Night falls over the Frostbite Falls prefecture of Matsumoto, Japan. But evil is afoot.

Bori Badenov, alias "Lou Pin the III" has just stolen a humongous mecha-lizard in the hopes of returning it to his boss, the Most Honorable Daitan Futekina Rīdā, alongside his incredibly sexy sidekick Natasha Fujiko.

"I am not side-keek, ju BAKA!" Natasha-Chan retorts.

"Now, Natasha-Chan, it's time to wipe out moose and squirrel!" Bori laughs. "HA-HA, HAHAHA-HA."

Bori fired a Hibatchi bomb—so called because it happened to be powered by ginger sauce—directly at the ultra-Kawaii Rokkī J. Risu and Buruwinkle J. Mūsu.

"Hōkīsumōku!" Rokkī exclaims and narrowly misses the Hibatchi bomb. "Buruwinkle, assume Ultra-Kawaii-Mega-Fun-Time-Wow-Happy-Magical Girl Forms!!"

"Duh...okay, Rock!" Buruwinkle replied.

And so began a super long, shiny power-up sequence that made the animators cry. Rokkī grew taller, with bigger eyelashes, and a lovely sailor dress, complete with flight goggles.

"BY THE DIVINE POWER OF HOKISUMOKU, I AM BECOME SAILOR RISU!!" Rokkī exclaimed, his skirt fluttering everywhere.

Buruwinkle was next, only this time, not only did he get a sailor fuku, but he also got a large, golden bow and arrow shaped very much like his antlers. For some reason he was also wearing makeup and had blonde hair.

"Duh...by the power of...somethin' or other, I am sailor BULLWINKLE!"

"Now, let us join our powers!!" Rokkī exclaimed. "ITADAKIMAZU!!"

"Duh, sure thing Rock."

And so began another long power-up, where the moose and squirrel stood on top of each other, Rokkī forming the head, and Buruwinkle forming the legs.

"FUUUUU-SION! HA!"

They gathered metal from all around the prefecture to form their own mecha, with robotic moose antlers as well as a robotic squirrel's face and tail.

"SUPER-MEGA-ULTRA-HYPER MAGICAL GIRL SAIYAN ROBOT X 2000 IS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!" They both hollered.

"—NANIIIIIIIIIII?!" Bori hollered in disbelief.

And so, Rokkī and Buruwinkle charged directly at the mecha-lizard, both yelling so hard lightning came from them, making their hair stand up all the way with seizure-inducing streaks of power.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!—-"

"Jeepers, Rock, if ya ask me this whole story's got me confused..." Bullwinkle spoke, puzzled at the manga Rocky had ordered from Japan. "Why're we all talkin' funny? Who'd you even get this backwards comic from?"

"Oh, one of my old pen pals from Japan." Rocky explained. "Haven't you heard of her? Her name is Annie-May!"
