Here is (Probably) A Two chapter. So with that let's BEGIN!
Today is a Saturday and it is currently night time in the city of Vale. Blake is currently sitting on a bench that is next to a supposed "Fancy" Restaurant. She is wearing the same dress that she wore during the dance and she looked beautiful.
But she was not in a good mood
Reason why is because she had a date and the date didn't arrive at all. How long did it took? He was about an hour late.
"Why did I say yes again?" Blake said to herself. "Oh right because Yang took my book and didn't bother to give it back unless I go on a date with this mystery person. *sigh*"
Now that she thought about she honestly could have just swiped the book out of Yangs hand fast and used her speed to get to the library. She mentally face palmed as she could have done that, though then again Yang would have found her anyways so honestly there was no escaping this.
"I wouldn't be surprised if it was Sun." Blake said to herself.
"Blake?"
A male voice spoke
Blake looked and saw that it was a Blonde boy and it wasn't Sun, in fact it was-
"Jaune?"
"The one and only" Jaune said a bit awkwardly. He is wearing a zip up black jacket, Dark Blue Jeans and Black shoes.
"You're my date?"
"Hm? Date?" Jaune said confused
Okay so that confirms it wasn't him, so that means her "date" is most likely he won't be coming any time soon.
"I didn't know you had a date today. So are you waiting for him?"
"I've been waiting for an hour." Blake responded
"O-oh. I'm sorry to hear that"
"I probably should just go back to the dorm room. I just know that this person ain't coming. Plus I don't like the atmosphere of this restaurant and I think this is more of a bar than a restaurant."
"I'll go with you" Jaune spoke
"Why?"
"Well I honestly have nothing to do. I got out of my dorm room because none of my team are in the dorm since they are doing their own things. So I got out just to take a little walk around Vale."
"Mmn..."
It was just an awkward silence and it lasted for a couple of moments.
"Uhm. So yeah I'll go with you back to beacon." Jaune said awkwardly not really sure what else to say.
"Fine" Blake said as she began to walk away and Jaune soon followed.
"Again sorry that your date wasn't how you wanted." Jaune said.
"Why are you apologizing? Your're not the person that stood me up and made me wait an hour."
"True. I just feel sorry it didn't worked out."
Then Jaune suddenly had an idea.
"You know maybe you can still have that date"
Blake looked at Jaune confused.
"What do you mean?"
"Theres a Pizza place around here right?"
"Yeah it's around the corner but why do you want to get Pizza all of a sudden?"
"For our date."
That made Blake stop walking.
"Wait, Our date?"
"Probably should have worded something else before saying that. But yeah our date as in you deserve to have a date since you got stood up. So I thought we should have a date when we get to Beacon"
"Jaune, that is very kind of you but you don't have to do all that." Blake spoke as she had a sudden warm feeling. She is really surprised that Jaune would do this for her.
"Nonsense. You were suppose to have a date and you'll get a date!" Jaune said as they arrived at the pizza place.
*A couple of minutes later*
Jaune then got out of the Pizza place with a box of pizza that is hot and ready. Soon enough Jaune and Blake returned to Beacon and they walked up to the dorms. Now comes the tricky part and that is which Dorm do they go in.
"We could have the date in my Dorm room since I'm sure the rest of my team won't be back until Tomorrow."
"Alright."
Jaune then opened the door and both of them entered the Dorm.
"I'll get the table set up and maybe I'll find some candles to set the mood." Jaune said as he gave the box of pizza to Blake.
Jaune got the table set up and actually found some candles and lighted them up. He even brought out 2 plastic cups and a bottle of Soda.
"Okay, Table all set up and all I need to do is get dressed up." Jaune said
"Dressed up? But Jaune you're already dressed up."
"Oh. By getting dressed up I meant putting on my tuxedo from what I wore to the dance."
"Oh my god Jaune seriously. This is all nice but you don't have to go all out on this just for me. I don't want my date to be "fancy" I'm not really those girls that WANTS a fancy date. Like its nice when there is one but Im not really desperate for one."
"Oh really?"
"Yes. We can just enjoy the pizza and drinks as it without all of this "fancy" stuff."
"Oh. Okay then, if you say so."
So with that Jaune and Blake sat on the chairs and began their "date", the pizza that Jauje bought was one half of the pizza had fish while the other half was just Pepperoni. So they ate and had small talk. Soon enough they ate the pizza and and took a drink.
Blake spoke up
"I really appreciated this Jaune, no one has ever done this for me." Blake said with a little blush on her face.
"No Problem, I just couldn't let a pretty girl just be left alone and without a date."
"You think I'm pretty?"
"Oh, well yeah. I think you're beautiful."
"Oh...Thanks"
Now things have gotten awkward. But Blake took a look at Jaunr and really looked at him and took in all of his features and she also remembered something else about Jaune when she took short looks at him back in classes or at the Cafeteria.
"Jaune I got something to ask."
"Okay."
"Do you like me?"
