PaRappa The Rapper: Gotta Believe!

Authors note before the story starts; it's been ten years since I last wrote a fanfiction story, almost ten since I last updated any of my stories. So, I figured why not try and get back into the swing of things?

This story takes place a little bit after the second game and has elements from the anime with things done a little differently. Some references and chapters based on other games for inspiration, songs from the games, and me trying to dabble in writing original songs. It might be a continuous story that'll be updated over time. I'm writing this story because I feel, a franchise as small as PaRappa the Rapper, has loads of potential for more stories, aside from the occasional joke fics you might find. Might be a few ooc moments, I'll try to keep that to a minimum, though, this series isn't really known for character development. But with all that said, I hope you enjoy.

Chapter 1: Welcome to PaRappa Town!

It was a peaceful night in PaRappa Town, the owls perched on random branches in the nearby neighborhood, crickets chirped, and only the light of the moon and the streetlights illuminated the city streets. Outside of one of the city's hotspots, Club Fun, a manhole cover was slowly shaking before it was popped right up, uncovering the sewers entrance. A soft, smug laugh emitted from the hole as a lanky purple rabbit, and a fat purple cat crawled out of it.

"This town ain't gonna know what hit it!" The rabbit chuckled, clenching his fist in a determinate manor. "C'mon Groober, we got work to do!"

"Rgh...Coming boss." The cat grunted as he crawled out of the manhole, then slid the cover back over it with his foot. The two began roaming the city streets, planning their schemes as they looked at the stores and buildings, until they reached the nearby neighborhood. Sitting outside one of the houses was a bike, not chained up to anything. With a grin, the rabbit rushed over, and grabbed it, taking it from the house. Now he could get anywhere in the town faster!

"Bro... bro!" PaRappa groaned as he slowly sat up in his bed, rubbing his eyes tiredly as his little sister, Pinto was waking him up.

"Pinto...? What time is it?" He asked, looking at her, tempted to go back to sleep.

"Sorry, PaRappa, but you had a call from Sunny. She said something about you being late?"

"Sunny?" The tired dog blinked, his sister could see the wheels slowly turn as he processed what she had just said, and she backed up and left the room when she saw it finally clicked in his mind, while he had a flashback to yesterday.

"Hey, Parappa!" Katy spoke up. "Tomorrow, Sister Gon is having a yard sale! Think you got time to hang out with me and Sunny so we can go check it out?"

"Sure!" PaRappa nodded.

"It should be fun!" Sunny Funny spoke up, smiling at the rapping pup. "Could you help me carry a few bags if we go a little overboard?"

"No problem! Anything for you Sunny!"

PaRappa stared off into space before he quickly sprung out from bed, accidentally falling face first as his feet got caught in the covers.

"I forgot, I totally forgot!" He muttered to himself as he quickly started getting dressed, putting on his usual attire, a bright blue tank top, dark blue pants, his orange beanie with the frog symbol on it, and his red shoes. "Can't use the car, Dad needs it for the science expo!" He quickly ran out of the room, down the stairs, and right outside.

"Crap, crap, crap!" He whimpered under his breath as he ran, only to stop dead in his tracks, looking at the empty space his bike once filled. "...The Bike's not here..." He reached out at the open air, hoping to grab...something! Anything! His panic quickly kicked into overdrive and he started running around the outside of the house, hoping he just moved it and forgot, even scaling the walls of the house in some hopes of finding it! "IT'S NOT HERE!" He cried before running off. He would have to look for it later!

Meanwhile at another part of town, an alarm clock with a silly face on it started to ring, and its owner, Lammy, let out a snort as she shot up, pushing down on it to stop its ringing.

"Man..." She paused to yawn, stretching his arms before slowly sitting up, rubbing her face tiredly. "I gotta stop having late night pizza slice…" She says as she picked up her favorite panda doll, giving it a quick smooch before sitting it by her pillow. She changed into her casual wear, red shirt with a white smiling snowflake logo, jeans with torn holes at her knees and yellow and green pockets, and her shoes. Before she left, she stopped and looked around the apartment to make sure nothing was running or turned on. Last time she left everything on, it hurt her electricity bill something fierce. With her guitar case strap over her shoulder, the case resting on her back, she exited the apartment building and made her way down the street.

Today, Lammy had to meet up with her bandmate, Ma-San, at the Greenblat Music store to check for new equipment and replaceable guitar strings for her and Katy's guitars. Always good to have some backup after all. When she got there though, she saw the short rodent standing in front of the store, windows broken with yellow tape covering them.

"Ma-San? What's going on?"

("I don't know!") Ma-San squeaked her usual gibberish in an annoyed manner. ("Apparently the place was robbed, so they're not opening today!")

Lammy looked surprised by this and looked at the mess. 'So much for the guitar strings…' She thought to herself.

"Oh well...there's always next time. Guess we could just catch up with Katy and Sunny."

("What, and stand around at a yard sale? Boring...!") The rodent grumbled.

"I know, but...most of the other music stores are closed, and the only other one opened today is in Vinyl City! Plus, you know how I feel about the other stores in town. There's not a whole lot we can do about it but wait till tomorrow." Lammy rubbed the back of her head while Ma-San grumbled under her breath as they walked away from the music shop.

("Yeah, yeah…how can someone so timid be so damn picky about guitar strings?")

Katy and Sunny were sitting on a park bench, casually scrolling through their phones, waiting for their friend to arrive.

"Think he forgot?" The blue feline asked, looking over at Sunny as she put her phone away.

"Probably." The flower sighed, putting her own phone away. "We better go check on him."

"Yeah..." The two got up and left the park area, incidentally, walking by Beard Burger. Colonel Noodle was closing it up, a look of disappointment on his face.

"Hey Noodle! Closing up early?" Katy asked as they stopped to chat.

"Afraid so Katy. Somebody stole all the burger meat and noodles overnight! Can't really cook PaRappa Town's traditional burgers without the meat!" He shook his head, putting on his red glasses. "Now I gotta wait for a new shipment!"

"Really? Darn, we were planning on stopping here after Sister Gon's sale!" Sunny stated with a disappointed tone.

"Sorry Sunny, but I can't really do much about it." Noodle shrugged. "Tell ya what, next time we're open, you and the others can get some burgers on the house!" He noticed the smiles the girls had at the sound of his proposal.

"Sounds good to me!" Katy smiled as Sunny nodded.

"Alright, I'll shoot PaRappa a text when we're ready." With that, Colonel walked off. Katy and Sunny looked at each other before they kept on the path.

"Alright, I'm gonna make the shot, PJ!" A blonde dog said, eyeing the basketball hoop as he dribbled the ball.

"Let's see those skills, Matt." The short teddy bear smiled, watching the other rush to the hoop. His attention was drawn away when he saw his best buddy PaRappa run by the basketball court. "Yo, PaRappa!" He called out, getting the pup to stop as he ran out.

"PJ! What's up?" PaRappa smiled.

"Not much, but uh...where do you think you're going?"

"What? I promised Sunny and Katy I'd tag along for the sale!"

"What about the promise you made to me?" PJ was greeted by a look of confusion from the dog. He let out a sigh and rolled his eyes a bit. "Remember? Yesterday!"

"Hey PJ, wanna shoot some hoops tomorrow?" PaRappa asked, looking at his friend who was resting on a park bench.

"Tomorrow? Sure." The bear smiled a bit. "Got nothin' better to do."

"Awesome! See ya tomorrow, no matter what!"

"...You forgot, didn't ya?" PJ blinked tiredly at him, seeing a sheepish smile grow on the dog's face.

"Nope...I remember..."

"So...whatcha gonna do? And I don't think believing is gonna get you out of this." The DJ crossed his arms.

"H-How the Hell should I know?" Visible steam was emitting from the dog's ears.

"PJ, what's the hold up?" Matt asked as he approached the two, basketball in hands.

"Gonna take a quick five." PJ said. PaRappa quickly snapped out of what could have been an anxiety attack when he noticed Matt approaching.

"Who's this, PJ?" PaRappa asked.

"This is Matt. I know him from Club Fun." PJ answered.

"Yep! Name's Matt!" The taller dog reached out a hand for a quick handshake. PaRappa smiled and took the hand, accepting the handshake.

"The pleasure's mine!"

"You're in no position to be smiling." PJ commented with a smirk.

"Gh! You're right!" The pup grabbed his beanie and pulled it down over his face.

"Hey, PaRappa! PJ!" Katy called out, waving her hand to get their attention.

"H-Huh?" He lifted his beanie up when he saw the girls.

"Where've ya been?"

"S-Sorry girls! I slept in..." PaRappa rubbed the back of his head. "That and my bike was stolen, and I promised PJ I'd play basketba-"

"Your bike was stolen?!" Sunny gasped.

"Weird...Beard Burger got robbed too!" Katy tapped a finger to her chin.

"Beard Burger got robbed?" Lammy's voice spoke up as she and Ma-San caught up with everyone. "The music store got broken into too! We can't get our supplies!"

("Unbelievable!") Ma-San grumbled angrily as she crossed her arms, the stick of dynamite sticking out of her head lighting for a quick second.

"You're telling me." Katy put her hands to her hips. "Something funny's going on around town."

"I can't believe it either!" PaRappa gripped at his ears, though he wasn't really focused on what the others were talking about. He was more focused on the promises he was supposed to keep. "Which promise to I keep?!"

"I'd say go for basketball!" A new female voice spoke up, catching everyone's attention as they were greeted by the appearance of a pink haired fox. "Since no one is competing for the court, you can start a game whenever you want!"

"Um...I'm sorry, do we know you?" Katy spoke up, a brow raised as she looked the fox girl up and down.

"Normally when you ask for someone's name, you're supposed to give yours first, aren't you?" The girl responds with a smirk, her tone growing a bit sarcastic with her next choice of words. "The more I look at you, the more refinement you have."

"...Who does this bitch think she is?" Katy thought to herself.

"My name is Paula, but I'd wish for everyone here to remember me as "Paula Who Has a Refined Upbringing! That's what this P initial is for!" She said, gently tugging on her white jacket that had the letter P on it.

"Huh...cool!" PaRappa smiled.

"Totally!" PJ nodded in agreement with his best pal before the group was caught off guard by the sudden snap of Katy.

"I'VE HAD IT WITH YOU!" She shouted, glaring angrily at Paula, who just stood there with a cool demeanor. Seeing things were quickly going to escalate, Sunny sprang into action.

"C'mon Katy! We better get going!" The flower said as she scooped her friend up, bridal style with general ease before running off.

"Welp, there they go...looks like you're playing ball first, PaRappa." PJ said, looking over at the pup who just watched the love of his life run off.

"Anyways, I just moved here yesterday!" Paula said as she reaches over and nabs the basketball from Matt's hands. "C'mon! Let's play some basketball!"

"Your friends sure seem...interesting, PJ." Matt smiled, a roll of sweat rolling down the side of his head as the teddy bear just chuckled as he watched PaRappa.

"Hey!" Paula grinned as she grabbed the pup's hand. "You were gonna play too, weren't ya? What about you two?" She looked at Ma-San and Lammy.

("Shoot, I'm gamed.") Ma-San mumbled.

"I should probably make sure Katy doesn't blow a gasket...see you guys later!" Lammy said before she darted off, leaving a cartoonishly puff of smoke that was shaped like her as she ran off, leaving smaller puffs of smoke with each step.

"Come on, shorty!" Paula said, pulling Parappa into the court.

Katy, Sunny and Lammy walked down the street, Katy looking ready to blow up from anger.

"Katy, if you stay persistent with that Paula girl, you're gonna end up constipated." Sunny said.

"C-CONSTIPATED?!" The blue feline snapped, causing Lammy and Sunny to jump back a bit. "...I hate being constipated..."

"I couldn't agree more..." Lammy sighed, shaking her head.

"Let's not think about it! Let's think about Sister Gon's yard sale!" Sunny insisted, wanting to take Katy's mind off of Paula for the time being. "Her sales always have such nice things!"

"Yeah, I guess so." Katy shrugged as they kept going.

Back at the basketball court, the others were having fun playing their game. PJ managed to slap the ball into the hoop, and it bounced over to PaRappa, who caught it.

"This one's yours Matt!" He said, passing the ball to the other dog.

"Got it!" Matt grinned before running to the hoop, jumping and then slam dunks the ball.

"Alright, that's a dunk!" PJ and PaRappa said in Unison as PaRappa caught the ball again. "My turn!"

"Hang on guys, I'm starting to get thirsty." Paula said, wiping some sweat from her forehead before looking to Matt. "Can you buy me a soda please?"

"What? Buy it yourself!" Matt argued. Paula put her hands to her hips in response.

"In the last town I lived in, boys use to buy me a drink all the time!"

"Well, in this town you have to buy it yourself."

"Woah, hold on!" Parappa called, putting the basketball down. "I can go get us all something to drink!" He offered before running off. But by the time he got back, Paula was gone. "Where'd she go?"

"She went home. Guess she was done playing for the day." Matt said, bouncing the ball.

("What's her deal anyways?") Ma-San grumbled.

"Heck if I know." PJ shrugs.

Meanwhile, at the Sale, Sister Gon was trying to repair her jellybean machine, that up until yesterday was working fine, while Katy, Lammy and Sunny were looking through clothes that were labeled by decades.

"Oh, this might look great on you Sunny!" Katy smiled, holding up a plaid skirt with a belt. "At least, if we're going by what was popular in the 60's."

"I like the way it looks!" Sunny smiled as she was handed the skirt. "I might buy it!"

"Sunny!" A familiar voice spoke up. The trio looked over and saw Paula, who was pointing towards the 70's era clothes. "You might want to try the 70's clothes, they have more, 'contents'!"

"Contents?" Sunny tilted her head.

"...What is this girl's deal?" Lammy quietly leaned over to Katy.

"No idea..." Katy shook her head. "But she's starting to piss me off…No way a skirt could possibly have 'contents'..."

"Katy..." Paula approached the two. "You've got terrible tastes."

"Are you trying to start something?!" Katy growled in anger.

"As if! Man, not only do you have a bad education and bad taste, but you can't tell when someone's trying to pick a fight with you."

"Keep talking, and there won't be a future for you!" Katy balled up her hands into fists as the two started to bicker back and forth.

"Oh boy..." Lammy sighed, scratching the side of her head, unsure of how to handle this.

"...I'll be right back!" Sunny quickly put the skirt back and ran off, leaving the lamb to try and figure out how to keep the two from causing a scene at a yard sale of all things.

"This is one of those times you shouldn't leave it to Lammy..." She said under her breath, a beat of sweat rolling down the side of her face as she slowly approached the other two.

"PaRappa!" Sunny cried out as she made it back to the basketball court.

"S-Sunny? What's up?" PaRappa questioned as he stepped out of the court.

"It's Katy and that new girl! They're getting into a fight!"

"A fight?!" PaRappa looked surprised.

"PJ, Ma-San, I need you two to come along too!"

("That might make things worse, though.") Ma-San squeaked.

"...What'd she say?" Matt looked down at the yellow rodent.

"She said intervening might make the situation more awkward." PJ said. "Don't worry Matt, you'll understand what she's saying soon enough." PaRappa suddenly yelped, catching everyone's attention.

"P...PaRappa?" Sunny questioned. "You okay?"

"Y-Yeah..." He rubbed the back of his beanie, trying not to focus on that weird fantasy he just had about Paula and Katy fighting. "Come on! We better hurry before things get outta hand!" With that, Matt tossed the basketball aside and they ran for the sale.

It didn't take them long to arrive at the sale, and they saw the two girls tugging at each other faces aggressively, and Lammy was lying face first on the ground, and judging by the pile of clothes the poor lamb was buried under, Katy and Paula had used her as a makeshift mannequin and put her through the ringer. PaRappa was rushing towards them, trying to get them to stop.

Inside the main tent, Sister Gon was putting the sales money away in a small safe, humming to herself on how much they've made this year alone.

"Sister Gon!" A man called to her.

"Coming!" She responded, getting up, and leaving the small safe unattended, just as Gaster rode by on the bike he stole last night.

"Ohh, a safe! Wonder what's inside...?" He grins as he pictured a small amount of money. "More." He said, picturing more money. "More!" He demanded, until his thought bubble couldn't handle it, and crashed right on top of him. Taking a second to brush it off, he tiptoed right into the church's yard with the bike to snag that safe. All the while, Paula and Katy continued their argument once PaRappa tried, and failed, to intervene.

"You'd think they're obsessed with each other." PaRappa commented.

"It does seem that way." Sunny said as she dragged a dazed Lammy, who was now wearing 70's hippie clothes, a tie dye shirt, a brown leather vest, red and white stripe pants, sandals and a pair of rose-colored glasses, away from the two.

"Alright, that's it!" Katy declared, clenching her fist as she charged towards Paula, ready to punch! Until Paula stepped out of the way, causing the blue feline to trip and tear a hole right in the tent and clobbers Gaster without even realizing it, knocking him onto the tents support beam out of everyone's sight. "Uh oh...Sister Gon's going to bite me!" Katy gulped; unaware she was holding the safe.

"K-Katy!" Gon gasped upon seeing her standing in the tent. "You can't hold onto that! Give me the safe!"

"T-The safe?" Katy blinked in confusion before looking down at her hands, and her eyes widened. "H-How the?!"

"What happened?" PaRappa asked as everyone rushed over.

"Katy's trying to make off with the safe that holds the sales money!"

"What?!" The group gasped as they looked at her.

"I-I wasn't stealing it!" Katy backed up, trying to defend herself.

"But you're holding it." PJ commented, pointing at the box.

"I-I swear! This isn't what it looks like!" She pleaded, putting the safe down on the bike next to her.

"G-Guys, come on." Lammy spoke up. "We all know Katy; she wouldn't do something like this!" She gave her friend and bandmate a reassuring smile, showing she was at least on her side.

"I agree." Matt nodded his head, smiling.

"...Who are you?" Katy questioned. "I don't think we got your name."

"Oh, right, forgot to introduce you guys..." PJ chuckled. "This is Matt, I know him from the club."

"Let's save the introductions for later." Paula said as she entered the tent through the large hole. "I know we've been having our squabble all day, but I agree, Katy doesn't have any reason to take the safe to begin with! Katy, when you crashed through the tent wall, was there someone else in here?"

"W-Well...now that you mention it, I think I did crash into someone."

"Then whoever it was is the real culprit!" PaRappa concluded before noticing the bike Katy sat the safe on.

"What's a bike doing here?" Matt questioned.

"The thief was probably using it to make a quick getaway!" Paula answered.

"T-That's my bike!" Parappa gasped.

"Aha!" Paula pointed a finger at him. "You're the thief!"

"A-Are you friggin' serious? I was with you guys the whole time! And like I said before, my bike was stolen this morning, I couldn't have done it!"

"Then that means the one who stole your bike…" Sunny started.

"The one who robbed Beard Burgers…" Katy added.

"The one who broke into the music store…" Lammy tapped her chin.

"And the one trying to make off with the safe…" Matt's ears lifted up slightly.

"Is still here at the sale!" Everyone concluded in unison.

"CORRECT!" Gaster laughs as he drops down, scaring Sunny out of her wits before he rushed over and shoved PaRappa to the side. "Outta the way runt! My name's Gaster, and I'm gonna turn this entire town on its head!" He cackled before he started peddling away on the bike, safe in hand.

"H-Hey! Get back here!" PaRappa shouted as he gave chase, stopping once the traffic on the road started moving, giving the purple rabbit a chance to escape through the sea of cars. "Crap...he's getting away!" Looking around, the pup spotted a scooter, and got on it, quickly giving chase again once he had the opening.

"He's...not going to catch up." Katy shook her head.

"Agreed..." Paula sighed.

"We gotta think of something!" Sunny said, watching the traffic. "How're we suppose to catch up?" As if on cue, Sister Gon rolled in a large tank.

"This might help! Hop in!" She spoke. The trio smiled and quickly got on as Sister Gon gave chase.

"There they go again..." PJ sighed. "What are we going to do?"

"...Wanna finish our game of basketball?" Matt asked, pulling out a basketball from out of nowhere.

"Good idea!" PJ grinned. Lammy just sighs as she and Ma-San followed the two boys.

Gaster laughed to himself as he turned a corner, only to find himself trapped in a dead-end alley.

"Hold it!" PaRappa demanded as he finally caught up to him.

"You again? Tell ya what, if ya let me go, I'll give you my bike!" Gaster grinned as he got off the bike.

"That bike was mine to begin with!"

"That so?" He smirked. The two jumped a bit as a large tank suddenly crashed through the wall.

"Hold on PaRappa!" Katy said as she and Paula hoped out with some clothes, and tackled him, forcing him into the strange clothes, giving Gaster time to get away. PaRappa looked at the clothes, a strange pair of pants that changed colors from the waist down, a white shirt and a blue vest. He then noticed Gaster getting away again and quickly gave chase once more.

"If you're gonna chase a villain, gotta do it in style." Paula smiled.

"Agreed!" Katy smiled. "C'mon! Let's get after em!"

"The tank won't start." Sister Gon stated.

"Whoops...Probably shouldn't have drove through the wall." Sunny commented. The three girls started running, glad they didn't have to worry about lagging too far behind, as the two were riding by the riverside.

"Yo, boss!" Gaster's attention was drawn to the river as his companion, Groober pulled up in a stolen tugboat. With a grin, Gaster tossed the safe over the rail, and the fat cat grabbed it.

"Well, I'd love to stick around, but I got more chaos to spread!" Gaster cackled, holding onto the bike as he manages to jump it over the rail and lands on the boat before looking up at the pup with a smug grin, waving at him. "By the way, nice clothes, dork!"

"Heh, nice one boss." Groober smirked as the two villains fist bumped. Parappa stopped as the tugboat sailed off.

"Damn...they got away!" He hit his fist against the rail as the girls caught up, seeing what happened. "Better tell Sister Gon the bad news..."

"Dang..." Matt sighed as he dribbled the ball. "Why did they choose now of all days to do construction on the court?"

"Guess we'll have to wait." PJ shrugs. "C'mon, the others probably caught that weird guy by now." With nothing better to do, the group made their way back to the sale. As they got there, they saw PaRappa and the girls returning to the sale empty handed.

"Sorry Sister Gon...he got away with the safe." PaRappa said, eyes facing the ground.

"It's okay PaRappa. At the very least you tried." She smiled softly. "But what are we going to do? That was all the money we've made in the sale, and most of the items have been sold! We can't make that money back, and we only have fifteen minutes!"

"Maybe I can help." Another familiar voice spoke up. The group looked over and were greeted with the appearance of the owner of PaRappa Town's flea market, Prince FleaSwallow. "Couldn't help but hear about the dilemma while walking by, and I think I can help get back your earnings and then some. What do you say, PaRappa? Ready for an encore?" PaRappa had a beaming smile on his face.

"Yeah! I know! I GOTTA BELIEVE!" Knowing What this meant, Katy, Lammy and Ma-San got prepared. Lammy and Katy grabbed their guitars from their cases, though their short drummer had to borrow a drum set Sister Gon had laying around. They started playing some backing music, which had a bit of a surfer tone to it.

"PJ?" Matt blinked as he and Paula watched. "What's going on?"

"Heh…get ready you two. You're about to witness the real heart and soul of PaRappa town." The bear chuckled as Fleaswallow began singing.

"Wouldn't have done it without ya, teacher! Thanks a lot!" PaRappa grinned.

"Hmm…That's everything!" Sister Gon smiled.

"I suppose I should get going. With all the nonsense going on, I gotta make sure everyone's things at the flea market are safe. Peace out!" Fleaswallow held up two fingers for a peace sign before walking off. Sister Gon smiled as she approached PaRappa with a small handful of cash.

"Here you go, PaRappa." She smiled.

"Huh? Oh, I can't take that sister." He shook his head.

"I insist. You've done a lot to help the sale, it's only right you should be rewarded. This should be enough to get you a brand-new bike."

PaRappa smiled and decided to accept the money. Paula approached Katy and the others as they put the instruments away.

"Hey. Sorry about how I was acting earlier, it was totally out of line."

"Heh, I suppose I can get over it." Katy smiled, shrugging it all off, sharing a laugh with the fox.

"Glad to see you two are putting that feud to rest." PJ commented. "How 'bout we celebrate this newfound friendship over some Frosty's and a cherry pie?"

"You and your food, PJ…" Lammy chuckled, shaking her head.

"Don't judge me, Miss Pizza food-baby." He smirked, seeing her face go completely red.

"I-I thought we agreed to never speak of that!" She covered her eyes with her hands as her face turns bright red.

"Miss Pizza food-Baby?" Paula questioned, only embarrassing the lamb further.

("Heh…it's still a pretty funny story.") Ma-San snickered; unaware she got a confused look from Paula.

"Don't worry, you'll know what she's saying sooner or later." Katy patted the fox's shoulder.

"How about we go to the park and celebrate with a jam session?" PaRappa suggested. "Just need to go home and get Boxy Boy!"

"What about the bike?" Mart asked.

"Ah-…you're right! I'll just meet you guys there!" The pup started running before stopping and turning to face the group. "Hey Matt! Paula!" He called to them, smiling as the two looked at him.

"Welcome to PaRappa Town!" He gave them a thumbs up. With smiles, the two gave him a returning gesture before he continued running for the closest bike shop.

Something told them, this was just the start of some serious misadventures.
