PROLOGUE

Dusk Cemetery
Thirty-Seven Years Ago
Night

Into the black heavens, upon this clear night, comes the grace of the white-gold moon. The chill winds dancing around in the cold night reach a young sixteen-year-old female who is dragging her feet across the silent graves. The coldness that touches into her skin, as if her heart were a door left wide open to the icy wind, slamming only to open again. The only thing to do is keep moving, keep heading toward a certain location in mind. Her body trembles as bright crimson-blood drip down on the ground, one by one, as she struggles to a specific gravestone.

Her grey eyes lit up when she finally getting closer to the gravestones. It took her so long to finally reach it. The moonlight shines upon her as she is getting near a gravestone. Once she reached to it, her knees nearly buckle from slightly loss of blood. Her bloodied delicate hand reached to the grave, as her other hand holding onto her wounded neck. Dirty lavender hair flows over her face, cover it like curtains as her eyes shut tightly from the pain.

Her teeth gritted as her palm landed on the stone, smeared her blood against it. Her crimson-red blood was spread on the languages. Soon, the tomb shakes and slowly sank into the ground. Before she knew it, the hole was opened to revealed spiral stairs deep into the darkness.

Her eyes fluttered open to reveal her segmental heterochromia, consisting of electric-blue with pure-white along the bottom curve of her pupil. Blood drips from her mouth as she carefully stood on her feet. Swaying back and forth while hunching over as she opens her mouth. A completely different foreign language spilled from her lips.

In the darkness of the hole, brighten up the illumination of a mixture of gold and blue lights. She nearly stumbled to the stairs, descended down into the lights. Her eyes open to reveal her grey-stormy eyes.

Soon, when she reached at the bottom of the spiral stairs. The walls golden and blue mixtures that resemble fireflies' dances. The black and white tiles are gleaming by the lights as she dragged her feet down the corridor.

At the end of the corridor, a large solid stainless steel metal door with an unusual keyhole. She shakily lifted her hand with an object that easily inserted the keyhole. Then she pressed her bloody palm on the steel and closed her eyes for a moment.

Silence bestows on her like a calm before the storm. Illumination from the walls fades into darkness. Her lips crack open and whispered in one foreign word.

The door vanished like a blink of an eye and stared at the bright yet warm light. A melody voice called out to her.

"Come to me, Cygnus."

She steps into the unknown lights in bloody appearance as tears fell over her cheeks. "Grandmother…" she whispered, whimpered.

Then the door appeared to shut from the world.
