This skill passively increases your STR and END by 2%]

You are able to block attacks with various defenses from your basic arms to metal shields and anything in between with varying degrees of success depending on what you use.
A shield blocks more than a weapon and a weapon blocks more than an unarmed block so keep that in mind.
