No Magic but Super Powers related cuz why not, lol! *Sighs* why can't I stay focused on finishing one fic for the life of me! I will still finish at least one fic this year as my new year resolution I made back in January!

Of course this story is mainly about Marion and Oritel with their friends making cameo appearances - well probably more than just cameo - I wish Fanfic could list more then four characters lol!

"A Mystical Star"

.

"The last time everything had been picture perfect was four years ago."

"For years ago?"

"Yes."

"Can you tell me how the story started, so I could help you and your family?"

"It all started on that fateful night. . ."

.

The sun had dipped into the horizon.

The sky illuminating with bright, brilliant colors that painted from the vividly red to glowing purple. People were retuning home, exhausted from their day at work. Far off from the glistening city, in the quite residential area, the voice of nature quieting for the night. In the far end distance, stood a single large mansion. The lamppost flickering.

Oritel had poured wine into his and Marion's glass cup.

Tonight, was a special occasion.

It was his and Marion's fifteen years wedding anniversary. Sometimes he still couldn't believe that he'd married the woman of his dreams and they had two beautiful daughters together. It was simply amazing. The man glanced at the photos frames that were placed all around living room and some were hung on the wall.

Oritel's eyes were drawn to three specific photos that had significantly marked his soul for all eternity. The man had felt so utterly blessed with his life. Marion, Daphne, Bloom were the only ones who managed to fill his life with blissful colors. No one else. The photos had reflected the happiest memories of his life. From his marriage to Marion, to the birth of Daphne and Bloom.

Normally, he would've taken Marion out to dinner, leaving the girls with their grandparents to watch after them. But they couldn't make it tonight, both sets and they had apologized for it. It hadn't bothered Oritel since he and Marion had always gone out to dinner on Friday nights.

He lit up the candles.

Dinner was ready.

The music was a soft slow melody to his wife's preference.

Everything was all set.

All he needed was to find Marion.

The brunet man spun on his heels upon hearing the heels clicking on the marbled floor to see his wife dressed in a stunning emerald dress, golden heels, and her red hair was in loose curls that reached her waist. He couldn't help but stare at her fully, from head to toe. Despite all the years he'd been with her and had seen her in all of her beauty, Marion had still manage to impress him till this very day.

Oritel felt his entire face heat up.

He couldn't help but blush intensely.

Marion smiled warmly at her affectionate husband.

"My love." Oritel gracefully took her slender hands into his own. He planted a kiss on her hand and gently guided her to the table.

Marion blushed. Her bright emerald eyes drifted off to the table, in which her husband had prepared everything for their romantic evening in celebrating their fifteen years of marriage. Her lips curled into a wide smile of happiness. Oritel was deeply affectionate towards her and he was such a wonderful and dotting father towards Daphne and Bloom.

The redhead was amazed at how well detailed Oritel was when it had come to their anniversary night. She admired the scarlet and pink rose petals that were scattered all across the table. It was so sweet of Oritel. The delicious scent of food swirled into her nostrils. It was that of roasted chicken with asparagus and baked potato along with a glass of wine. Marion picked up her fork and begun to eat.

"Were you with the girls earlier?" Oritel asked, taking a sip from his glass as he gazed at his wife with love in his eyes.

"I was with Bloom. She wasn't feeling too well," Marion said.

Oritel's brown eyes shinned in worry over his youngest daughter's health. "Bloom's still not feeling well? Why didn't you tell me? I could've arranged a doctor's appointment for her. I never seen her this ill from before. Maybe she's caught some kind of flu?"

Marion shook her head.

"It isn't a flu."

She knew what exactly her daughter was going through as Marion experienced those exact symptoms along with Daphne. Her baby girl wasn't so much a baby. Bloom was growing up. Secretly, Marion was thrilled over younger daughter who now enter womanhood.

"No?" Oritel frowned. "But I heard her vomit this morning? It's the reason why she didn't go to school today. What could it be then? A type of stomach bug?" Oritel furrowed his thick eyebrows. "No? What is it then, Marion?"

The redhead woman shook her head again. She pursed her lips, though slight hesitation flickered in her eyes over how her husband might perceive the news. "Bloom's gotten her very first period."

Oritel dropped his fork, landing with a loud clang. He stared at his wife with wide eyes. "What?"

Marion raised a single eyebrow upon seeing her husband's puzzled expression.

"You shouldn't be surprised by this Oritel. You know girls develop faster than boys right?"

The brunet man felt all the blood rush to his face. His cheeks flushing a bright shade of red. "Of course I know that Marion. But Bloom's like. . . what twelve? She's a bit young to have a first period right?"

Marion was amused by her husband's reaction. Oritel had been far worse accepting when Daphne had gotten her first period. He couldn't believe that his beautiful girl was becoming a woman. It made him shed to tears. It had been a mixture of emotions coursing within his very soul. Sadness and overwhelming happiness and pride.

"She's going to be thirteen tomorrow. And besides Oritel, I was around her age when I first got mine. It's perfectly normal, don't worry about it." Marion informed her husband who seemed to have plunged himself into deep thoughts that were filled with utmost worry.

"We should surprise her with something special tomorrow," Oritel grinned playfully.

"That's very sweet of you Oritel. But that has to depend on how Bloom's feeling tomorrow. Sometimes period pains last for an entire week," Marion smiled sadly.

"If not, we can always bring her a chocolate ice-cream cake with presents and flowers. I'm certain Bloom would love those," Oritel winked at his wife. "Better to be in her good graces and be prepared for the whole teen angst that will certainly ensue afterwards."

Marion couldn't help but chuckle at her husband's exact wording.

"Teen angst? I believe you're over-exaggerating it more than needed to my love. Daphne has never given us such a hard time. Sure she tended to have her certain ways in getting what she wants but that's not what I would call angst but a bit dramatic, Oritel."

"To be fair, Daphne did inherit your calm demeanor whereas Bloom, she has inherited my personality and can be a little tempered and stubborn at times," Oritel cracked a grin.

"And you think that is a good thing, do you Oritel?" Marion twisted her lips. Her green eyes piercing into her husband's warm eyes that showed nothing but pure love and devotion.

Oritel threw his hands up in the air. "What? No! Not at all. I'm just giving you a little heads up Mari. Well, I'm glad that Bloom had inherited a few traits from me if that's what you mean."

"I'm just teasing you, darling. But Bloom might be moody."

"I can't imagine the pain that she's in. You're an expert in that department."

"Don't worry she'll be fine, Oritel."

Marion watched as her husband walk over to her with his hand outstretched towards her. Light danced in his eyes as he glanced down at her. "May I have this dance, my beautiful wife."

The redheaded woman blushed. She placed her hand on her husband's tanned skin. Oritel had gently guided his wife to a perfect spot, where the moonlight spilled into the spacious living room.

As if on cue, the next song had started to play. Marion's emerald eyes had widened upon recognizing the song that was being played. It was the very same song that was played during their wedding night. Oritel knew how to relieve their wonderful, magical event of all times.

They had slow danced to the soft rhythms of the music.

Marion wrapped her arms behind Oritel's neck, gazing up at his handsome face. She couldn't help but study his exact features. His warm chocolate brown eyes. The crease between his thick brows. The angular of his jawline. The stubbles across his jawline that she had adored so much. The sound of his deep voice made her want to melt into his arms.

Everything about him just made her feel utterly crazy for him. Oritel was hers. She was his. Marion had made sure of that as her nails dug deeply into his skin, just to remind her husband of who he belonged too exactly. She couldn't help it. Oritel made her crazily in love with him.

The woman had felt her husband's lips brush against her soft lips.

"Happy anniversary my love," Oritel whispered in a smooth voice that made Marion's skin tingle in delight.

"Happy anniversary Oritel and for many more years to come. I love you."

She rested her head on his broad, muscular shoulder.

Oritel couldn't help but admire his wife. The way she blinked her emerald eyes at him sparked with much life. He adored everything there was about her. She looked utterly ethereal under the scant of moonlight. He loved the dimples on cheeks when she smiled at him. The endless freckles that he happily counted on her face.

Oritel and Marion had flipped through their photo albums. Marion was sitting in her husband's lap. Memories had raced through their minds as they eyed each single picture that told a beautiful but yet painful memories of the good and sad times they had embraced over the years.

Sometimes Marion and Oritel couldn't believe how much their daughters had grown over the years. It only seemed like it had been yesterday when Marion had given birth to Daphne and Bloom. Their childhoods were filled with beautiful colors and absolute joy.

Oritel glanced at his wrist watch. It was approximately five minutes before midnight. Five more minutes and it would be the tenth of December. Bloom's thirteenth birthday. His precious little girl. He couldn't help but feel like he was the luckiest man in the entire universe!

The day after his and Marion's wedding anniversary was the birth of their youngest daughter. It had been completely unexpected not until another week, but apparently Bloom had surprised the entire family with her arrival. It had been such a magical day that he and Marion would never forget. Daphne had almost been two at the time.

Marion got onto her feet. She gazed at Oritel.

"Lets wish Bloom a happy birthday, darling."

Oritel and Marion walked up the spiraling staircase and down the halls. Bloom's bedroom was right in the center, between their own bedroom and that of Daphne's. The redhead woman gently opened the door and poked her inside to see Bloom in deep slumber and urged Oritel to follow right in.

Moonlight had spilled into the room.

Oritel's brown eyes had fallen on the sleeping form of his daughter. It touched his heart upon the sight of her peaceful features that had held as much beauty. Her red hair had glowed brightly against her pillow. The sheets covered half her body, as it had fallen on the side of the bed.

His lips curled into a frown over upon seeing her shift in her sleep with a groan. Her features had become tensed. Was she in some sort of pain? Or was it some kind of unpleasant dream Bloom was having?

Oritel couldn't tell but he hoped it was her dream.

"Happy Birthday my love. We'll see you in the morning." Marion pushed away the hair from Bloom's face and planted a soft kiss against her daughter's cheeks. "Have sweet dreams, Bloom."

Oritel gave a his daughter a kiss against her forehead.

"Tomorrow is going to be a wonderful day, Bloom. I promise you it's going to be very magical."

The man had pulled the blankets up to his daughter's chest since it was very cold tonight and he just wanted to tuck her in. Oritel had gently closed the door behind him and Marion, as they had gone to check on Daphne as well before call it for the night.

In the darkened night, a star had flared so brightly that it could be seen by the naked eye. It was highly unusual activity. Not something that was considered to be within the normal range. It was hurling at a very rapid speed. A huge chuck of flaming green meteor was flying directly to Earth.

The large chuck of flaming green meteor had crashed into a single mansion, causing the entire area to dazzle in such an unnatural glow. The entire mansion had exploded into bright emerald flames.

The world had gone silent.

Oritel had squinted his eyes to the bright light flaring in his face. His entire body ached. It was just awful. His muscles throbbed unbearably. Something must've happened to him, but he couldn't remember at all.

Everything was just a blur.

The only thing he could remember was him and Marion celebrating their wedding anniversary and wishing a happy birthday to Bloom last night.

"Oritel. . ." a faint but weakened voice called out to him.

He turned around to see Marion, but to his sheer horror, Marion was no longer tangible, almost ghostly like as she passed through the solid sofa in their bedroom. Oritel noticed that she couldn't even grab her cellphone or anything solid. The brunet man furrowed his eyes brows. Marion wasn't normal. He could see right through her. She was transparent.

"You're. . .you're transparent?" Oritel stuttered through his words, looking utterly bewildered. He tried to reach out his beloved wife to comfort her or give her some type of solace but his hand passed right through her hand.

Terror flittered across her delicate features. Marion was far beyond being utterly confused.

"Oritel. . . what's wrong with me?" his wife spoke, it was the voice of a scared little girl. The redhead stared at her hands in horror. Nothing could cross her mind. She was beyond worried.

Marion hadn't even known what happened to her. Oritel had no explanation over his wife's strange abilities. He was just as baffled as she was as he continued to observe her.

"Not only that, but I'm floating as well."

A crease appeared between Oritel's thick brows. He jumped off the bed with a loud thud and the ground was dented. The man glanced down to see a huge dent in the floor. His eyes had gone wide.

"What the actual fuck?"

Marion floated off to her husband. Her gaze had fallen to the floor to see the huge dent that he made. Oritel was greatly astonished. Not a single word escaped his lips. He was just too. . .distracted in his own thoughts.

"What the hell Oritel? Did you actually dent the floor?" Marion stared at her husband.

Oritel ran his fingers through his short brown hair, trying to comprehend what just happened. He blinked a couple of times assuming that it was just a dream. He and Marion hadn't. . . no they only had one glass of wine. They didn't. . .they weren't hungover. Nothing. God. What had happened to him and Marion?

Unexpectedly Marion's entire body had become solid again, thus falling right into her husband who instantly caught her. "Oof. . ." Oritel gazed down at her utterly bewildered by her mere expression she wore on her face.

"Oritel! You're hard as a steel! Haven't you touched yourself?" Marion groaned.

"What? No. . . I'm. . ."

"Darling, you just dented the ground as if you had some kind of super strength that's made out of pure steel. . ." Marion tried to explain softly. It was her assumption when she stared at the dented floor. No natural human could do that.

He placed Marion back on her feet, and noticed that she was becoming transparent again. Something was defiantly wrong with both himself and his wife. Oritel's brown eyes widen.

"MAMA!"

"PAPA!"

They had glanced at one another with worry and fear embedded into their very souls. Their daughters! They hadn't even checked up on them. "The girls!"

Oritel dashed out of his bedroom followed along by a floating, transparent Marion. They had noticed that something had torn right through their very mansion. Everything was incinerated. A huge meteor torn right thorough their very halls, emitting a very faint (dying) emerald glow. Ash and rubbles had surrounded the area.

"Did some kind of meteor just crashed our mansion?" Marion glanced at the huge molten darkened rock that had destroyed everything in its path. Marion's green eyes had widened. Her family was lucky to be alive. Anyone could've died because of it.

Oritel glared at the meteor. "It seems so. Maybe late last night when were asleep? We're lucky to be alive, Marion."

Oritel headed off to check on Daphne as Marion entered her youngest daughter's bedroom.

"Mama," Bloom cried, as tears slid down her face upon catching the sight of her mother.

"Where are you darling?" Marion asked, glancing all around what used to be Bloom's magnificent room was all in shambles.

"I'm up here! On the ceiling, Mama!" Bloom panicked in fear. Her entire body trembled out of utter distress. "What's wrong with me? Why am I invisible and I can't get down! I tried to kick myself down, but I keep floating back up like some sort of balloon?"

The girl couldn't even see herself and to make matters for the worse, she was invisible and the only thing that could be seen about her was the clothes she was wearing that consisted of a blue long-sleeved shirts with heart prints in the color of yellow along with matching pants.

Marion instantly floated up to her invisible daughter. Tears overflowed her emerald eyes upon the realization that she couldn't touch or see her little girl. Her hand gone right through Bloom's invisible face and Marion instantly pulled it back.

"Oh my beautiful girl," Marion bursted into heavy tears of sadness. Not being able to see or touch her child had hurt her. Almost as if someone had jabbed a knife into her heart allowing it to bleed out until there was nothing left.

"Mama, you're transparent and you can float, but why can't I float back down?" Bloom asked, as she bit her lips.

It hurt the woman over not being able to see the expression her daughter was making. The only thing that she could possibly detect was the sound of her heartbroken, yet, shaky voice. Clearly Bloom was frustrated, upset, and highly confused.

"I don't know baby," Marion frowned.

The redhead woman had wished she had some kind of idea or answer to Bloom's question. She didn't know what was going on herself either and neither did her husband for that matter.

"But we'll figure this out together I promise Bloom." Oritel's voice came

Bloom's eyes had widen upon feeling something wrap around her leg. It was a hand that had belonged to Daphne. Daphne had some kind of stretching abilities that allowed her to stretch any part of her body without causing any injuries to her muscles. Marion watched as Daphne and Oritel had helped pull Bloom back down to her feet.

"Oh Bloom," Oritel said softly, placing both his hands on her shoulders, keeping her firmly on ground without allowing her float up in the air in which Bloom seemingly had no control over.

Bloom saw the sadness reflecting in her father's eyes. No doubt that he was feeling utterly infuriated with what had happened to his family. Oritel rubbed his youngest daughter's shoulders, trying to comfort Bloom with all he could at the moment. "I'm so sorry this happened to you, but happy birthday sweetheart." Oritel gave her a kiss on the head.

The redhead girl smiled warmly at her father. "Thank you Papa."

Bloom glanced at her older sister Daphne who seemed to be as dazed as their parents. Daphne kept glancing at her limbs that seemed to stretch infinitely without causing her any type pain or injury.

"What happened to us, Papa?" Daphne asked in a gentle tone. Her warm hazel eyes shinned in concern about her and her family's well being.

"I don't know darling. Me and your mother aren't sure too sure exactly. I'm so sorry sweetheart." Oritel smiled sadly he gave a quick pecked on Daphne's forehead.

Bloom had reappeared again which made the smile on her face grow wide. She was utterly thankful to see herself again. Marion placed her hands on both of her daughters' shoulder, giving them a squeeze of comfort.

"What's going on?" Oritel asked, hearing heavy footsteps headed in their direction. He still had his hands firmly on his youngest daughter for fearing that she may float again.

Marion glanced at her husband, fear shinned in her emerald eyes.

Several men and a few spotted women appeared right before their eyes. They were all dressed in navy uniforms and official badges. They weren't any ordinary police or civilians but FBI agents. A tall, lean man with dirty blond-hair who appeared to be somewhere in his early to mid-forties. He had a strict expression on his face as he walked up to Oritel and Marion.

"Hello Mr. and Mrs. Sparks. My name is Gavin Greenfield and I'm a specialized FBI agent."

Oritel and Marion exchanged glances, their grips tightening on their daughters.

"There's no reason for you to worry or to have any fear. We will be inspecting the meteor that crashed into your home but of course for the time being this area will be restricted to the public with the exception of your family that is," Gavin explained in a calm tone, trying not to cause the family any more distress than they were at the moment.

Marion swallowed hardly.

She had several questions at the top of her mind. Just maybe they have an answer as to what happened to her and her family. Why had they possessed these strange abilities all of a sudden? Was it due to the meteor that hit them while they were asleep? Was there some kind of connection?

"Do you have any speculation as to why we have developed unusual abilities?" Marion pressed her lips together.

"Well, I do have a theory that it may have involved the meteor that crashed your place. We've been tracking this meteor for years as you can see this is a very special one that has properties that one can never imagine.

Unfortunately it had shifted its direction from where it was suppose to originally land. Since your entire family had been exposed to the meteor, it may have altered your very DNA giving you some unique abilities." Gavin had shed some light over the phenomenal of the meteor in which struck the family's house.

"Altered our DNA?" Marion closed her eyes. It was overwhelming information.

"Would that mean it's permeant in our DNA now?" Oritel asked cautiously, his eyes narrowing.

Another man with short black hair approached Gavin. He had soft grey eyes as he glanced at the family.

"Unfortunately, yes, but we won't know exactly how permeant it is until we do some blood testing and taking samples. We've never seen anything like this from before, so please mind us, we're trying to understand this situation as much as you are. My name is Jason Grey and it's a pleasure to meet you Oritel and Marion." Jason shook Oritel's hand. The man's eyes shifted onto Bloom, who just turned invisible once more, letting out a heavy sigh.

"Ah, that's a neat. Turning invisible, that's a useful one. Before I forget, Happy Birthday Bloom!"

"Wait? How do you know it's my birthday today?" Bloom asked, rather confused by Jason.

"Your parents had it marked on the calendar."

Bloom mouthed an O. "Well thanks! I guess turning thirteen is bad luck."

"I wouldn't say being thirteen is bad luck. Maybe there's more to thirteen being bad luck you know."

"So what are we going to be doing now?" Oritel inquired.

Author's Note

Okay. . . okay don't kill me for this one, but I made another new story lol! I literally made this one up about three days ago after I posted the eleventh chapter for Disoriented Memories! That was so fast, lol! This is somewhat of a short chapter but this is just the beginning. . . and so more explanations will be in upcoming chapters. . .but this is an idea that I couldn't scratch off my head and it needs to be written! My mind can be bizarre at times!

I'm not entirely sure when the next chapter is going be out since I'm going be working on the twelfth chapter of Disoriented Memories. Anyways this is a very AU. So no magical dimension and all that but everyone is living on Earth. So here goes nothing!

Why do I like to throw Oritel and Marion into strange situation is beyond me but then again they are my fav couple so I like to be dramatic lmfao! Radius and Luna are my fav couple after Oritel and Marion and I think that's due to writing about them in my other fic in which they are an affectionate couple! (Disoriented Memories) :D :D :D

I hope you had enjoyed this chapter!

Like always please leave your reviews and comments down below! I really do appreciate it and love to hear your thoughts about it!
