The atmosphere froze for a moment.

Kyoko lightly squeezed the microphone in her hand, her head lowered, emanating dark energy.

Sho kept that smile on his side and with his arms crossed. Satisfied, because even though his gaze was focused on Kyoko, he knew that Kuon, that is, Tsuruga Ren, was furious. And it was true, his entire body trembled slightly with anger.

In truth, they were lucky that the cameras were too focused on Kyoko, as well as everyone's attention, waiting for her reply. And the expected reply did not take long. Suddenly there was a giggle, ironic and quite sensual at the same time. Kyoko raised the microphone and looked up at the camera, with a "very Natsu" smile.

Kyoko aims at his heart as he sings, while Sho just looks at her shocked and frowning slightly.

You're delusional, you're delusional

And in that, before she could continue, Sho, already recovered, interrupted her.

It all starts when Yashiro did not stop receiving calls during lunch with Kyoko, Ren, Kanae and Tanaka Rui, her new representative.

What was the weird thing?

Yashiro was willingly ignoring the calls with an exhausted expression.

"Are you really not going to answer, Yashiro-san?" Kyoko asked concerned, though without taking her eyes off of Ren.

Ren, he was very distracted, so he didn't ask before. But hearing Kyoko asking it was as if her voice managed to wake him slightly from the trance of her golden eyes and finally brought him back from the other dimension. Dimension in which he locked himself with her when they started a game of glances and smiles; hers were shy while his were intense, but both just as loving as the other.

Yashiro smiled slightly, they surely thought that nobody noticed.

"Ah... Right, Yashiro-san, that's new" Ren blurted out, unable to hide from his voice how distracted and happy he had been.

Kanae rolled her eyes and continued eating in silence.

"Could it be that you are also being bothered with it, Yashiro-san?" the other young representative intervened.

"Ah, Tanaka-san" Yashiro sighs and noticing the intrigued look of the two represented by him decides that he is going to explain everything.

Well, Tanaka and itself divided the work involved in taking care of Kyoko. All to make the "situation" of her with Ren less noticeable. Situation which cannot be defined in words, but for Yashiro it was more than clear.

If this isn't dating, then what is? Seriously Ren, you're quite a dumb man! Ah, this is better than nothing though

It's called The Extravagant Challenge, and it's about bringing together the most popular young artists of the moment and making them challenge each other and challenge themselves trying to win at something far from their comfort zone", he sighs, "... It wasn't like she didn't understand him, but Kyoko was acting quite mature in the face of her fake relationship with Kana-san and hoped that Tsuruga Ren, with his famous apparent maturity, would also act up to the task... More because he isn't even her boyfriend yet!

And, although Kyoko hardly told her anything, she knew that Kyoko could hardly really lie to her. In addition, the occasional conversation overheard by accident made him deduce that, although Tsuruga Ren confessed and that his relationship with Kana-san is pure smokescreen so that none of her insane fans mess with Kyoko, he did not propose not even having a proper secret relationship because "they weren't ready". That is why when she surprised them together, or sometimes she saw them in private and secretly observed them, did not happen more than friendly hugs and kisses on the cheek, because they are "friends".

Kanae preferred not to think about that matter, or get involved, but anyway she always took care of, if possible, people not to say things about their "friendship". The problem is that things were still weird if Tsuruga Ren's closest social circle was predominantly minor actresses from his company, although very talented and promising, and mostly members of the strange toxic pink section. That's why Kanae recommended Kyoko to talk about it with her "friend" if they wanted her to continue helping to keep whatever is going on between them as a secret. She did not think, although it was quite funny, that Kyoko would end up being sad to realized that her "friend" did not have many male friends around his age and decided to make a strange party just on Valentine's Day to which she invited her suitors, that she thinks they are just joking friends. All because she want to try to bring them closer to her "friend" and they all form a nice friendship.

The face of all of Kyoko's suitors, who thought that she had invited them on a date, meeting their rivals in one place was something difficult to forget, and in a way entertaining. Although Tsuruga "hunga-hunga" Ren's expression upon meeting with surprise was not funny at all; and everyting went worse when Fuwa Sho showed up uninvited.

Oh, and yes, Kanae already had many nicknames for Kuon that she will never say out loud... At the moment.

Going back to that day, the only one who couldn't stop laughing and had too much fun with this matter even when "the devil's smile" came, was the president Lory Takarada.

That already says a lot.

Then, just as Kanae was about to put aside her thoughts and give a not very bold but accurate comment, Ren continued speaking.

"If you realize, the only boring one of the two is me" Kuon smiled sincerely and somewhat amused by the irony "...
