Long before quirks existed, there was a mad scientist named Dr Hell. He discovered the secrets of an ancient and advanced civilization and used these secrets to attempt to conquer the world.

Mechanical monsters are seen rampaging through a city. One a skeleton like being, the other hydra like. Standing on a building was a blue skinned old man. He wore a massive robe around his body, held a staff, and had large amounts of white hair. Standing behind him was a being in a purple robe made up of one half a man, the other half a woman. Also standing there was a man in a Nazi uniform holding his head in his hands. As they watch the rampage, the all turn to see a being approached.

He was the world's first villain, but along came something else. A being capable of becoming a God that protects the world, or a devil that destroys it. Piloted by Kouji Kabuto, this was the world's first hero. Mazinger Z!

Mazinger Z lifts both its arms up and points them directly at the monsters. "ROCKET PUUUNCH!," a voice yells out as Mazinger Z's fists detach and go flying.

From there other machines were built such as Great Mazinger. It was after the fight against Mazinger Infinity that quirks appeared. People lost interest in Super robot technology, but many insured the Mazingers legacy was never forgotten.

An old man and child stand in front of a statue in a park. This statue depicts both Mazinger Z and Great Mazinger. "Wow," says the child. "And these really are the first heroes grandpa?"

"Indeed they are, they have save the world countless times. Even Pro heroes look up to the Mazingers," said the old man.

"Do you think I will ever get to see them?"

"Maybe some day, maybe some day."

However that day will come soon...

A horde of giant mechanical monsters is seen marching towards UA. Off to the sides were several pro heroes, all beat up with some severally injured.

A new threat approaches. And the heroes of this society cannot keep up. All is not lost however.

Suddenly a powerful blast appears that incinerates several of the mechanical monsters instantly. All turn to see standing a massive mechanical figure. It's form powerful and demonic.

It is time for the Mazingers to return. And leading this return is a machine that can not only go beyond plus ultra, but God and Devil as well. It's name is Mazinkaiser!
