El Bosque Ladron

In the city of Playa Verda, a big event was about to take place. Namely, the championship Lucha Libre match between a young contender who has been rising through the ranks, and the undefeated champion. The audience gathered in a big stadium with the ring in the center, an announcer sounded over the loudspeakers, "Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome to the main championship event of the year! One mighty warrior will walk out of here with the champion belt tonight, who will it be? Let's find out!"

In the backstage locker rooms of the stadium, one luchador was pumping himself for the match. This was the contender who would be fighting for the belt. He stared at his mask intensely before putting it on and walking confidently towards the ring entrance. He was going to win tonight, for his fans and for himself. A trumpeting theme tune played as the first luchador stepped out from backstage, "Introducing the champion, one who has kept his title for the past several years! Will he be able to keep it tonight? Give it up for the mighty, the intimidating, Gran Oso!" the announcer said as a large brown bear made his way from backstage toward the ring. He wore big dark blue boots and a black speedo with white stars printed on it. Aside those, he also wore a blue mask with black accents around the eyes. The championship belt was displayed proudly around his waist. He stomped towards the ring while the crowd cheered, pulling himself between the ropes before giving a loud roar.

The bear went to one of the corners before the next luchador was announced, "And now, introducing the challenger! He has risen through the ranks and has proven himself worthy of the challenging the champ, but will he succeed? He's fast, he's skilled, and he has come to steal that belt! It's El Bosque Ladron!" An orange blur came rushing from backstage and towards the ring, leaping high before landing in the center. It was an orange fox with a cream-colored belly and tail tip. He wore green leggings with white lightning bolts down the sides, a green speedo with zigzags going down, blue gloves on each of his paws, and a green mask with white accents around the eyes giving it the appearance of a thief's mask.

He raised both arms in the air as the crowd cheered loudly, before climbing up one corner and pumping his fist. He then got off the corner and bowed to his opponent, who only snarled at him. Both of them walked to the middle of the ring while the ref came between them, "Alright gentleman, you both know the rules. First to pin their opponent down for three seconds wins the match. Go to your corners and wait for the bell." The champ gave a mocking smirk at the fox before retreating to a corner and handing his belt to an official, he was going to make sure he kept his title. As for his opponent, he was going to try to win one way or another. The bell rang and the match started with both luchadores circling each other before Gran Oso made the first move by swiping at his opponent. Bosque Ladron avoided the attack by sliding between his opponent's legs and tripping him out from underneath.

The champ got up and growled at him while he taunted. He stomped towards the fox tried to grab him, only for him to dodge and climb up his arm before wrapping his legs around his neck before slamming him down. The bear got up again and put the Bosque Ladron in a headlock before he could escape, but the sneaky fox easily slipped out and kicked at his belly. He then ran to one of the corners and bounced off right when Gran Oso was charging towards him, once again wrapping his legs around his neck, and slamming him to the mat. He then went for the pin but only got to two before he was shoved off. Bosque Ladron was then grabbed and thrown to a corner before being suplexed by his opponent.

The fox stumbled a bit as he got up, but managed to avoid another attack by the champ, causing him to trip and fall on his face. He used this opportunity to put Gran Oso in a leg lock and cause him to tap out. Instead, one of the bear's legs was broken free and was used to kick Bosque Ladron in the face. The fox lay stunned on the mat until his opponent picked him up and threw him towards the ropes, which slingshotted him back at the champ resulting in him being clotheslined. Gran Oso gave a roar as he pumped up the crowd following the takedown. Meanwhile, Bosque Ladron painfully started to get up while holding his spinning head. The champ noticed this and swiftly sent the fox back down with a drop kick to the side.

With Bosque Ladron seemingly too dazed to fight back, Gran Oso took this as a sign to finish things. He dragged the challenger near a corner and began to climb it, "It looks like Gran Oso is about to prepare his special move: Flying Hammer Buster!" the announcer said. Oso pumped up the crowd as he smirked at his fallen opponent, looks like he would keep his title. Back on the mat, Bosque Ladron looked up helplessly as his opponent set up, this would be the end it seems. However, he noticed that some members in the crowd were cheering his name, beckoning him to keep fighting. Time seemed to slow down when Gran Oso made the jump, threating to crush the fox with his weight.

But then, as if set by a miracle, Bosque Ladron found the strength to move out of the way back curling up and rolling backwards, causing his opponent to crash to the mat painfully. The fox slowly got up and wasted no time in head locking his opponent, trying to get him to submit. The champ tried to pry him off but found that he simply shifted his position and was now pounding away at his head, "And here is Bosque Ladron's special: Sudden Pummeling!" the announcer said.

The bear stomped around the ring trying to get the menace of his head but was slowly losing his sense from the fast punches. The fox ended his attack by kicking the champ in the face towards the corner. Gran Oso was still standing, but swaying as he tried to stay upright, it was time to finish the match for real. Bosque Ladron ran towards the corner the champ was in front of and bounced off it, extending his foot towards his opponent. What resulted was a kick that sent the bear's head snapping sideways before he fell flat on his back, eyes spinning, and limbs sprawled out. Bosque Ladron happened to land on top of him and pin him, the ref counted to three and lifted the fox's paw in victory.

"There you have it everyone, El Bosque Ladron is now your new champion!" the announcer said while the fox took in the cheers from the crowd while the official handed him the champion belt. He did it, he actually became the champ. He lifted it over his head in celebration while a tear rolled down his cheek in happiness.

Later, the new champ changed out of his outfit and into his regular clothes, consisting of a blue mask and blue gloves, "Good job out there Swiper." he heard a voice say.

The sneaky fox turned around to see one of his fellow former thieves. A large brown bear wearing a similar mask and gloves like him, "You too Fomkah." he said.

"You were right, this kind of work is most exciting. Not to mention that we have so many fans." the bear said.

"I'm sure glad I left swiping behind for this. Although, I did swipe your belt." he said, chuckling slightly.

"I'll be vying to swipe it back pretty soon. Just you wait." Fomkah said. They both chuckled. Though their words sounded malicious, they were still warriors of honor.
