AN: Hello all who are reading this! I got this idea from a Chat Blanc AU that was comic dubbed- and so I decided to give it more dimensions. Now, what the heck am I doing writing another story when there are several more I could be writing and catching up on? I honestly have no clue. Actually, yes I do. I'm a mess and can't do just one story at a time. Hey, at least I admit it. Now, I hope you enjoy "I'm Chat Blanc."

Adrien had been Chat Blanc for a year now. No one liked Chat Blanc. No one was a fan of Adrien either, they thought of him as a reckless teenager. Which he probably was. Given that he didn't care for his father trying to care for him, but instead of treating him like the teenager he was, he was treated like an animal who was okay being locked up in a cage. It was noon, all was quiet and peaceful. That is, until people started shouting about Hawkmoth. Oh brother, Hawkmoth. He was the worst villain ever. He was no where near being a good villain. He appears out of nowhere, demands for Ladybug and Viperion's miraculous, they refuse, and Hawkmoth gets mad and tries to fight them. Which always ends in a failed attempt.

So, calmly, Adrien walked into an alleyway. "Looks like Sockmoth is going to try to fight Ladybug without me. How sweet, he doesn't want me to get hurt." Plagg, a white kwami with blue eyes burst into laughter.

"Yea, time to go show him how a good villain does it," Plagg said.

"Plagg, claws out!" Adrien said, transforming into the blue-eyed Chat Blanc everyone knew him as. Using his baton, he leapt to where the fighting was happening. Viperion wasn't there. Strange, he usually was there first. Ladybug stood up, being knocked down, her raven blue hair waving in front of her face. She had a deep scratch on her cheek, her left eye swollen, and her skin-tight suit ripped. Hawkmoth was standing about fifteen feet away from her.

"Give up, my dear bug, and maybe you will have a painless death," Hawkmoth cackled. Even his cackle could use some working on. Ladybug was off her game today. How sad, because Chat Blanc couldn't let Hawkmoth kill his target. That was his job. And not just that, he doesn't like easy game. So, her threw a small cataclysm at the ground, making the ground shutter beneath Ladybug and Hawkmoth's feet.

"Lookie here, a butterfly playing unfair, you fought her at midnight, clearly that's not nice," Chat Blanc said, jumping in front of Ladybug. "Now, might I remind you, I will be the one killing Ladybug, not you. Now, go flap your little wings back to your lair before you die at my cataclysm." Chat Blanc opened his hand, revealing a blue light.

"We will meet next time, Ladybug, and next time, Chat Blanc won't be interrupting this," Hawkmoth snarled.

"You know, I think I should be scared that you said that, but you know what I think," Chat Blanc said, staring at Hawkmoth with a menacing look in his eyes. "I think you are just a big fib. I'm not scared of you, and if you try to lay a finger on me, I will rip you to pieces, bit by bit by bit. Just you try, and I will enjoy every minute of it." Hawkmoth glared at Chat Blanc, with a hint of fear in his eye, and retreated.

"Why- why did you do that?" Ladybug asked, looking at Chat Blanc with huge eyes.

"I don't like easy targets, that takes the fun out of everything, now go get healed before I change my mind," Chat Blanc snarled at Ladybug, who ran away, not being able to use the arm that controlled her yo-yo. Clearly, he wouldn't fight her. She would be too easy. He liked a challenge, and Ladybug in the state she was in, was not prey he wanted.
