Introduction: Strange Little Man
"Am I really about to die like this? Alone in the park, killed by a crazy lady with wings, and most importantly A VIRGIN?" Came the lamenting thoughts of a dying young man. He lay on the concrete ground next to a large fountain in a wooded park. He had sharp brown hair, a soft face, and wore a casual set of black and white dress clothes. An arm-sized hole was drilled through his stomach and spurted blood.
"Thi...is is...nt..fair" He coughed out, blood splattering onto his white dress shirt.
"Oh my, I come to meet my new little buddy Issei and when I arrive, he's dying. We Can't have that now can we buddy ol pal?" Came the sound of a man in his mid-sixties from above him.
"He..lp...me" The young man coughed up blood as he spoke his last words. Then his eyes closed and his heart stopped.
"OOp He's dead, guess I'll have to do my thing, hahahahaha" The man's voice laughed.
Standing over the dead boy's body was a short man who looked to be in his late sixties. He was four feet tall and wore an orange dress suit with purple gloves and dress shoes. He had an oddly bulbous head and two spikes of white wispy hair coming out of either side of his otherwise bald head. He wore a small purple bowler cap on his head. His blue eyes shone with interest as he looked down at the boy.
"Welp. Time to resurrect you. Consider that our meeting gift" The man said, raising his hand, about to snap his fingers when a red light shone through the area.
"Ooh, what's this? magic?" He asked seeing the circle of red on the ground.
Rising out of it was a girl with ruby red hair, light almost pale skin, dark blue eyes, and a black dress. Black batlike wings sprouted behind her. Stepping out from her circle, she noticed the man standing over Issei and laughing. However, before she could say anything, he appeared right in front of her face hovering in the air. He had his right eyebrow raised suspiciously as he looked at her. She tried to move back, but she was frozen on the spot. Her magic didn't respond to her either. The only thing she could do was speak.
"What did you do to me?" She asked in anger at the man who was floating around, sizing her up. Stopping a good two feet in front of her, he let out a laugh.
"Haahahahahaha. You pass. Take care of my little boy Issei. I already know why you're here little Devil. Just know, if you lay the wrong hand on him, I'll destroy hell and everything you love. Hahaha" The little man laughed before releasing just an infinitesimally small amount of his energy, however, that very very tiny fraction of power overwhelmed Rias's mind, body, and soul so thoroughly that she died.
"Whoops, I broke her" He said before snapping his fingers and rewinding time to before he broke her.
Leaning in towards Rias's Ear he said "What did I do to you? I just stopped you from doing anything you'll regret. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Mr. Mxyzptlk. And since we're going to be acquainted for a while, I'll let you in on a little secret. I'm Issei's guardian angel".
Rias's eyes went wide. The angels were going for Issei too?
A buzzer sound was heard and in front of her, the words No Good appeared in red with a big X behind them.
"Not that type of angel. No. I am something far greater than the Angels you know of" The man said, not giving her a chance to speak.
"Let me go crazy man!" Rias yelled, trying to escape.
"Okay, but hurt my little boy and not even your brother can save you," Mxy said and released her. Her power returned and she formed a ball of destruction energy and threw it at the man.
"Silly silly," He said before opening his mouth and sucking in the energy before swallowing it and giving out a burp.
She flew towards him wreathed in red energy, trying to punch him, but it was like punching through mist. Like he was an illusion.
"You can't beat me you know," He said amused at her attempts.
"You underestimate me" She said and formed three big balls of destruction, throwing them at him. However, instead of them hitting him, they circled around him, dwarfing him with their size. Restricting his vision.
"A distraction? That's interesting." He laughed before swallowing the energy only to be met with an empty park. Issei was gone and So was rias.
"No You underestimated me, little girl. Hahaha," Mxy laughed and popped out of thin air.
