This is a rewrite of my fanfiction formerly known under the title of The Rebirth. Now before you start crucifying me, let me explain why I'm rewriting it when there was clearly a gigantic cliffhanger!
It was just too damn… unrealistic! Come on- Rebekah was the daughter of a government man and a CIA agent? Like…
I was bored of the timeline/canon I had created- not to mention that it was going to get complicated with all those characters!
I was feeling unmotivated and couldn't bring myself to crank out another chapter.
I didn't like writing in 1st person POV
What is different with this story, you might ask. Well… For one: it's going to be a lot more realistic. No Wattpad-esque situations here! (That might be a lie in the future tho…) Second: We will stay in Forks! The other story just didn't make sense in that they moved (Well it did, but it wasn't a welcome change.)
Now for what I call, canon changes:
Carlisle was changed at 30-years-old instead of canon's 23. No one would believe he's anymore than an intern, just sayin'...
Jacob didn't become a jerk after New Moon/in Eclipse. He's the same lovable guy
Renesmee exists, but DID NOT GET IMPRINTED ON BY JACOB!
All OCs are the same. Rebekah is still known as "Rebekah", Cam is known as "Cam" etc.
The first chapter should be out in a few days- no promises (Busy with school, sorry!) But I looked forward to exploring this new reality.
Again, so sorry to push this out onto you, but my brain didn't sit with the old story...
