV
The scene happened so quickly earlier I was kneeling down beside Papa Aro putting some pressure on his gunshot wound then the Ambulance came.
All the employees decided that I should be the one who bring Papa Aro in the Hospital while they will manage the Diner. I was holding Papa Aro's hand while all of the recues team are busy making him stable inside the ambulance.
When we got to the Hospital. They quickly pulled put the stretcher and they are pushing the stretcher quickly to the operating room.
I was holding Papa Aro's hand while he is also staring back at me with tears on his eyes
"Papa Aro just hold on a little longer, don't worry you'll be okay" I said to him while the tears keep on falling in my eyes.
When we arrived in front of the doors of operating room the nurse stopped me saying that I'm not allowed inside.
"Miss Hale?" Someone called me behind my back I turned around to see who it was and it was Dr. Cullen.
I know where not close but as soon I saw him I ran closer to him and I clawed my fingers in his scrub suit.
"Are you the one who's going to operate him?" I asked while sobbing
"No but I can take a look" he answered
"Please just please, I am begging you save my Papa Aro's life" I begged him.
He put his arms around my shoulder and he helps me sit in the chairs in waiting room.
"We're going to do everything we can" he said to me.
I cried harder when he said that, because I know hope is the only thing I'm holding onto right now.
"Please just save him, and I promise I'll marry you" when he heard me said that shock came out from his face then he stared at my eyes for a few good second and he stood up and he left me inside the waiting room.
Chapter 8
Rosalie's POV
It's been hours and I am still waiting here inside the waiting room. I was praying and hoping that papa Aro will be alright.
I was staring into space when someone walked inside the waiting room and when I turned around to see, it was Dr. Emmett.
I ran closer to him and I saw he has blood in his scrubs. I gasped when I saw it.
"Relax that was the blood on your hands earlier when you saw me in front of OR" he said causing me to calm down.
"How is he?" I asked
"He's stable, but he is still in a critical stage" he said. When I heard that tears quickly fell from my eyes.
"But he's going to be fine soon right?" I asked
He smiled weakly at me and said
"Let's just pray for the best"
"Can I see him?" I asked in my trembling tone
"You can, but they won't allow you to get near at the patient looking like that" he said
I stared at him confused and I tried to scan at myself, and there I saw I have blood all over my arms legs and my uniform at the diner.
"Where is the nearest place that I can wash this off?" I asked while tears kept on falling in my eyes
"You can use the CR at my office" he said
I nodded slowly and I followed him outside the waiting room.
When we arrived to his office he pointed out the CR. When I was about to enter the CR Dr. Emmett handed me a clean scrubs and he spoke.
"There's a soap inside and there is unopened toothbrush there that you can use"
I just nodded and I entered the CR. Emmett holds the doorknob and he is about to close the door when I stop him from doing it.
"You don't want it close?" He asked
"No" I said
"Then let's just leave it like this?" He said while slowly close the door with leaving a little open space in it.
After that I stared at myself in the mirror inside the CR and I can see all the bloods in my body. I took off my clothes trembling and still shocked of what happened. I entered the shower area and I turn the knob of the shower.
When the water runs through my body I can see all the blood washing away from my body causing me to remember all the things happened earlier. I shut my eyes and I took a shower without opening it.
Chapter 9
Rosalie's POV
When I got of the shower I saw Emmett sitting in front of his table reading something.
"Hey. Thank you for letting me use your CR."
He smiled and he asked me
"How are you feeling?"
"Fine? I guess I am fine" I said
"I'm sorry but is it okay if I leave now? I really liked to see Papa Aro"
He stood up and he walked closer to me and he open the doors.
"Come on I'll come with you"
We walked on the hall way of the ICU and he led me inside the room of Papa Aro. When we got inside I saw Papa Aro sleeping with a lot of wires in his body.
I stared at him and I hold his hands.
After a few good minutes Dr. Emmett tapped my shoulders lightly and I looked at him.
"I'm sorry but you need to go home" he said
"Why?" I asked
"It's because only the family members are allowed to stay at the patient side" he explained
"But then he will be alone?" I said
"Don't worry there is a lot of Doctors and nurses on call for tonight so I assure you he will be alright"
I nodded at him defeated. So I walked closer to Papa Aro and I kissed his hands.
"Papa Aro don't worry I'll come here again tomorrow" after that I left.
I was in front of the hospital waiting for a bus when I looked at the time. It's 2am already.
"I really need to go home" I mumbled to myself. I have a big test tomorrow plus I haven't reviewed yet.
A jeep stopped in front of me and when I looked who it was it is Dr. Cullen
"Hop in" He said, and without a word I did what he told me.
I was staring at Dr. Cullen when suddenly he chuckled.
"Do I look good?" He asked causing me to stare away from him, but I decided to stare again at him.
"Thank you" when he heard me said that to him he looked at me shocked
"Why?" He asked
"Because this is the third time you helped me and you're not asking in return" I said
"You're wrong" he said while still looking at the road while driving.
"About what?" I asked
"Remember I'm asking you to marry me" he said
I smiled weakly and I spoke.
"You're going to rent me so I think you're still not asking anything for return" I replied back causing him to laugh.
"Okay" He said
After that conversation we stayed quiet for the whole ride. When we arrive in front of my apartment I thank him and I get out of his jeep.
I was in front of the door when he called me.
"Miss Hale?"
"Yes?" I turn around to face him.
"You don't need to marry just because you feel like you owed me something" he said
I walked closer to his jeep again and I smiled.
"Don't worry because I wanted too, if you don't want me to marry you because of gratitude, then I'll marry you because of money, believe it or not I could use some extra money" I said
He laughed then he waved his goodbye and he lets me in my apartment before he leave.
Chapter 10
Rosalie's POV
When I arrived home I took off Dr. Cullen scrubs and I put in the washing machine. I put on some comfortable clothes and I grabbed my book and I started to study.
I don't know what happened last night all I know is I woke up with an open book in my chest. I quickly grabbed my towel and I took a bath then I put on some clothes and shoes then I grabbed my school bag and I leave for school.
The test went great, I think I can pass the exam even though I was panicking the entire time while answering all the questions.
My class end a little earlier as expected so I decided to visit Papa Aro before going to the diner.
But when I arrived at the room I saw his wife and Daughter Jane sitting beside his bed.
I entered the room and when Papa Aro's wife saw me she walks closer to me and she slapped my face.
"You're the reason why my husband is here" she said while Vera is holding her mom.
"Yeah but I am with him the entire time he is in the operating room" I said back causing the wife of Papa Aro slapped me again.
"Is that all you got? No wonder Papa Aro leaves you it's because you're violent" I said taunting her
"Rose stop" Jane warned me. But it cause me to tease her mother more by smirking.
Her mother was pulling my hair when we heard someone from the door stopped her.
"Stop pulling her hair or I'll call the security"
When we all looked we saw it was Dr. Cullen
"And who are you to stop me?" Papa Aro's wife said
"Dr. Emmett Cullen the doctor of Mr. Aro and the Husband of the woman you just slapped two time earlier"
We all looked shocked when he said that he is my husband.
"You're married?" Jane asked
I didn't answer I just stared at her back to Mr. Cullen.
"If I heard a noise here again I'll make the security get you out of here" Dr. Cullen said
Causing Jane and her mom to swallow nervously. Dr. Cullen grabbed my wrist and he pulled me out of that room.
He lets me sit on the sofa in his office then he gets the medicine kit in his drawer and he walked closer to me; he sat in his wooden table in front of me and he treated the nail scratches on my face.
He was busy cleaning and putting some medicine on my face when he stared at me shocked because he realized that I was crying.
"Does it hurt?" He said
I shook my head while wiping the nonstop tears coming from my eyes.
He stared at my eyes directly and he asked "Then why are you crying?"
He's calming and soothing voice makes me want to cry more I don't know why but I feel safe every time he talks to me.
"Stop crying" he said to me, I didn't know why but I pressed my face hard on his chest and I cried hard. So hard that I think if someone hurts me tomorrow tears are not going to fall from my eyes again.
"I'm so tired, so tired of everything, and so tired of someone hurting me" I said while my face is still buried on Dr. Cullen's chest.
He sighed and he wrapped his arms around me.
"Don't worry. They don't deserve you"
Chapter 11
Rosalie's POV
Dr. Cullen and I were going to meet today because of the setup that we wanted before we tell the whole word we're married.
When he came he smiled at me and he sat in front of me.
"Sorry I cannot find a parking spot" he said.
"Don't worry I just got here" I replied.
"Let's discuss" he said to me so what are your terms and conditions.
"1. Give me a weekly allowance so that I have money while going to school I don't care if it's only 10$ a week as long as you gave me so that I can use it for my transportation to school.
Provide me Shelter, I didn't ask for a big allowance it's all on you so I am expecting you can provide me a shelter I don't care if it's only a small room
Let me study on my free time.
And last but not the least Even though all of this was a charades please treat me nice.
That's all" I said.
He stared at me shocked while the ice cream spoon is in his mouth.
"I was surprised that you are not requesting anything" he said
"I just requested for allowance and shelter" I answered
"Not that one, I mean for clothes or shoes or car" he said
"Do I need to?" I asked
"I don't know" he said
"How about just always make me happy?" I said back
"Okay" he replied I have a question though" he continued
"What?" I asked
"How about physical contacts?" He said while grinning
"I'm a virgin" when I said that he choke
"Are you Okay?" I asked while handing him the water
He put his thumbs up as he drank water.
"About the physical contacts, well a kiss on a lips a holding hands a hugged and a few cuddle won't hurt to think we are going to be a couple" I said
"Okay, anymore question?" I said
"Not question but I have to tell you something"
"What's that?" I asked
"Move in with me"
"Ok" I replied not looking at him.
"That's it?" He asked confused
"I stated at him blank less expression and said to him.
"Have you seen a couple who is leaving on a different house?"
He chuckled and said I like your attitude"
"Thank you" I replied while smiling at him. Then I continued
"Wait I have one last question" I asked, he stared at me waiting for my question.
"Why are we doing all this charades thing?"
He smiled widely and answer "Because I was the only one in my family who's not yet married"
"So it's settled then? You're my wife starting tomorrow?" He asked
"Yeah" I answered
He shook my hands gladly and he said something that made my bone shivers.
"One last thing, be prepared in meeting my family"
Chapter 12
Rosalie's POV
Its weekend and I woke up literally very early because I need to move some of my things in Emmett's house.
He left his door unlocked so that I can start moving in my stuff. Actually when I saw Emmett's house I felt shocked and at the same time lonely for him. Because first he had a really big and beautiful house and second he's the only one living there alone.
I was busy unboxing all of my stuff in Emmett's living room when someone knocked on the door. I was about to turn the knob open when I heard someone uses the key and open the door outside.
And when it is finally open I saw the young girls facing me with a lot of paper bags in their hands.
They looked at me confused and the pixie girl asked me.
"I'm sorry. But who are you?"
I looked at the pictures on the top of table in Emmett's living room and I realized the two of them are in the family picture.
I smiled back to them when I realized that maybe the two of them are his sisters.
"I'm Rosalie Hale" I said while giving my hands to her.
"Nice to meet you" the both of them said.
I let them enter the house and I closed the door. When I turned my look to them again o saw they are looking at all the clutter in Emmett's living room.
"I'm sorry for the mess, it's because I'm not yet finished moving all my stuff here" I said while trying to put all my clutter in the big plastic bag that I have.
I heard the small pixie girl squealed and she ran close to me and she hugged me tight.
"Are you moving in with Emmett?" She asked
"Yes" I replied
When she heard my answer she screamed and she jumped in joy.
"Alice, calm down" the other girl said to her.
Alice stopped and she looked at me again.
"Forgive me. I'm just excited for my brother" she said and continued
"I'm Alice Cullen sister of Emmett and she is Bella Cullen my sister in law wife of my other brother Edward. Don't get me wrong but Emmett is only 20 minutes older than me and Edward" she explained.
"Oh so you're triplets?" I asked
"Yes! Why doesn't he said it to you?" Alice asked
I panicked for a while but I still manage to answer.
"No. No he said that he had a sister and brother but he didn't said that the three of you are triplets"
"OH? Okay! So what are your relationship with him? Are you his girlfriend or fiancé?"
I smiled at Alice awkwardly but then someone answered for me.
"My wife"
Chapter 13
Rosalie's POV
When the three of us girls looked at the door we saw Emmett standing in front of the door. He was smiling at us and he smiled at his sisters.
He walked closer to the living and she hugged her sisters.
"I missed the both of you" she said while hugging them tightly.
After he hugged them he looked at me smiling and he walks closer to me and he kissed me on my lips I didn't even manage to close my eyes just like him because it was so sudden, but I remembered physical contact in front of his family is a must.
"I see you haven't finished unpacking yet" he said to me.
I smiled at him without answering.
Then he looked at his sisters he asked them.
"So when did you arrived?" He asked
"Well Bella and I got here first because mom wanted us to take a look at the old house while the rest of the Family will arrive tomorrow morning" Alice said
"Oh and mom is expecting to see in you in the airport tomorrow." Bella said
Emmett frowns when he heard that. "I have surgery tomorrow" he said
Alice raised up her brow and she cross her arms while glaring at Emmett.
"Don't make me call mom and tell her that you got married without her knowledge"
Emmett scratches the back of his head.
"Okay, okay I'll pick her up tomorrow"
"And bring Rosalie tomorrow. Dad wants to have a family dinner" Bella said
"Okay, I'll do everything what you said just please let me be the one who tell mom and dad about Rosalie and I" Emmett begged
Alice and Bella smiled while handing him some paper bags.
"Mom told us to shop some clothes for you" Bella said then Alice continued
"Sorry Rose I don't even know you exist until today so we didn't have anything for you"
I smiled at them. "No, it's okay. I understand" I said
Alice and Bella smiled at me then they looked at Emmett.
"We need to go, actually we only plan on leaving your clothes here because we need to supervise all the workers who's going to clean and fix the house so that it will be ready tomorrow" Alice explained
After that they gave us a hug and they left.
Chapter 14
Rosalie's POV
After they left I ran quickly to all my box and I started to take all my things out so that I can fix them already.
"Why are you home so early?" I asked Emmett who is taking off his tie.
"I wanted to help you unpack and we need to talk" he said
I stared at him confused and I asked.
"About what?"
"My family" he said.
He sat in front of me and he helps opened a photo album of his family while showing it to me
"So let's start with my parents" he said.
"Dad's Name is Carlisle Cullen he is a Neurosurgeon and not just that he is also a good businessman that's why my family own almost all the hospital here I'm Washington that is also the reason why mom and dad is always out of the town trust me he is the best
she is married to her Scrub Nurse my mom Esme Cullen but dad make mom quit as soon as they find out that mom is pregnant.
Moms pregnancy is very delicate because she is carrying a triplets, that when I arrived I'm the first born" he said I think you know me so let's skip."
"No. Tell me a little more of yourself" I said while staring back to Emmett.
He chuckled and he nodded.
"Okay, so I'm the first born I was also a surgeon like dad but I'm a cardiothoracic surgeon."
He smiled at me and he flip the pages of the photo album.
"Second is Edward he is also a surgeon but he is a neurosurgeon just like dad, he married Bella the one you met earlier. Bella is a writer of children's book and she is also a writer on some kid show. The both of them met on a blind date."
"Third is Alice and she the youngest, After she finished studying medicine she didn't continue her residency she shifted her course to Fashion and now she now works at Ralph Lauren. She is married to Jasper who is a surgical oncologist
They all are a happy person and trust me they are very nice" he said
After that he flip the last page of the photo album and I saw the last photo of his family shot in a candid form. It was taken on Bella's and Edward marriage.
When he closed the photo album a tear fell form my eye. Even though I shed only. Single tear Emmett still manage to detect it.
"Why are you crying?" He asked me in his most sincere tone
I smiled weakly and I lied to him.
"Nothing"
"Who are you kidding?" He said while staring into my eyes.
"Okay I give up, o felt jealous of you actually" I replied
"Why?" He asked

After I said that Emmett holds my hand and he looked at me in his most sincere stare.
"I'm your husband right? That means I'm your family and my family is your family too" he said causing the tears of pain changes into the tears of happiness and Hope.
Chapter 15
Rosalie's POV
"Hey? Why did you sleep at the couch?" Emmett asked me while I stared at him groggily.
I sat down from the couch causing Emmett to move away a little further.
"I'm sorry, it's because you fell asleep early and I didn't want to bother waking you up to ask where am I going to sleep" I said. He chuckled and he brushed my hair off of my face.
"A couple should be sleeping beside each other. My family is a big crasher and I don't want them to see you sleeping here on the couch I don't want them to think that I am abusing you" he said
I stared at him blank less while I was trying to process what he just said.
"You want us to sleep together?" I asked
He smiled and nodded "lonely people shouldn't sleep all alone" he said
After that he handed me his card.
"What's this?" I asked while staring at his card
"This is a credit card" he answered sarcastically but on a teasing tone.
"I know that is a credit card, what I am trying to say is why are you giving it to me" I said
"Buy some clothes for our family dinner later" he said
"What kind of clothes?" I asked
"Not too sexy, not too revealing" he said
"So? Boring clothes?" I said. He grinned at me.
"Not boring but formal and elegant; I'll pick you up at 7pm" he said after that he stood up and he goes to shower
I quickly ran to the CR and I was my face and I brushed my teeth after that I went to the kitchen so that I can start cooking breakfast for Emmett already.
I was placing all the cooled food in the table when Emmett walked in the dining room with a loose tie on his neck.
"Can you help me with this?" He asked, I walked closer to him and I grabbed the tie on his neck and I fixed it.
"Wow? You fixed it much better than my mom" he said causing me to laugh.
"Don't tell her that" he said quickly
"Okay I won't" I replied "eat breakfast first?" I continued
Emmett smiled weakly and he spoke.
"I'm sorry but I don't eat breakfast"
"Oh? Okay." I replied trying to hide the frown on my face. I smiled plastic as I tried to clean up the table when I heard him sighed.
"Okay, okay I'll eat. Just don't start crying again" he said and he pulled out the chair from dining table and he sat down.
When he realized that I was just staring at him while he is busy putting some pancakes and bacons on his plates he stopped what he's doing and he stared at me.
"Eat with me, I don't want you eat alone" he said.
I happily obliged.
"You know what Emmett" I said to him.
"What?" He said while he is eating some bacons
"This is the first time I ate breakfast with my family" after I said that I ate my pancakes.
"From now on, make sure you always eat breakfast with me"
Chapter 16
Rosalie's POV
Emmett gave me lift to the Mall to buy some clothes that I will wear for later.
When I arrived at the mall I didn't know what shop I will enter because this is the first time I will buy an elegant clothes.
I was about to call Emmett to ask for help when someone shouted my name.
"Rosalie?!"
I turned around to see who it was and it was Alice.
"Hey" I said at her then we hugged at each other.
"What are you doing here? Are you with Emmett?" She asked.
"No. Emmett's is on his way to the airport to fetch your mom and dad. I'm here because Emmett told me to buy some clothes that I will use for later." I explained
"Oh? So you're shopping?!" She asked in an ecstatic voice.
"No it's only one clothes and one shoes I don't think that's shopping" I said
But she didn't listen to the words I am saying because she puts her hands on my arms and she pulled me inside of one of the expensive stores in this mall.
Alice Is a really big help, because she is the one who chooses the dress that I am going to wear and she is also the one who chooses the shoes.
After I paid the dress and shoes Alice pulled me again over to the salon and she gave me a total make over.
It was already 6pm when I arrived at the house. I put the two paper bags that I am holding and I lay down for a little.
"Rose? Rose wake up"
I heard Emmett waking me up, and when I saw that he looking down on me I panicked causing me to get up quickly"
"Shit! What time is it?" I asked while I grabbed all the paper bags.
"7 Pm" Emmett answered
"Shit were going to be late" I said panicking
"Rose calm down, the dinner starts at 8 actually you have plenty of time to prepare" he said
I stared at him confused.
"But you told me you're going to pick me up at 7" I answered
"Didn't you get my messages mom and dad moved the dinner to 8 we can leave the house at 7:50 because the restaurant is near here"
I started to calm when I heard that.
"Okay, okay I'll just prepare myself as soon as I'm done we can go already" I said.
I quickly ran upstairs to our room and I took a bath. After that I blow-dry my blonde hair and I curl it and I was putting on my make up when Emmett knocked on the door.
"Hey Rose? Are you done showering?"
"Yes. Why are you going to shower?" I asked
"Yes"
"Okay. Come inside I'm decent" I said back. After that he slowly opened the door and he went straight to the bathroom.
Just when he is about to close the door he opened it again and he looked at me.
"Hey Rose can you?"
I cut off his sentence because I know he wants me to get his clothes for him.
"I'm on it. Don't worry" after I said that he smiled at me and he closes the door.
After I finished my makeup I went to his walk in closet and I grabbed his suit including all the things that is needed. His watch socks shoes shirt and etc. then I laid them all on the bed.
After that I started to fix myself again. I get the clothes from the paper bag and the shoes. When Emmett comes out of the bathroom.
"I can leave if you want to" I said back to him.
"No, it's alright, I think we should be used in this kind of situation"
I smiled weakly and I continued to do what I am doing earlier as I was zipping open the dress that I am going to wear when I catch a glimpse at Emmett and I saw him putting his pants on and I think I am drooling when I saw his perfect abs and his godly triceps and biceps.
I turned my back on him and I took off the bath robe that I am wearing causing it to fell on the floor. I am only wearing matching black lingerie.
I slipped the dress from my foot to my leg up and up to my shoulders and trust me I was trying really hard to zip myself up.
When I accepted the fact that I can't close the dress by myself I looked at the mirror and I saw Emmett staring at me the whole time. It made me smile because I think he finds me sexy.
"Emmett?" As soon as I said that I saw from the mirror Emmett got shocked and he quickly turned his look away from me
"Yeah?" He said
"Can you help me zip my dress?" I said. He didn't say a word and I saw him walking closer to me slowly.
When he's on my back he holds my waist and he grips the zipper and he zip it up slowly not wanting to zip my skin.
When he is halfway through he stops and I can feel that his face is getting closer to my nape I closed my eyes as I waited for his lips to touch my nape but I only felt his warm breath and after that he zip my dress up.
He walks away and he continued to fix himself.
I put on my shoes and after that I face him like nothing intense happened and I smiled at him.
He stared at me adoringly and he spoke that made me blush.
"You looked so beautiful, you're perfect to be exact"
Chapter 17
Rosalie's POV
Emmett and I were standing in front of restaurant door for more than 5 minutes because I was trying to calm myself down But I'm not succeeding.
"Do I look good? Do I have a lipstick on my teeth?"
I kept on asking Emmett even though his answers never change. He put his hands on my shoulders and he talked to me.
"Calm down okay? Just be yourself and my family will like you"
After that I nodded my head and I exhaled deeply then we walk inside the fancy restaurant.
The waitress led us to the table where his family is seating and I was surprised when I realized that his family rent the entire Restaurant.
"This must be Rosalie?" Her mom said then she stood up when we arrived at their table she smiled at us and she looked at Emmett; Emmett groaned and stared Alice because he know Alice is the one who said it to their mom.
Emmett give her mom a quick kiss on the cheeks and after that her mother hugged me and it actually felt nice because she hugs I don't know so motherly.
"I'm Esme nice to meet you Rosalie" then she introduce her family.
"Carlisle My husband, you know Alice and Bella and this is jasper and Edward"
While she is introducing her to me all of the members greeted me with a hug and they whispered that they are really pleased to meet me.
I smiled warmly I am Rosalie you can call me Rose for short ma'am" I said politely looking to Emmett's mom and to her family.
"Ma'am? How about Mom? Your Emmett's wife so I want you to call me Mom okay?" She said while holding my hands.
"Okay… Mom" I said feeling so happy because this is the first time I called someone a mom.
After that we all sat down, Emmett helped me with my chair I was seating beside Emmett and Bella.
The waitress gave us the menu and when I opened it I almost choke when I saw the prices of the food, plus it didn't have picture so I was really struggling about the food I am going to order.
I leaned a little closer to Emmett and I whispered something on his ears.
"Emmett, I don't know what to order"
When he heard me said that he chuckled causing his family to stare at us.
His father stared at us looking a little confused why Emmett suddenly chuckled.
"Sorry dad" he said
"No need to apologize son, I'm glad that someone is making you happy" his father said.
And after a few minutes of looking at the menu, Emmett ordered for me and to be honest I don't know what he ordered for me I'm hoping I would like it.
Chapter 18
Rosalie's POV
When the food came, I thought my problems were sold but no it is not, because I don't know which fork and spoon I am going to use first.
So I stared back at Emmett and I saw him looking at me while holding his laughter.
"Please just me" I mouth the words, then he gets the fork spoon and he gave it to me to use in the soup.
After that he get his own spoon and he shown me how to properly use the spoon.
"So Emmett and Rosalie your mom and I were disappointed that you didn't invite us to your wedding." His dad said looking to the both of us.
I stared at Emmett because we didn't get the chance to talk about this. But Emmett looks so confident while sipping on his glass of champagne.
"Dad were not actually married, Rose and I were only living with each other. I asked her to marry me and she said yes but were living on the same house so I think it is appropriate to call her wife" he explained.
His family members looked pleased on his explanation.
"So when is the wedding?" His mom asked.
Emmett winked at me and he answered.
"We didn't discuss it yet but soon"
"Emmett how dare you!" Alice buts in
All of us stared at her in shock
"Why?" He asked
Alice looked at me down to my hands.
"You haven't given her any ring yet"
Emmett looked defeated because I think he knew that he didn't have prepared for it yet, so I'm the one who answered.
"He gave me ring actually but I refused to wear it because I'm still studying" all of them buy my story but the looks of eagerness to know why I am still studying is still there.
"So you're still studying college?" Jasper asked.
I stared at him and I answered "yes, I'm a senior at college"
"What course are you taking honey?" Mom asked
"I am taking fine arts ma'am" I answered
Mom looks at me a little disappointed when she heard that I said ma'am instead of mom. So I repeat what I just said.
"I'm taking fine arts Mom" after that I heard all of them laugh.
"Forgive me for asking Rosalie but why are you still studying?" Edward asked looking sorry at me.
"I am an orphan so I am self-supporting myself luckily my grade when I was high school helped a lot so that I can have a scholarship, plus I need to stop studying for two years so that I can save a little money in order for me to prepare for my own exhibit for my senior year" I explained.
When all of them heard that they stared at me looking sorry at the difficult life I had.
"Sweetheart don't worry you have family now" mom said causing me to smile so much because of the happiness I am feeling.
Chapter 19
Rosalie's POV
After the dinner we all decided to go home because it is late already. When Emmett and I were in front of our car we heard mom calling us.
Emmett and I walked closer to her.
"Rosalie it is very nice to meet you, let's have dinner again next time"
I nodded and I smiled at mom and dad and they gave us one last hug before heading to their car.
When we arrived at the house Emmett and I went upstairs and he lets me use the shower first.
When I was done taking a shower and putting on some clothes I went out and I let Emmett use the shower. I grabbed the bag that I use when I but my clothes and I took out the credit card and I places it on the table beside his wallet.
After that I walked inside his closet and I get some sleeping clothes for Emmett and I put it on top of the bed and I sat on the chair and waited for him to come out so that I can ask him what side I am going to sleep on the bed.
But then I woke up because I felt like Emmett is lifting me up from my seat.
"What are you doing?" I asked him groggily.
"Getting you to bed, why are you sleeping on the chair?" He asked
Then he slowly laid me down on the bed.
"I was waiting for you to finish showering so that I can ask you what side on the bed I'm going to sleep" I answered
"Well okay you can sleep on the left side" he answered
"Okay" I replied then I fell into deep slumber.
I woke up the next morning Emmett is not on the bed. I looked at the time and I saw its only 7am. I get out and I fixed the bed.
When I finished fixing the bed I saw that Emmett leaves a note on the side table.
"Rose, I left at 4am because there is an emergency here at the hospital. I left my credit card for you so that you can use that for your allowance, see you later"
I get the card and I put it in my wallet. Then I took a shower and I prepare myself because I have class at 9am.
I spent my whole day attending class and painting some murals that I am going to use for my exhibit. When it's time for me to go home I decided to visit Papa Aro first in the hospital.
When I arrived I saw Papa Aro looking much better than the last time I saw him. He looked so pleased when he saw me at the door staring at him.
"What are you doing standing there? Come in" he said
"How are you?" I asked him after I gave him a hug.
"I'm feeling better" he said
I gave him a smile and I sat on the chair beside his bed.
"I bought orange and apples for you what do you want to eat?" I asked him
But he stared at me seriously when he heard that I bought something for him.
"I told you to not spend your money on useless things, especially when you're just going to give them to me" he said
"Don't worry papa Aro, they are cheap so it didn't hurt my allowance" I explained as I peeled some orange for him.
"So what did the doctors say to you? When are you allowed to go home?" I asked
"Soon, because they said that even though I am strong now the wound in my stomach might got infected when I leave the hospital too early" he explained
"Are you okay here? I mean do you feel comfortable here?" I asked
He smiled at me "don't worry Rose, I am fine. The doctors and nurse are taking care of me"
It shocked me when I heard that.
"How about your wife and daughter where are they?" I asked
"When I woke up yester I didn't see them until now" he said while staring at the TV.
I know that the story of his family is a very sensitive talk for him so I didn't let him elaborate it much further.
"Is it okay if I visit you here every day until you can go home?" I asked while handing him another orange.
"I would be very much pleased if you visit me everyday" he said, after that we smiled at each other and we watched TV.
"Oh and one more thing Papa Aro, it's the time of the semester again…" I didn't even finish my sentence because papa Aro already answered.
"Take all the leave you need, I know that it is an artist job to finish his/her artwork before the deadline"
"Thank you Papa Aro, really thank you" I said
He just holds my hands tightly and he smiled at me his usual father smile.
Chapter 20
Rosalie's POV
Visitor's hours are now over so I say my good bye to Papa Aro and I leave him inside his room.
I was struggling to carry all my art materials and canvases out of the baggage counter here in the hospital when someone helped me.
When I looked at him he looks like a doctor because of the white coat he is wearing plus he looks so handsome.
"Please let me help you" he said
Then he carried my canvas board and my big wooden easel stand in front of the hospital.
"Thank you" I said sincerely with a smile on my face
"You're welcome" he said then he continued "I'm Demetri by the way" he held out his hand to me.
"Rosalie" I said then I shook it.
"So you're an artist?" He asked me then he pulled out his hand.
"Not yet, but soon" I replied
He looked at me confused and he asked again.
"Soon? Why soon?"
"I'm still a college student" I answered
We smiled at each other when someone called my name.
"Rose?"
When I turned around it was Emmett and he looks a little pissed. When he is finally in front of me he snaked his arms around my waist and he kissed me aggressively on the lips.
"Hey?" Was the only word I manage to say because of the shock that I felt from the sudden kiss that came from Emmett?
But he didn't answer instead he stared back seriously at Demetri.
"Dr. Emmett" he said curtly and he continued "Nice to meet you Rosalie but I think I need to leave" Dr. Demetri said to me then he stared back at Emmett then he leaves us and he went inside the hospital.
After he leave I looked up to Emmett I saw him still staring at Dr. Demetri.
"Why are you here? And why are you carrying a lot of thing?" He asked me as he gets my bag that has art materials in it.
"I visited papa Aro because I asked for a leave so that I can start already all the art projects that I need to finish for the school exhibit" I explained
"Okay. Come on let's get you home" he said while walking away from me.
"Wait are you allowed to go home?" I asked him.
He smiled at me then he answered "I'm here already at four am and it's now 10pm my shift is already over" he explained.
"Okay" I said while running closer to him.
Chapter 21
Rosalie's POV
When we arrived at the house, I helped Emmett to carry all the canvases and the art materials inside.
"I don't know anything about art but I can say that all of your things are expensive" he said
I smiled at him and answered "yeah, I need to work triple jobs just to buy all the things I needed to use for this exhibit" I explained
"So how many paintings do you need to finish?" He asked
"I need to finish 10 paintings with the size 38 x 44 and 5- 10 pieces of photography or graffiti for 2 weeks" I said
He looked at me shocked.
"Can you finish it all?" He asked.
"I need to, so that I can graduate already" I said looking at him so excited.
He smiled and he tapped my shoulders.
"You can do it, I know you can do it" he said to me.
The next morning came. I woke up early so that I can prepare Emmett's breakfast. I was placing the food in the table when he came downstairs.
"Do you want to eat already?" I asked him.
"Yeah, I am starting" he replied
I smiled at him and I waited for him to settle down first before I sat beside him. He is a big guy who also eat a lot. He was watching football on the TV that he had on the dining while eating. He is so busy watching that he didn't realize after he was done eating I was already washing the dishes.
After I wash the dishes and clean the table I went upstairs to our room and I prepare Emmett's clothes that he will wear to the hospital today.
After that I took a shower I put on my most comfortable clothes and I get all my things and I placed it on the balcony on our room.
I clamped my hair up and I get my pallet the brush that I am going to use and I mixed some of the colours.
I took a deep breath and I waited for the imagination to take over me but it's been 10 minutes already and I am still blank.
I groaned loudly and I stared at the blank canvas in front of me, because of the frustration that I am having I didn't even realized that Emmett is behind me.
"Wow, great painting" he said teasingly that it scared me causing me to scream.
"Relax" he said while trying to calm me.
"You scared the hell out of me" I replied while I put my hands on my chest.
"You blank?" He asked. I lift my head up to him who's behind me and he is staring down at me.
I nodded and I frown at him.
He just smiled and he pointed my chest where my heart is located.
"Use this and not this" after he pointed my heart he pointed out my brain.
"I need to shower now" he said them he smiled and leave me alone on the balcony.
Chapter 22
Emmett's POV
I was calling at Rosalie on her phone but she's not picking up, I guess she is very busy on her project. So I didn't bother to call her again.
I spent most of my day checking up my patients and getting into the surgery and honestly I just want to get home because I know someone is waiting at home.
Even though Mr. Aro is not my patient I see to it that every day I get the chance to check him so that every night I can update Rosalie on the condition of his father figure; and every time I get the chance to talk to him I can say that he is a good person.
When I arrived at home I was shocked to see that there is no light on. Maybe Rosalie is out but it's impossible I know she would open at least one light on the outside. So I entered the house a little worried and hoping that nothing bad happen to her.
I entered the house and I turn the lights on; I saw that everything is fine and it looks exactly the same when I leave this morning.
So I went upstairs straight to the room and even though I didn't turn on the light I can still see clearly that Rosalie is asleep while seating on the chair in front of her painting.
I flip the light switch into dim light so that she's not going to get disturbed on her sleep. I walked closer to her and I saw that she is really filthy because of the paints in her hands and arms.
She looked so tired. I turned to face her painting and it made me smile when I saw it. The painting is about a girl who's sitting on a stool and he is looking up to the boy who's behind him and the boy is pointing at her heart and I read what the boy said to the girl "use your heart and not your mind"
I stared at Rosalie again and this time I knelt in front of her adoring her for the first time.
How perfect she looks; her blonde curly hair her slim body her beautiful face and her good heart.
"My beautiful wife" I mumbled and I carried her and laud her gently to the bed.
Chapter 23
Rosalie's POV
I woke up cuddling to Emmett. I saw that he is still sleeping. I stared at him a good few minutes before I stood up. That's when I realized that I didn't remember going to the bed myself; so I looked at Emmett again and I thought that he is the one who carried me.
I was washing my face when I heard someone ring the doorbell; because I didn't want Emmett to get disturbed by his sleep I quickly rinsed the soap from my face and I ran downstairs.
When I opened it I saw Alice with Jasper and I let the both of them in.
"Do you want coffee or tea? Or water?" I asked them after they got settled on the couch in the living room?
"Water is very much fine" Jasper answered
After I served them the water we saw Emmett coming downstairs and he is putting some shirt on.
"Wait you just woke up?" Alice asked
"Yeah. Why?" Emmett answered
"It's late, did you do something last night that it made you wake up this late?" Jasper asked teasingly
Emmett answered
"Yeah I carried Rose from the balcony to the bed" then he winked at me.
"Oh my God! The both of you did it on the balcony?!" Alice asked in her cannot believed it voice.
"You have the wro…" I didn't finish what I am going to say because Emmett spoke again.
"Why? You and jasper only doing it on the bed" he asked
Jasper frown and said "yes, she's not adventurous like you guys"
After an awkward stared from Alice she changed the topic.
"Mom and dad are inviting the both of you for the horse riding even later; they can't contact you that's why Jasper and I came here."
"We can't go" Emmett answers
"Why?" Alice asked
"It's Rose she need to finished her paintings for her college exhibit" Emmett explained
"Dad and mom will be sad" Alice said to me in her sad look
I smiled weakly at Emmett and I answered "don't worry Emmett and I will go"
Alice squealed, the she ran to outside causing Emmett and I to stare at jasper
"Just wait for it, you'll understand her" Jasper said
Then we waited for Alice to come back. When she got inside the house again we saw her holding a travelling cloth bag and she handed it to me.
"What's this?" I asked
"I bought it for you, I want you to wear it later for the horse riding event later" she said
So I took it and I gave her a hug. "Thank you for this outfit"
"No Rose! Thank you because you let me dressed you, unlike Bella who's didn't want to accept my gift for her" she said
After that the couple left. Emmett and I ate our breakfast together and I started to paint another painting because I still have time. When my alarm rang I turn it off and I quickly took a bath. So that I can start preparing for myself.
I took out the dress and I saw a black vintage floral design of sexy boohoo long black dress with a gladiator sandals.
I put it on and to be honest I am happy that Alice gave me this outfit because it is so cute.
I was applying my makeup sitting in front of the mirror when Emmett came inside our room without even looking at me. He walked inside his closet and when he came out he is holding a camera.
"Why do you need that for?" I asked him and when he looked at me he stared at me slowly from head to toe and up to my face again.
"I'm lending it to you"
"What for?" I asked
"So that you can take a picture while you are there, a background or a good model you want to take a picture for your photos that you will use in your exhibit" he said
He handed it to me and he grabbed his towel and he went inside the CR.
Chapter 24
Rosalie's POV
Emmett opened the door for me and when I got out of the car I realized that the party were on right now is exclusively for rich people like Emmett and his family.
Emmett stared at me when he realized that I was looking a little worried scanning the place around.
"What's wrong?" He asked
"I'm not fitted in this place" I whispered to him.
"What do you mean you're not fitted?" He asked
"I mean this place is only for rich people and I am not rich, I think I should just go home" I said
But Emmett grabbed my hands and he pulled me in closer to him.
"Why are you going home? You're the fiancé of the most eligible bachelor in the West Continental US, I think you're fitted" he said boosting up my confidence.
"So never leave my side, hold my hands and smile" after he said that we started to walk closer to his family.
"You're here" Alice squealed when she saw Emmett and me walking closer to them. Emmett and I greeted his family.
"I'm so happy that you agreed to come even though it is on short notice and I heard from Alice that you are busy doing your art collection for your exhibit" Mom said to me while holding both of my hands.
"Family is much more important" I answered politely that it made mom and dad smiled when I said that.
Mom, Bella, Alice and I were seated watching the pre horse race while the boys are standing behind us talking with some of their Investors and few boy talks when waitress suddenly handed me some drinks.
I was about to get some for me when Emmett took it off from my hand and he places them again on the waitress tray.
"Why?" I asked
"That's cocktail and trust me you don't want to be drunk on the middle of the day" he said when the waitress leaves
"Oh? Okay noted, I'm not going to drink anything" I said to Emmett
"You can drink water" he replied then he left and he walks again to the boys.
After we watched a few games of horse race and Polo Emmett tagged me along to his colleagues and he introduced me.
"Dr. Emmett" someone called him.
"Dr. Felix, Dr. Marcus and Dr. Caius" he said curtly then he shook his their hands.
"Please meet my wife, I mean fiancé Rosalie Hale" Emmett continued.
"Please to meet you Miss Hale "his colleagues said to me while shaking my hands.
"Are you sure you want to marry him? He's a playboy" Dr. Marcus said to me
"I know he will be faithful to me just like his father" I answered politely causing all Emmett's colleagues to congrats Emmett again
"Congratulations Dr. Emmett she will be a very nice wife" Dr. Marcus said
And the conversation with Emmett and his colleagues continued and to be honest I don't even understand what they are talking about because it is all about the investment in their hospital and medical stuffs.
When I got the chance I did excuse myself to the gentlemen.
"Where are you going?" Emmett asked me.
I smiled and I fixed his dark curls.

I walked away from the party and I found myself walking on garden that this place have.

I woke up alone in the bed.

"Next time no marking on the neck" I mumbled to myself as I put on some makeup to the hickey part, but because it is dark the makeup was not helping. So I decided just to lay down my hair hoping no one would see it.
After I grabbed my hoodie and bag I left the house and I headed to the hospital. I walked over to the counter to ask if he is operating and luckily he is not.
I was on my way to his office when I saw Emmett walking out of the Emergency room with some of his colleague.
"Emmett!" I yelled so that he can hear me and I was lucky that he did he smiled at me and he walks closer to me, after that he kissed me and he holds my hand.
"Remember the late lunch were having?" I asked he was about to answer when Jasper cut`s off our conversation
"great matching hickey" I stares at him shocked and when I scanned Emmett`s neck I saw a big mark on his neck.
I rubbed my palm I my face in frustration.
"hey what`s wrong?" Emmett asked me as he pulled me to his office
"Next time to marking on the neck" I said and that causes him to laugh. I hit her in his arms.

After that he change clothes and we left already to see Papa Aro.
The lunch with Papa Aro went great and to be honest I was the one who got out of place between Emmett and Papa Aro because their topic went into sports.
And just like Jasper Papa Aro also noticed the hickey in our necks. But he didn`t made it a big deal instead he said that he is happy because Emmett and I were having a healthy sex life.
After the lunch I went to the hospital again because he said that he is done for the day all. Emmett left me inside the waiting room while I wait for him to grab some of his things. I was getting a cup of water in the dispenser when someone opened the door, when I looked to see who it was. It was Demetri.

Rosalie`s POV
He stared at me like he want`s something from me.
"Rose" he said as he walked slowly closer to me
"Dimitri" I said as I took a step backward every time he walks closer to me.
"So the news is right, the wife of Dr, Emmett is here" he said
I didn`t answer instead I tried to calm myself on the weird vibe I am having.
"Do you need to tell me something?" I said

"Nothing, but there is something I need to do with you?" he said
I swallowed nervously
"Can we discuss it tomorrow? Emmett is probably waiting for me" I said but he ignored me and he still walks closer to me. I reached the end of the room and a few minutes later Demetri cornered me.

"To be honest Rose, the first time I saw you I know I need you to be mine" he said then he sniffs my hair.
"Don`t touch me" I said
"Do you know why?" he continued
"Because everything that Emmett owns I think I should destroy" he said as he touches the hickey from my neck

Rosalie`s POV
Emmett and I were sitting beside each other in his dad`s office, were waiting for his dad to finish talking to Demetri. I stared at Emmett`s knuckles and I saw that it has blood and it is a little swollen. I slowly grab his hand and I places it on top of my thighs.
"Is this your blood?" I asked looking worried at him.
"nope, it`s Demetri's blood I think it came out from his Nose or lips? I don`t know he explained

He was about to speak when someone opened the door and when we look to see it is Dad, Jasper and Edward.

"Everything is settled, we talked to the lawyer of our hospital and we fired Demetri already" dad explained
"I want the both of you to go home and Rest; Emmett rest your hand and Rosalie I want you also to rest I know you encounter such a traumatic experience today so please go home" dad said
After that Emmett and I stood up then we gave dad, Jasper and Edward a hug then we took off to his office to get some of Emmett`s things before we go to the parking lot.

I woke up to a very bad weather today, but thank God Emmett still make my day a happy one. I was staring worriedly at the window praying that the rain would go away.

"Don`t worry I will, ones the meeting is done I will go directly to your school exhibit." He answered.
After that I walk with him up to the door and I watch him leave. When I didn`t see his jeep anymore I entered the house and I grabbed my phone and I called Mom, Bella, Alice and Papa Aro to remind them that today is the opening of my exhibit; and they happily recalled it and they promised that they will come to support me.
Once I was done reminding them I shut my phone off and I took a bath and I prepared myself so that I can leave already because I still have a lot of things to do before the school exhibit starts.
When I got there my heart can`t calm down because I already saw all the artworks that all my classmates and some of my batch mates works and to be honest I felt a little intimidated because I thought my works are the best but the reality now slaps me in the face and it is telling me that I only have a talent and I am not the best.
After hours of preparing all the things I need to do it is finally done and the director of this exhibit which is my professors is just giving us a few reminders about the flow of the exhibit and he said that he bought some off his Famous Artist friend and he`s going to let them grade our artwork and do a little interview for us.
All of us stared at our professor shocked, and I thinks he expected it because from his looks.
"Just remember I don`t care if you sell of your artwork, what I care about is the feedback that my fellow artist gave to you and their grades. The assistants of this exhibit took over and they gave as an hour to fix our selves so that we can look presentable before they open the exhibit in the public.
My knees were shaking as I walk into the ladies room because of the pressure I am having and Emmett is not yet answering all my calls and text asking where he is already.
When the curator saw that were all set they opened the exhibit.

The meeting got a little late than expected so as soon as it ends I leave already.
Luckily there`s no traffic because of the bad weather so I got sooner on the venue.
the security in this exhibit is strict so I have to get in line so that they can check us, I was on the line when Papa Aro called me and I saw him he is in front of the line and he talks at the security saying that I am a family member of one of the student`s so they let us enter without checking us.
"thank you Papa Aro" I said to him as soon we entered the exhibit, he just smiled at me warmly and we continued to looks around to see were Rosalie`s painting was. It took us a little while to find were she is because of the wide place plus the volume of people inside.
I was busy scanning the place when suddenly Papa Aro tapped me in the shoulder and he pointed out we`re Rosalie was; and we saw her talking to some of respected people. As I stared at her I can`t help myself not to Adore her beauty, she looks so perfect in her formal attire she is wearing trousers paired with a collared formal top. She looked so smart and confident and I realized that the clothes she prepared for me today matches her clothes were both wearing white collared formal top with a black coat that is folded before the elbow.

"He is the main inspiration for all of my artworks today" she said to the people.
"I saw him a lot on your paintings and pictures that you use here today who is he?" someone asked
Rosalie looked up to me; she smiled and she looked back to the person she is taking to.

After that all of the interviewer shook her hands and wished her Good luck for the exhibit then they also shook my hand and they left.

"Papa Aro" she said then she hugs him after that came my family, they greeted Rose and they said how proud they are to her, after that Rose introduce her father figure to my family and they all shook hands.
"So where your painting does starts?" Alice asked
"From that post up to the end of this hall" Rosalie answered pointing the two direction.
After that Rosalie pulled me to the start of her artworks and there it all make sense. Her artwork is mostly me. Rosalie paints me from her vision, the one I looked in her eyes.
"Remember when that happened?" she asked me pointing the painting.

I smiled at her because I didn`t know it was that special that she even painted it.

"what happened in that picture is very sad" I said, as I stared at the painting, you can see in the painting that the girl is crying with a lot of blood in her while she is begging the doctor to save his father life. Because it the moment when Rosalie is at the hospital when somebody shot Papa Aro.
"Yeah, but that is the day I decided to be your wife" she answered
Then we continued to the next painting it is the portrait of him and Papa Aro, it looks like the familiar photo that father and daughter have, Rosalie I hugging the back of her Papa Aro. Then the next is my family all of us complete.
"I hope your family doesn`t mind that I put myself in that picture" she said looking at me worriedly
"I know they won`t; look at mom I think she is going to buy the painting already because she is talking at the table pointing at it" after that a smiled grew on her face as she stared a mom who is also looking at us.
After that a drawing of Rosalie and I riding on the same horse looking so happy with each other, we move to the sixth artwork involves Rosalie, Bella and Alice Painting drinking some champagne if I recall it correctly that was the night of my birthday the seventh artwork is the charcoal drawing of Dad, mom and Papa Aro. The eighth is the painting of me with my brothers and dad while we are fishing maybe Rosalie saw that photo in our house when she came with me. The night Artwork really shocked me because it is me sleeping Rosalie used oil paint.
She stared at me like she is waiting for me to say something.
"Oh, so this is the reason why you don`t want to show me your paintings" I said looking at her teasing. Rosalie blushed when I said that.

Rosalie`s POV
The night went great I received a good grades from my professor, and I was on the road to graduation; plus I have received an award honorary award because I was the only student who had a real story on their artwork.

Rosalie`s POV
When Emmett and I arrived at the house; Emmett still continued his silent treatment he is giving me.

But he didn`t answer instead he walks over to the kitchen he grabs a bottled of water, I followed him there and after I saw him drink I took the bottle from his hand and I put it on the table.
"Emmett please, I hate this silent treatment you`re giving me" I said "I know you`re mad about something but please explain it to me" I begged
"You want the truth Rose? Fine I am Mad" he answered coldly
"About what? About my offer? I thought you were happy for me?" I said
"Yeah at first, but when I heard it wan in Rochester I changed my mind" he said
"Why Emmett?" I asked again
"Because Rosalie, earlier you confessed that you loved me and now you`re leaving me?" he said
"Emmett I'll be gone for only six months" I said
"No Rosalie in that kind of offer they will drag you more until you stay in there for a lifetime" he said in a mad tone.

I spent the whole day helping Papa Aro in his shop, I was physically at the diner but my head is thinking for Emmett. I took out my phone from my uniforms pocket and I look if there is any calls or messages coming from him but nothing. I`ve already texted him a few time and gave him a missed call but he didn`t respond.
"Papa Aro remember it is my Graduation Tomorrow, I want you to be there" I said as I handed him the keys of his shop, I helped him close today.

When we reach the room Emmett laid me gently then he lie beside me and he put his arms around me. I leaned my body closer to him and buried my face on his chest then I sniffed him as I fell into the deep slumber.
Chapter 43
Rosalie`s POV
Papa Aro was busy taking a picture of me in my Graduation Toga. After Every shot that he did I scan the place looking for any signs of Emmett but there`s none. Papa Aro gave me a hug when he realized that I was looking for him.
"Don`t Worry he will come" he said
After that I smiled weakly and I put my arms in papa Aro`s arm because it is almost time to march. It is the middle of the ceremony already but there is still no signs of Emmett. When it is time to receive the award with the parents I was shocked because Emmett is the one who puts on the medal to me then he handed me some flowers.
"You`re here" I said
"Of course I am here" he said after that the photographer took a photo of us then we left the stage. When were down the stage I saw Mom and dad walking right in front of us and they took a photo of Emmett and I then they hugged me and congratulated me.
Right after the ceremony the five of us ate together then when it finally done Emmett drove me home. I was actually surprised when he spoke to me.
"So when is your flight?"
"Tomorrow night" I said
He just nodded then he said good bye because he is needed at the hospital, I thought were okay but I guess he just felt pity at me so he came to my graduation. I was still staring at the closed door hoping Emmett would just come back here, but he didn`t so much for being assuming.
I spent my time packing some of my things, after that I sleep already.
When I woke up the next morning Emmett is nowhere to be found. I scan the house but he is not there, I felt pain through my chest thinking that Emmett didn`t really get one last time to say good bye to me even though he is mad at me.
I visited Emmett`s family in their mansion and I said my good byes, after that I came to Papa Aro`s shop to also say my good bye to him.
"What time is your flight?" he asked
"7pm" I said then he looks at his time.
"So how are you and Emmett?" he asked as he sips into his coffee"
"still fighting, he`s not even talking or looking to me" I said
"Don`t be mad at him" he said
"Can you blame me, I'm doing my best to say sorry to him and explain myself but he is not listening" I said
Papa Aro smiled then he spoke.
"Maybe it is time to tell you"
I stared at him confused "tell me what?"
"I know Emmett a long time ago, actually he eats' here every day" he said
"If he eats' here? Why I don't recognize him?" I asked
"it`s because you are too busy minding your own business that`s why" then he continued
"one he just disappears after years he came on this diner again; Emmett and his Girlfriend broke up here in my diner, I didn`t eves drop at their conversation but I can heard that his Girlfriend slept with someone else while he is away and he even saw them doing it" papa Aro explained
"Why are you telling me this now?" I asked Papa Aro.
But he didn`t answer instead he continued his story.
"One night Emmett is the only customer I have here and it is closing time so I have no choice but to kick him out. But instead of him getting mad he even offered me to help to close the shop. When he is handing me the keys someone is about to robbed me so he helps me the robber got scared so he ran and leave but he looked to us again and he was about to shot Emmett when I jumped in front of him and the bullet went straight into my arms. Remember that time you came to work that I had a cast on that`s what really happened that night"
"Emmett is so thankful for what I did that he even offered to give me money, but I shook my head and that`s when I think about you Rose"
"Me?" I said
"yes, you I asked him if he could take a look after you and he did, he did a pretty good job I told him not tell you anything about our agreement and I was really happy when he came here for a visit and he is updating me about your life, and last night he came here again telling me that he failed looking after you because you wanted to leave Washington to have an internship at Rochester. He didn`t want you to leave because he`s not happy about the offer you received it is because he is scares that you will find someone better in the N.Y and leave him also plus he also didn`t want you to leave because he wants the two of us to be always together.
"He even got a fight on his dad on the day of his birthday because his dad his offering him to manage the hospital at New York but he refused to accept it because he promised me that he will take good care of you. Rose he made a lot of sacrifices for you so I think it is your time to really understand him and give him a reason to trust you while you`re gone because he had a bitter experience before so you can`t blame him if he has trust issues specially when the talk is about leaving.
After that papa Aro holds my hand and he smiled at me. "Good luck, I`ll miss you Rosalie "after that he stood up and he pulled me sup then we hug.
"Hey! Hey listen!" papa Aro yelled inside his diner "My daughter Just graduated from college and she is now on the way to N.Y to chase her dreams!" when the people heard that all of them clapped and they congratulated me.
Chapter 44
Rosalie`s POV
I was in front of the entrance of the airport waiting for Emmett to come I am still hoping that he would see before I get to the plane.
"five more minutes and if he is really not here I will check in already" I mumbled to myself, I looked at my watched then after that I looked around to see any signs of Emmett but the five minutes passed by and nothing.
So I breathed deeply then I pulled my suitcase and I walked closer to the entrance it was my turn when someone called my name.
I turned around and I saw Emmett panting.
A smile quickly appeared on my face then I didn`t enter the airport.
I walked closer to him.
"I'm so happy to see you before I go" I said
He closed the gap between us and he put his arms around me.
"Marry me" he said
"What?" I asked in a shocked tone
"I said marry me" he said
"I think it is a little late for marriage Emmett, I'm on my way to Rochester now." I said
He just smiled and stare at me sincerely.
"I talked to your professor and I asked him if you could be late for two weeks because I said you and I are getting married and he agreed so now I was hoping you will accept my proposal." He explained
I stared at him still shocked.
So what is your answer Rose?" he asked then he knelt down on one knee and he gets a small box from his pocket, when he did that a lot of people is starting to stare at us.
"Marry me Rose" he said
Tears are flowing nonstop from my face because of the happiness I am feeling right now.
"Say you love me first" I said
"I LOVE YOU ROSALIE!" Emmett yelled in the airport
"Yes, Emmett! Yes!" after that Emmett put on the ring in my finger then he kissed me. After our kiss all the people in the airport are clapping at us. Emmett hugged me and I buried my face deep on his chest, I was so happy this was the best thing that ever happened in my life.
After that Emmett brings me home and there we saw Alice, Bella and Mom busy talking on the phone,
"Why are they so busy?" I asked
"Try planning the best wedding for a week and this is how stress full it can be he said then he smiled at me.
After a week Emmett and I finally got married then it was time to say good bye In Washington for Now because I need to go to N.Y for my internship. I sat up the bed crying because I didn`t want to leave Emmett.
"Hey baby?" Emmett stroked my back when he saw me crying right after he came out from the bathroom.
"I don`t want to leave you" I said
Emmett smiled and gave me a quick kiss, I was about to surprise you but because I hate seeing you cry I will tell it now"
"What?" I asked as I wiped the tears from my face.
"I accepted Dad`s offer to manage the hospital in N.Y I was coming with you today" he said
"Really!?" I asked
"Yes baby, I asked Alice to arrange everything for us and she did! Now all we need is to get on that plane and where good to go" h explained causing me to sit on his lap and gave him a kiss.
After that Dad and Mom drove us to the airport, they gave us a hug and kisses on the cheeks before we entered the airport.
Emmett and I checked in and as we waited at our plane I hold Emmett`s hands and I intertwined my fingers. I looked up to him and I saw he is already staring at me.
"I love you Emmett"
He smiled and he answered me too
"I love you too Rose"
Three words eight letters but it really gave me happiness when I heard the man I that I love said that to me. that`s where we started our forever.
