Robin quietly sat in a corner, hidden into the rubble caused by the fight. She held her hands in front of her, inspecting them, they were of soft cloth now, without a hint of fingers besides the thumb, exactly the rest of her she assumed.
She had been careless and that kid cursed her with this, with her power of turning everyone into dolls. Whatever she touched with her phantom hands transfered over to her own body, she knew it well yet she slipped, and as soon as Sugar's hand touched one of hers she was done for.
She was now trapped into the body of a doll, like many others had been before her during these years of living in tyranny under Doflamingo and his family.
Those people had to be forced to live alongside their friends and family, suffering as they helplessly watched the people they love not remember them in the slightest.
A punishment worse than death itself.
Robin found herself wondering if her friends had the same effect, if they forgot her too, her only friends in a whole world that wanted nothing more than to claim her head, and be done with the legacy of Ohara once and for all.
Perhaps there had been a time where this could have been almost positive, a time where she wished she could just disappear and never be seen ever again. That she could have somewhere to stay in peace without being hunted.
Hunted down for merely surviving a tragedy she wasn't supposed to.
But now it was different, she had people who cared, that would protect her, they trusted her, and so, she had to trust in them too.
They might not remember her, but they knew what was the right thing to do.
Usopp was still up there into the fight, and while he wasn't the strongest, at least not physically, he made up with his brilliant mind full of ideas. Sometimes crazy ideas but equally good nonetheless.
He was no coward when it was time to make justice, and he showed he could be one of the bravest men there could be when the time came.
She was sure he'd find a way to defeat Sugar and that she'll be returned to normal along with all those other innocent people.
Yes, she wouldn't be forgotten.
