An: So, this story is the sequel to my Ducktales fanfic, Light and Shadow. Even though the Ducktales reboot is now over, I will still write stories for the series. I hope you will enjoy my new story.

Chapter 1

Magica's Revenge

Lena sat quietly in the car as her dads drove her and Violet to Scrooge McDuck's manor. They were both excited that they were about to spend time with their friends. Lena was especially excited since she was about to see her girlfriend pretty soon.

"You are thinking about her again aren't you?"

Lena turned to her adoptive sister. "Huh? I don't know what you are talking about." Lena looked away with a blush.

"You know exactly what I'm talking about. You are excited to see Webbigail again." Violet pointed out. "It's been quite a while since you two started dating hasn't it?"

"Yeah." Lena replied as memories of her first date with Webby back at McDuck manor came flooding back to her. "That was one of the best nights of my life."

"I am just so proud of you Lena! After all this time, you finally got yourself a girlfriend!" Indy praised.

"Dad!" Lena began to blush from embarrassment.

"Let's not embarrass Lena, Indy." Ty told his husband as he drove closer to the mansion.

Meanwhile, Webby was waiting with the triplets outside the mansion. Huey, Dewey, and Louie took one look at Webby and could tell that she couldn't contain her excitement.

"You're excited to see your girlfriend again, aren't you, Webby?" Dewey asked.

Webby nodded. "Yeah, but can you really blame me?"

"Not really. Ever since you went on your first date with Lena, she was all you ever talked about." Huey pointed out.

"Hey, I think that's her over there." Louie noticed.

Hearing that got Webby even more excited to see her girlfriend as she saw the car pull up. Once Ty drove up to the mansion, Lena and Violet excitedly got out of the car. Here, they rushed to the mansion where they met up with their friends.

"Lena!" Webby immediately embraced her girlfriend in a hug.

Lena gave a smile as she hugged Webby back. "Hey! I missed you, Pink!"

"I missed you too! It's been so long since we last seen each other." Webby replied.

"Uh, I'm pretty sure it was like 3 days ago." Lena chuckled.

"It felt like forever though!"

"You two lovebirds are adorable together." Violet gave an amused smile, much to Webby and Lena's embarrassment.

As the group of friends talked to one another, Ty and Indy walked over to thank Scrooge for watching over their daughters.

"Thank you so much for watching over our daughters while we go on our vacation, Mr. McDuck! We really appreciate it!" Ty gave a grateful smile.

"Not at all, Mr. Sabrewing! I know how much Webbigail loves to have her friends over!" Scrooge replied.

"Well, can you promise us that you won't put Violet and Lena in any perilous situations? They have been on way too many adventures already." Indy explained.

"You have my word!"

After saying goodbye to their daughters, Ty and Indy got back in the car as they drove away for their vacation.

"Alright, kids! Who's ready to go on another adventure?" Scrooge asked, to which everyone cheered in response. "Great! Let's meet back here in an hour once we have all of the necessary preparations!

With that, Huey, Dewey, and Louie rushed in the mansion to get everything they need for the next adventure. Violet then noticed as Webby and Lena stood awkwardly next to each other.

"I'm sure that you two would want to be alone right now. You two can catch up while I get prepared myself."

Once Violet left, Webby noticed that Lena looked uncertain about something. She knew that she needed to figure out what was bothering her girlfriend.

"Hey, Lena. What's the matter?"

"It's nothing, Webby! Don't worry about me." Lena replied.

Despite that, Webby was not going to let this conversation slide. "Come on! We're a couple now. You know that you can tell me anything."

With a sigh, Lena replied, "Alright, you win! Honestly, I'm a little nervous about this adventure. I guess I'm just still getting used to the fact that we are a couple, and I just don't want to see you get hurt."

"Me getting hurt? Lena, do you know who you are talking to?" Webby gave an amused smile.

This time, it was Lena's turn to smile. "Fair enough! Can you just promise me that you would be careful on this adventure? I don't know what I would do with myself if I let my girlfriend get hurt."

"You don't have to worry about me." Webby held onto Lena's hands. "As long as we're together, we have nothing to worry about! Now, let's get ready for our adventure! I'll be back soon!"

After giving Lena a kiss on her beak, Webby made her way back to the mansion. She was about to open the door when she suddenly took notice of a stranger hiding behind a tree. It was hard for Webby to tell who it was from this far away. The mysterious figure soon ran away out of Webby's sight.

Determined to chase after the stranger., Webby searched around the mansion. Once she reached the backyard, Webby found herself face to face with a certain sorceress.

"Ah, so you are Lena's girlfriend now, aren't you? I knew that you two were close, but I never thought you would become a couple!" the sorceress spoke as she stepped out of the shadows.

"Magica! What are you doing here?" Webby demanded as she put herself into a fighting stance.

"I'm here for Lena! What do you think?" Magica retorted.

"I don't know what you want from Lena, but I'm not going to let you hurt her anymore, Magica!" Webby yelled.

"Ooh! Is that a challenge? Well, challenge accepted!"

Magica surprised Webby by using her staff to fire a blast of magic at her. Thankfully, Webby was able to jump out of the way at the last second. Webby dodged more of Magica's attacks until she decided to rush towards the sorceress. She was about to punch Magica, but was caught off guard when Magica blasted her with magic, knocking her to the ground. Webby did her best to stand, but was too weak to get up. All she could do was struggle in her attempts to stand as Magica stepped closer to her.

Meanwhile, everyone was ready for their next adventure. They were about to leave when they noticed that something was wrong.

"Hey, has anyone seen Webby?" Lena asked, feeling a little worried.

"Not since I left her alone with you. Why? Did something happen?" Violet asked.

Sensing that something bad happened to her girlfriend, Lena immediately turned to look for her. It wasn't long before Lena had made her way to the backyard. Here, she was shocked to find Webby tied up in ropes and had a cloth over her beak, keeping her quiet.

"Mmmph!" Webby tried calling out for Lena.

"Webby!" Lena tried to rescue her, but stopped in her tracks when she saw a familiar face. "You!"

"Ah, Lena! It's so good to see you again. You never told me that you had a girlfriend." Magica mocked.

Despite being bound and gagged, Webby managed to kick Magica, causing her to yelp in pain.

"Ow! You are going to pay for that, you wretched brat!"

"Enough! Let go of her, Aunt Magica!" Lena let her anger get the better of her as she turned into her super sorceress form.

"My, aren't we impatient! I'll just cut to the chase. You have something that I want, and you are going to hand it over to me!" Magica explained.

Soon Lena started at Magica in confusion. "What are you talking about? You already got your magic back. What more could you possibly want?"

Magica nodded. "Yes, it's true that I have magic again, but I want the magic that you gained when you defeated the Phantom Blot. With your magic combined with mine, I can become the most powerful sorceress in the world!"

"You're insane! This plan of yours is not going to work!" Lena argued.

"Oh, really? Perhaps you just need a little persuasion!" Magica soon pointed her staff at Webby. "Give me your powers, or you can say goodbye to your girlfriend!"

"No! Stop! I'll do what you say! Please, just don't hurt Webby!"

"Very well! I'm going to enjoy using your powers to finally get revenge on Scrooge McDuck!"

It was at that moment when Magica's staff began to glow. Magica was just about ready to steal Lena's powers when she suddenly heard something. She could her Lena's friends calling out for her as they were getting closer.

"Curses! Your meddlesome friends always get in my way! If you want to see your girlfriend alive again, meet me at my old lair on Mount Vesuvius! Don't keep me waiting!"

Before Lena could stop Magica, both Magica and Webby were engulfed in a cloud of smoke as they disappeared from Lena's sight.

With Webby gone, Lena reverted back to her normal form before she collapsed on the ground, fighting to urge to cry.

Lena's friends arrived to find her lying on the ground, so they rushed over to help her.

"Lena, are you alright? What happened?" Huey asked, concerned.

"Sh-She took her!" Lena stuttered. "Aunt Magica just kidnapped Webby!"

Hearing this caused everyone to gasp in shock.

"This is all my fault! I was supposed to keep Webby safe, and now she's in danger!"

Unable to contain her sadness any longer, Lena began to cry as her friends tried to comfort her. Lena didn't know what to do, but one thing she knew for sure was that she had to do whatever it takes to get Webby back.
