Summary: SEQUEL TO LORI CHARMING Lori had graduated from Auradon Prep, and now it's summer. With college on the horizon, all she and her friends want is to relax and have fun. Hopefully they can make this summer the best of their lives, before they all go off into the world.

WELCOME TO THE SEQUEL! I loved writing the first book, and wanted to continue the story. It's not necessary to read the first one, but I suggest you do.

Okay, let's take this from the top.

My name is Lorelei Cassandra Charming, but people call me Lori. I am the middle child of Cinderella and Kit Charming. I went to school at the same time as the VKs, and just graduated from Auradon Prep with my best friends, brother, and boyfriend by my side a week ago.

Summer is supposed to be a time of relaxation and fun. You're supposed to swim and hang out with your friends and not worry about homework.

You are not supposed to be sitting in your bedroom filling out job applications and wondering what you want to do with your life!

Which is what I'm doing right now, in case you were wondering.

"This is impossible!"

"No it's not, you just have to focus!"

"Easy for you to say, you already got a summer job!"

"Only because I didn't wait until the last minute!"

I groaned, knowing he was right. The person I was talking to was Aziz, son of Aladdin and Jasmine, and my boyfriend.

"Maybe I should run away and join the circus," I mused. "Tell my parents I'll miss them."

"You can't."

"Why not?"

"Chad's sick so you have to go to that council meeting tomorrow."

"Oh yeah."

My parents weren't giving Chad the kingdom when he was a teenager, instead waiting until he was ready. But they still wanted him to go to council meetings. He started when he was fifteen and by now was nearly a part of the council. They also had me fill in whenever he wasn't able to come, but I found it unbearably boring.

I sighed as I picked up one application, and my eyes widened as I grinned.

"Check it out, Auradon Prep needs someone to teach summer cheerleading classes! This is perfect!"

Aziz grinned. I had been doing cheerleading since my freshman year at Auradon Prep, and he knew how much I loved it.

"Have you ever thought about doing cheer as a job?" he asked, and I blinked.

"A job? How would that work?"

"You could be on a famous cheerleading team. That's as much as I know, but it sounds like something you would like."

I sighed.

"I donno, I love cheer, but it's not what I want to do with my life." As we talked I was filling out the application. I finished quickly and laid it out on the desk, collapsing on my bed. He laid next to me.

"So what do you want to do?" he asked,and I sighed.

"I don't know. I'll figure it out, somehow. Hey, maybe I could be a surgeryer! You know, those people that cut other people open!"

"A surgeon?"

"Yeah, that's it," I laughed.

"You really think you can sit still for that long?"

I sighed, feigning disappointment,

"Probably not, but it was worth a try."

We were silent for a moment.

"Lonnie's probably going to play ROAR competitively," I said. "And Emma always said it would be cool to be a police officer. Jane wants to be a teacher. Jordan's going to do something that has to do with the internet. Lea wants to play tourney competitively. Riley will be an artist. Margaret wants to be a writer. You and Chad are both taking over kingdoms...why am I the only one who doesn't know what they want?"

"You'll figure it out," he said gently, and kissing my forehead. "You always have."

I sighed, and nodded.

"I guess I will, eventually."

Suddenly, he sat up, pulling me up with him.

"Aziz?" I asked, confused. "What's happening?"

"All this being sad isn't helping anyone. You are going to have fun this summer, and I'm making sure of it. Now, come on, we're going on a picnic."

I chuckled, smiling.

"Sounds great, let's go."

First chapter done! I'll try to stretch this story out to at least fifteen chapters. Updates should come fairly often. If anyone has any ideas, then please tell me! To the people who didn't read the first book, Emma is Emma White/Charming, Snow White and David Charming's oldest kid. Riley is the daughter of Red Riding Hood and her girlfriend. Lea is Azalea, Aziz' little sister. Margaret is a mute girl and Chad's girlfriend, and belongs to Elisa Moro, not me.

And if anyone has any ideas for what Lori should be, also tell me. I don't really know what I want her to do.
