Summary: in space after the defeat of Mechagodzilla Destroyah realizing that Ghidorah has failed in their mission to destroy earth sets off himself to destroy it , with the ability to bring back dead enemies from Godzilla and Kong's past however this comes at a price, anyone who has died in the past helping the two have also been revived.

Godzilla had arrived in the ruins of the city only to be greeted by ghosts from the past .
" Mutos ! But I destroyed you both how are you here?"
" we do not know Godzilla , but there is one thing that we do know we will destroy you!" The female muto charged him and the male flying toward him Godzilla let out a roar and charged back
Meanwhile Dagon had left the Philippine mine and had swam into the ocean and sensed Godzilla fighting the mutos " Brother? " He sped off towards San Francisco
In Boston Ghidorah , Mothra and Emma had all regenarated with Emma hiding behind a demolished building "Brothers! our mind control from that power hungry fool Destroyah but however Godzilla might still want to kill us." The middle head Ichi proclaimed Ghidorah then took off to the sky in the direction of Antarctica.
Back in the unknown underwater city the spiked titan known has angurius had regenerated And saw a human swimming out of the ruins an decided to pick it up thinking he could not leave and resurfaced with it
Dagon had made it as far as Fiji and feared he would be too slow in reaching his brother however he saw Rodan on the island "Dagon? Godzilla said you were dead!" Rodan said in shock " I was but somethingor someone brought me back I have no idea what happened.
" I also need your help I sense Godzilla is in danger from those abominations that killed me I need you to go to him as fast as you can. Dagon orderd "Yes my lord " Rodan replied and flew off toard San Francisco with Dagon following as fast as he could
Meanwhile the monarch reinforcements had arrived in san Francisco one one of them being Ford Brody. " All right Everyone! our orders are to assist Godzilla in his fight with the mutos!...again." The Aircraft carrier had arrived in San Francisco
Godzilla was shooting his atomic breath at the male muto in the sky while the female muto was downed from his tail however the male avoided his atomic breath slammed into him knocking him over the female muto had recovered Both of them standing over him "Godzilla this is the end for you! " they said simultaneously however both of them were hit by missiles by fighter jets the male muto gave chase while the female was still recovering from the missiles.
Andrew Russell Was hiding behind a street post as the monster battle took place. he was soon aproached by Ford Brody "Hey kid what's your name" " Andrew" he replied "alright Andrew I need you to come with me."
"puny humans you cannot defeat me!" The male muto said Rodan then arrived "you dare try to kill the king?" Rodan then slammed the male muto as the two engaged in a dogfight in the sky
On the other side of the city Godzilla and the female muto were engaging in a fierce battle Godzilla tail whipped it away and prepared to use his atomic breath and finish her off but then a large rumbling sound shook the city as the ground began to break away and the muto Prime emerged
Godzilla was utterly disgusted by its appearance " You abomination how are you and your.. Children alive I killed all three of you!
"A monster named Destroyah ressurected us shinomura , and Ghidorah unfortunately that traitor is not loyal to him." Muto Prime explained
" Ghidorah... Once I'm done here with you I'm going after him." Godzilladeclared
" Unfortunately for you Godzilla I'm going to implant you with my eggs before tha-" Muto Prime was interrupted by receiving atomic breath of not Godzilla but Dagon saving his brother
"Dagon? You're alive? Godzilla questioned in sheer shock
" Now my children we must escape we are outnumbered! " Muto prime ordered as she jumped into the ocean, the male followed her ,the female also swimming away.
"Come back here cowards!" Rodan screeched as the fight he was winning ended
"Its good to see you again Godzilla " saidDagon "Wait a second if you were brought back does that mean Mothra and Angurius were too?"
Hours later Pensacola Florida
Andrew knocked on the door carefully it was soon opened by Madison Russell
"A-andrew?" She stuttered with tears in her eyes she then wrapped her long arms around him in a tight hug
" Its okay Maddie I'm here now."
In Antarctica
