Ginger Featherstar and Wonderswirl had the perfect life. They were rich, lived in a fancy house and street yet were kind and giving; It was all perfect, until that is, until they found out about the family secret. That's when their adventure really began... 1st book in the Legends of Magic Series!

1. Chapter 1: Prologue

Chapter 1: Prologue

Sir Loony, a tall brown cat with blue legs, walked around the rug in the waiting room. He was about to have children! He was as worried as ever, but all of a sudden, he heard crying for the hospital room. His baby was born! Then, there was a different voice crying. He gasped. Twins! He opened the door excitedly to find Miss Honey, an orange cat in her hospital bed holding her newborn twins, a boy and a girl.

"Wow. They're beautiful." Said Sir Loony.

"Indeed." replied Miss Honey with a warm smile. "I'll name the yellow kitten Wonderswirl, and the red kitten will be Ginger Featherstar. Ginger for short."

"Now now, why would you give our kids such ridiculous names!" Gasped Sir Loony

"I don't know, just a thought." Miss Honey giggled. "Besides, it won't matter. EVERYBODY in town has a silly name you know."

"Good point. Do you think they can hold up the family secret?" asked Sir loony.

"I know so." stated Miss Honey. "They have to."
