Jade and Ryder were both inside Jade's room. Jade is busy with her scriptwriting while Ryder is busy doing his essay on his laptop. Ryder planned to stay the night at her house especially that she's the only one at her house right now. He doesn't want her to be alone. Jade may be stubborn saying she doesn't want his presence but her cuddles and how clingy she is earlier said it otherwise.

Ryder is almost done finishing his work until he felt her arms wrapped around his neck from behind, her face snuggle on his neck smelling his scent that she loves and placed small kisses. She murmured something in his neck that he couldn't understand.

"What did you say babe?" he said as he looks at her still snuggled onto his neck.

"I said, are you done yet" she whined and looks at him with a pout on her face.

"I'm almost done don't worry" he assured and kissed the side of her head and went back on doing his work.

"But it's late already, I want to sleep"

"Then go to sleep babe, I'll be there in 10 minutes after I'm done with my essay" he promised.

"But I want you to be in bed with me too" as she looks at him with her signature puppy eyes that Ryder loves on how cute she is.

"Babe—"

"And also I want to cuddle with you right now" she smiled cheekily at him.

"I'll cuddle you later, just let me finish this, okay?"

Jade didn't listen. She sighed and went in front of him and sits on his lap, arms wrapped around his neck and lay her head on his shoulder. Ryder chuckled at her actions on how clingy her girlfriend is today.

Ryder is finishing up the last few sentences in his essay while Jade's busy admiring Ryder's face and playing with the ends of his hair. As Ryder finished the last sentence and ready to close his laptop. Jade perked her head up and smiled brightly at him. As he closed his laptop, he puts his hands between her bare thigh and rubbing them up and down.

"Why are you so clingy today?" he questioned.

"Why? You don't like it?" she commented with her brows scrunched together.

"I do but you are just more clingy today than the previous days"

"I don't know, I just really want cuddles" she whispered.

"Jade West loves cuddles now? Did I make you so soft babe?" he joked.

"Shut up" she slapped his shoulder with a tiny smile on her face.

"But I love how my baby is so soft with me" he cupped his hands into her cheek and stroking it.

"Only for you" she smiled.

"I love you"

"I love you too" he leans down to peck her lips.

Ryder glanced at the clock seeing it's already 1 am. He looked back at Jade as her eyes started to get heavy.

"Are you sleepy now?" he asked.

Jade nodded and snuggled more into his side. He picked him up in a bridal style as they walked through her bed. He lay her down to her side and joined with her after. As they were already settled, Jade hugged Ryder tightly and laid her head in his chest.

Ryder closes the lamp on her bedside table and making him comfortable in her bed. He glanced at her one last time and saw her already sleeping.

"Goodnight Jade" he planted a kiss from the side of her head.
